Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode pembelajaran Teams Games Tournamet (TGT) disertai media kartu soal dapat memberikan hasil prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan penggunaan metode pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) disertai media roda impian pada materi hidrokarbon kelas X SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, sampel terdiri dari 2 kelas, data prestasi kognitif menggunakan tes, prestasi afektif menggunakan angket, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t-pihak kanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) disertai media kartu soal memberikan hasil prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan penggunaan metode pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) disertai media roda impian pada materi Hidrokarbon. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji t-pihak kanan dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Dimana hasil uji t-pihak kanan untuk prestasi belajar kognitif diperoleh thitung = 1,69 > ttabel = 1,67 dan untuk prestasi belajar afektif diperoleh thitung = 1,72 > ttabel = 1,67, Ho ditolak. Kata Kunci: TGT, kartu soal, roda impian, prestasi belajar, hidrokarbon.

Abstract

Background – Employee job satisfaction becomes a matter that must be considered for the success and success of the company. There are factors that can affect job satisfaction, namely factors in workers and work factors including organizational commitment, job characteristics, and work motivation. Aim – This study aims to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of organizational commitment, job characteristics, and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pertamina RU IV (Persero) Cilacap. Design / methodology / approach – The research method uses quantitative by using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 123 people, which included Maintenance Execution employees of PT. Pertamina RU IV (Persero) Cilacap. Findings – The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by organizational commitment through intervening variables of work motivation; job characteristics; and work motivation. Research implication – The results of the study can be used as a company reference in paying attention to organizational commitment, job characteristics, work motivation, and job satisfaction to achieve organizational goals that are effective and efficient. Limitations – Limitations of this study on the number of variables used to predict job satisfaction are limited simultaneously at 66.4%, so that it can use other variables that can provide a greater influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on the performance of the employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. The hypotheses of this research are 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. To test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, and based on the results of the analysis, the t₁ value was 2.653, t₂ was 4.682, t was 2.627 and each t was greater than t table (1.672), which means that Ho rejected or Ha accepted, so based on the t test, the first, second, and third hypotheses are accepted.  Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

The 360 degree feedback method is one of the performance appraisal methods which implementation takes an assessment of the parties around the employee being assessed. The 360 degree feedback method performance appraisal system conducted at PT. Pertamina RU IV (Persero) Cilacap aims to determine the implementation of the performance appraisal system using the 360 degree feedback method, determine employee performance with what variables are used in performance appraisal, and obtain performance optimization. The research method used in this research uses qualitative methods with a quantitative approach. The 360 degree feedback method is used to find data from respondents, namely from superiors, colleagues, themselves and subordinates. Based on the research that had been done, it had succeeded in determining the best workers from each discipline and position based on the calculation of variables and indicators used. The 360 degree feedback performance assessment can help the company appropriately to provide rewards for workers with the highest percentage and provide punishment for workers with lowest percentage. The calculation of these variables and indicators helps the company to find the right solution in an effort to optimize the performance of its employees.Keywords: performance, performance appraisal, 360 degree feedback method

Abstract

Companies need to make strategic and policy decisions in handling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic so that goals can be achieved according to the company's vision and mission. Good strategic planning is a very useful tool for running this business effectively and efficiently, which in its preparation requires a comprehensive design to the chosen implementation and control. Research using the SWOT analysis method was carried out at PT. Indolakto Solo Distribution. The research aims to determine internal IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) and external EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) factors using the SWOT method and determine marketing strategies using the SWOT method. The results obtained include the strengths factors with a score of 3.16 while the weaknesses factors have a score of 0.54 with a total IFAS of 1.31. Opportunity factors have a score of 2.53 and threat factors have a score of 0.89 with a total EFAS score of 0.82. The matrix is ​​at the value of the IFAS matrix is ​​strength (Strenghts) with a value of 2.62 and from the EFAS matrix is ​​an opportunity (Oportunity) is a value of 1.64. The recommended strategy is the Strengths and Opportunities strategy, also known as the SO strategy, which uses strengths to overcome opportunities. The IE Matrix strategy and the SWOT diagram show Quadrant I which means a favorable situation because the company has opportunities and strengths so that it can take full advantage of opportunities so that it is able to implement strategies that support aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior on organizational culture and employee performance in the production division of PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja Cilacap. The problem behind this study is the importance of understanding the factors that influence organizational culture and employee performance in the context of the company's production division. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 98 employees of the production division of PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja surveyed. The method of data collection used is the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, who are employees of the company's production division. Data analysis is carried out using statistical methods. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior and employee engagement had a significant influence on organizational culture and employee performance in the production division of PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The conclusion of this study is that these factors play an important role in shaping a positive organizational culture and improving employee performance. The implication of this finding is the need for companies to manage employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior effectively to improve organizational culture and employee performance in the production division.

Abstract

Organizational change management needs to pay attention to employee involvement and leader support for change readiness. managers and supervisors are key contributors in helping employees cope with their demands and psychologically (emotional support) preparing employees to face change by minimizing counterproductive behavior in organizational change management. The method used in this study is a literature review with a bibliometric approach, PoP (Publish or Perish), then uses VOSviewer. Based on the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Bibliometric analysis of change management in organizational change behavior, it is necessary to pay attention to the importance of emotional support, job involvement, job satisfaction, and occupational health to minimize negative counterproductive work behavior in organizations. Also reinforced by the need for and importance of social support based on Social Exchange Theory, employees who receive social support from their superiors try to reciprocate or return benefits from their superiors by showing extra effort in their work.

Abstract

When an organization's performance necessitates the consequences of collaboration between individual performance and affected components, it is considered to be successful and effective. Each administrator's potential is taken into account when dividing management duties into different categories, and all members and the leadership place their trust in them. One of the case studies that can be seen is the education system in Indonesia, specifically the universities, where the performance of lecturers and their leadership, communication, and competency are key factors in determining student achievement. The accomplishment of lecturers in carrying out the execution of instruction, research, and community service is demonstrated by a competent graduate student (Tri Dharma of Higher Education). Using SEM PLS, a quantitative research methodology was applied. Saturation sampling was used in a quantitative study that included all 122 lecturers who responded to questionnaires at the Universities of Al-Irsyad Cilacap and Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali Cilacap. The results of the analysis revealed that, with P values less than 0.05, leadership, competence, communication, and organizational commitment have a substantial impact on lecturer performance. Leadership, in the meantime, can affect performance through the supplementary factor of organizational commitment.

Abstract

There are social business organizations that focus on market orientation, and these social business components come from processes that include intelligence generation, intelligence distribution, reaction design, and response implementation. Market orientation takes into account the marketplace needs of every industry, as well as the accountability of every business organization. The creative industry at UMKM is one social issue that can help the economy grow. The UMKM business can grow its operating units and sales by having a strong market orientation. The application of market orientation as a business strategy that is based on a social perspective and prioritizes the consumer as the primary customer in order for the theory of pricing to be operationalized. The research method uses the mix method using a sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques with questionnaire data analysis on measuring the variables of intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, response design, and response implementation as many as 32 items and technical interviews with MSME business actors. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire data for the total existence of market orientation in the Cilacap MSME creative industry were obtained at 79% consisting of the creative industry in the fashion sector 76% and the creative industry in the culinary field 82%. The existence of market orientation is not yet optimal based on the results of the interviews due to the lack of coordination, communication and regular management systems in the company.

Abstract

Pelatihan analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS telah dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam pengolahan data statistik. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari berbagai fakultas di UNUGHA Cilacap. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan SPSS untuk analisis data kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, serta uji F dan uji t. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, evaluasi, serta dokumentasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa, dengan rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 65,2 yang meningkat menjadi 85,4 pada post-test. Selain itu, 90% peserta berhasil mengoperasikan SPSS untuk analisis statistik deskriptif dan 75% mampu melakukan analisis inferensial sederhana. Survei kepuasan menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta merasa materi pelatihan relevan dan 80% menyatakan bahwa metode yang diterapkan sangat membantu dalam pemahaman mereka. Namun, beberapa kendala diidentifikasi, seperti keterbatasan akses perangkat lunak dan kesulitan dalam memahami konsep statistik inferensial. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan analisis data mahasiswa, yang diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada kualitas penelitian akademik mereka di masa mendatang.
