Abstract

Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) XYZ is a company engaged in aviation / aviation, especially in aircraft maintenance. MRO XYZ can work on the maintenance of several types of aircraft and its components in accordance with the certification and permits owned by MRO XYZ. The vital aspects that must be regulated in an aircraft maintenance project include the engineer involved in the maintenance process and the manhours calculation system who must be able to explain every detail of the work on an aircraft maintenance project. In addition, other resources such as consumbale material and raw material must also be monitored and controlled, so that management team can obtain COGS as optimal as possible in the project and profitability can increase. This research was built to provide solutions to the aircraft maintenance process stakeholders in meeting vital information needs that must be continuously monitored and based on this information, the system built will be able to control the ongoing maintenance process of the aircraft, in accordance with regulations.

Abstract

In this competitive business era, Klinik Bunga Melati (KBM) has changed its business and management strategies 3 times in the last 2 years with the aim of adjusting internal and external conditions in the health sector and make KBM superior to other competitors. KBM expects the development of technology that can be applied efficiently and integrated between KBM internally. In 2018, KBM teamed up with the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. In this regard, BPJS provides a Health Facilities Information System (HFIS) with the aim of making it easier for health units to make claims. But the leader of the KBM considers HFIS not suitable to be implemented in the KBM Welirang Branch. The KBM Welirang Branch staff must do 2x recapitulation of patient medical records every day. There are quite a lot of variables in HFIS besides self-data, staff must also write data related to diagnosis, details of drugs used, drug costs, and doctor's fees. Based on the KBM leaders interview, this is considered to be very time-consuming and costly because HR has to work 2x more and patients need more time to get action. HOT-Fit method is considered suitable for this research because this model can provide an explanation and provide an evaluation of the application a system in the field of health services from human factors (human), technology (technology), organization (organization) and net benefits. The output of this research is an analysis of aspects that need to be improved and the match rate of HFIS implementation in the KBM Welirang.

Abstract

Cloud computing applications remain rarely used in the banking industry in Indonesia. X is one of the national private banks in Indonesia, which is the first bank to use cloud computing application in their operations. Since it is the first bank to use such technology, the the researcher aims to measure the acceptance and ease of use of cloud computing-based applications, and to measure the level of user satisfaction with the TAM 2 method (Technology Acceptance Model 2). The researcher used the TAM 2 method because it is the development of the TAM 1 method which adds social influence and external perspective variables. Variables in TAM 2 are subjective norms, image, result demonstrability, job relevance, voluntariness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use and usage behavior. Distribution of questionnaire samples was conducted to 90 respondents in Surabaya and Bali. Data from the questionnaire were tested in terms of validity and reliability, correlation and regression, variable descriptive analysis, and hypothesis. From the results, it was found that the twelve hypotheses in TAM 2 were all acceptable and the most significant effect was the outcome quality variable towards the benefits of using cloud computing applications at 41.2%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the greater the quality of the result of cloud computing applications, the greater the benefits of the technology
