The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of competence, discipline and motivation on the performance of functional officials at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in South Sumatra Province.The Research character is corelation with used sample response 104 peoples. Used three independent variable and one dependent variable, data collection technique with questionnaire and interview then direct observation in the field. As instrument research is used for validity test, reliability test, data normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Analysis mode have to determination coefficient test, test F, and t test.The results of the research R square value of 0.466 means that the independent variable (X) has an effect on the dependent variable (Y) of 46.6%. The F value is 29,045> Ftable 2.69 and the sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so that competence, discipline and motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of functional officials in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in South Sumatra Province. Partially competency has a significant effect on the performance of the tcount 2.563 > ttable 1.987 and sig 0.012 <0.05. Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the tcount 2.576 > ttable 1.987 and sig 0.011<0.05. Motivation hasn’t a significant effect on the performance of the value of tcount1.946 < ttable 1.987 and sig 0.055>0.05. In the practical aspect this research is an input for functional officials and employee coaching materials for performance improvement. As academically it becomes a reference for further research.

The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is one part of the structure and spearhead of the Ministry of Religion in religious service and guidance in the community. As a technical unit dealing directly with the community, the performance of KUA employees will be a concern. The Factors can affect the performance among leadership, motivation and work discipline. This research aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of KUA employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is a quantitative study with causal descriptive analysis techniques, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient tests. Data were collected using a questionnaire with 114 respondents. Based on the results of data processing with the coefficient of determination or Ajusted R Square 0.422, shows that employee performance is influenced by leadership, motivation and work discipline by 42.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. the F test results obtained Fcount > Ftable (28.520 > 3.08), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, this shows that leadership, motivation and work discipline together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, while motivation does not significantly influence the performance of KUA employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency. In addition to the factors of good leadership and high work discipline, the Ministry of Religion in particular the head of the KUA needs to pay attention to matters that can increase the motivation of KUA employees in order to improve their performance in the future.

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction and Its Impact on Student Loyalty at Baturaja College, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with the path analysis model. The results of the study answer the formulation of the problem which is also the purpose of this study. Through the calculation of the CR-value in accordance with the hypothesis, this study concludes, firstly, there is a positive and significant effect of Service Quality on Student Satisfaction. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Service Quality on Student Loyalty. Third, there is the influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty. Fourth, responsiveness has a positive and insignificant effect on student loyalty. Fifth, satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on student loyalty. Sixth, assurance / certainty on satisfaction and its impact on loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect on students at Baturaja College, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency

Syahrur is a controversial thinker from Syria who offers a new epistemological base on the Theory of the Boundary (Nadzariyah Al-Hudud), in response to the stagnation of the study of Islamic legal thought, as well as a critique of the literal and rational groups that always dwell on the revelation and reason to provide modernity to its people. The thought of the Syharur reaped much criticism and blasphemy even in some of the country's books forbidden to read and circulate. But Western academics give full appreciation because Syahrur managed to continue the work that has not been done Fazlur Rahman with his double movement.In Boundary Theory (Nadzariyah Al-Hudud), Shahrur distinguishes between the prevailing limits of worship and the limits applicable in the al-hudud theme. For Shahrur, worship in the sense of the relationship between human and God that is tawqifiyah, consists of four categories only, namely prayer, zakat, fasting Ramadan, and hajj for the capable. Such forms have been finalized after being perfected by Islam and inviolable. While there are several possible forms for the development of law, Syahrur divides it into 6 theoretical models of maximum and minimum limits. Berkembangnya media komunikasi dan informasi saat ini, membawa semua dalam kehidupan masyarakat terbawa arus moderenisasi termasuk pakaian. Tak terkecuali busana muslimah pun terus mengalami perkembangan dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Fashion Influencer Dalam Instagram Terhadap Gaya Busana Muslim Mahasiswi Program Studi Jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang”. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh fashion influencer @jenaharanasution di instagram terhadap gaya busana muslim mahasiswi program studi jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Bagaimanakah gaya busana muslim mahasiswi Jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data regresi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 31 responden yang merupakan mahasiswi aktif prodi Jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan cara purposive sampling, dengan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara memeriksa kuisioner yang telah dijawab oleh responden, kemudian menghitung frekuensi dan persentase dari artenatif jawaban yang telah diperoleh serta menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh fashion influencer @jenaharansution di Instagram terhadap gaya busana muslim mahasiswi program studi Jurnalistik UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

This study aims to explore the urgency of Islamic economics education and its introduction to the younger generation as a means of supporting the growth of a sharia-based economy. In the global context, sharia-based business practices are increasingly accepted, even among non-Muslim communities, highlighting the importance of strengthening Islamic economic education as the foundation for developing competent human resources. This research employs a literature review approach to analyze the relevance of Islamic economics in addressing the shortcomings of conventional economic systems, which often fail to ensure societal welfare. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating Islamic economics into the education curriculum from an early age to foster comprehensive understanding. Additionally, it highlights the government's role in enhancing regulations and providing support for the development of the sharia financial industry.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah dan Ijarah baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini terdapat pada laporan keuangan triwulan yang dipublikasikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Jumlah sampel yang didapat adalah 52 data. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai Juli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan menggunakan empat asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, dan heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS Version 26. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pembiayaan Murabahah dan Ijarah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets. Hasil Uji parsial menunjukkan pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh negatif terhadap return on assets, sedangkan ijarah tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on assets.

Islamic education has a strategic role in shaping the character, morality, and spirituality of students, but it is faced with complex challenges in the era of social, cultural, and technological transformation. The low pedagogic and professional competence of some teachers, the limitations of digital literacy, the dominance of conventional learning methods, and a less contextual curriculum are significant obstacles. This service program is designed to improve the competence of madrasah teachers through participatory training approaches, intensive mentoring, and strengthening learning communities based on the concepts of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and Professional Learning Community (PLC). Activities include initial assessments, competency workshops, the use of learning technology, weekly mentoring, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant increase in pedagogic competence (28%) and mastery of technology (34%), accompanied by positive changes in motivation, innovative attitudes, and awareness of contextualization of teaching materials. However, time constraints, variations in digital literacy, and institutional support are obstacles that need to be overcome through synergy between stakeholders. These findings underscore the importance of continuous, reflective, and contextual coaching models to strengthen the role of teachers as agents of change in Islamic education.
