Abstract

effect of Achievement motivation training on improving the achievement motivation of Women Entrepreneurs in Sambas Regency. This research is quasi-experimental, research subject, Sambas Regency Women Entrepreneurs. This study uses population research as a research subject, so this study uses all members of the population as research subjects. The research instrument used a questionnaire of 30 items and had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used SPSS 20. The results of the study after the Women Entrepreneurs were given achievement motivation training results obtained 5 Women Entrepreneurs with low motivation criteria, 29 Women Entrepreneurs with moderate motivation criteria and 14 Women Entrepreneurs with high achievement motivation criteria. Based on the results of the posttest, it can be seen that there is a decrease in the number of women entrepreneurs who have low achievement motivation from 19 women entrepreneurs to 5 women entrepreneurs, on the contrary, there is an increase in the number of women entrepreneurs who have a moderate achievement, from 21 women entrepreneurs to 29 women entrepreneurs. Criteria for Women Entrepreneurs High achievement motivation also increased from 8 women entrepreneurs to 14 women entrepreneurs. Keyword: Achievement Motivation Training, Woman Entrepreneurs ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek dari pelatihan motivasi prestasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi pencapaian wirausahawan perempuan di Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimental, subyek penelitian, pengusaha perempuan Kabupaten Sambas. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian populasi sebagai subyek penelitian, jadi studi ini menggunakan semua anggota dari populasi sebagai subyek penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner 30 item dan telah diuji untuk validitas dan kehandalan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian setelah pengusaha perempuan diberi hasil pelatihan motivasi prestasi yang diperoleh 5 perempuan pengusaha dengan kriteria motivasi rendah, 29 perempuan pengusaha dengan kriteria motivasi moderat dan 14 perempuan pengusaha dengan kriteria motivasi prestasi tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil posttest, dapat dilihat bahwa ada penurunan jumlah perempuan pengusaha yang memiliki motivasi prestasi rendah dari 19 perempuan pengusaha menjadi 5 perempuan pengusaha, sebaliknya, ada peningkatan jumlah perempuan pengusaha yang memiliki prestasi moderat, dari 21 perempuan pengusaha menjadi 29 perempuan pengusaha. Kriteria untuk perempuan pengusaha prestasi tinggi motivasi juga meningkat dari 8 perempuan pengusaha menjadi 14 perempuan pengusaha. Kata kunci: pelatihan motivasi prestasi, perempuan pengusaha

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of education through a school empowerment approach in managing their institutions, the Ministry of National Education has been doing it for a long time. In the era of regional autonomy, which is implicitly stated in Law Number 22 of 1999, and which was effectively enforced from January 1, 2001, school empowerment emerged through School-Based Management (MBS). With the existence of regional autonomy, schools are freer to develop through initiative, creativity, innovation, and subsequently competitive or able to compete with other schools specifically to improve the quality of these schools and in general to improve the quality of national education. In improving the quality of education, SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak applies TQM, which is a management model that focuses on people that aims to continuously improve customer satisfaction at real costs which are continuously decreasing. And TQM is an alternative that must be applied in educational institutions. With this management, it is expected that school effectiveness will be realized perfectly. The research in this article was conducted to examine the effect of TQM in improving student achievement at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak to improve the quality of education and achievement in the institution. This type of research uses quantitative research. And data collection is done by interview, observation, and questionnaire methods. The analysis used is quantitative statistical data analysis using the product-moment formula. From the results of the analysis, it was proven that the TQM carried out at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak was classified as good, meaning that it was running well. And learning achievement at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak has increased with evidence of increasing graduates and several competitions according to research results and classified as more than adequate category. While the influence of TQM in improving student achievement at SMA AL-Azhar 10 Pontianak has a very strong and very high influence with a product-moment interpretation value of 1.03. One of our suggestions for schools is for all teachers to be even more creative in using and utilizing TQM to develop schools so that students are more enthusiastic about achieving the highest achievement.

Abstract

Quality of Work Life is a very important aspect to be considered in improving the performance of an organization. This paper aims to describe and conclude the concept of Quality of Work Life from an Islamic perspective. This paper is a literature review, so this study uses the literature study method. Literature study is carried out by reviewing articles both in the form of scientific journals and papers as well as literature studies of books with sources that are considered accurate and reliable. Searching techniques of literature study are carried out both online as well as library book visits. The study results concluded that: 1). Quality of Work Life is a concept that talks about the welfare and happiness of employees' lives at work, 2). In the Islamic concept Quality of Work Life can be seen from the aspects of: a. Fulfillment of Life Needs Fairly, Transparent and Fair, b. Employee Satisfaction in a Conducive Environment, c. Giving Reward and Punishment, c. Good Humanitarian Relations in Organizations Between Fellow Employees also Between Employees and Organizational Management. (Quality of Work Life merupakan aspek yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam peningkatan kinerja sebuah organisasi, Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan dan menyimpulkankan konsep Quality of Work Life dari perspektif Islam. Tulisan ini merupakan sebuah kajian literatur, maka kajian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mereview artikel baik dalam bentuk jurnal ilmiah dan makalah juga studi pustaka buku- buku dengan sumber-sumber yang dianggap akurat dan dapat dipercaya. Teknik penelusuran studi kepustakaan dilakukan baik secara online juga secara kunjungan buku perpustakaan. Hasil kajian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1). Quality of Work Life merupakan konsep yang berbicara tentang kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan hidup karyawan dalam bekerja, 2). Dalam konsep Islam Quality of Work Life dapat dilihat dari aspek: a. Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Hidup Secara Wajar, Transparan dan Adil, b. Kepuasan Karyawan dalam Lingkungan yang Kondusif, c. Pemberian Reward dan Punishment, c. Hubungan Kemanusiaan yang Baik dalam Organisasi Antara Sesama Karyawan juga Antara Karyawan dan Manajemen Organisasi).

Abstract

The potential of zakat is quite significant in National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) West Kalimantan Province. In addition to the obligation to distribute, the BAZNAS West Kalimantan Province is also expected to make efforts to empower mustahiq so that the purpose of zakat to improve people's lives is achieved. The research question posed is: How is the zakat distribution management of the BAZNAS of the West Kalimantan Province? The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are the management and staff of the BAZNAS of West Kalimantan Province and the recipients of zakat recipients. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data display (display data), and concluding (verification). The final step taken is checking the validity of the data using the triangulation of data, member checking, and adequacy of references. In general, the results of this study concluded that the implementation of the empowerment of mustahiq zakat at the BAZNAS of West Kalimantan province had gone well according to management theory, although there were a few shortcomings. Potensi zakat cukup signifikan pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Selain kewajiban mendistribusikan, BAZNAS Provinsi Kalimantan Barat juga diharapkan melakukan upaya pemberdayaan mustahiq, sehingga tujuan zakat untuk meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat dapat tercapai. Pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan adalah: Bagaimana manajemen distribusi zakat BAZNAS Provinsi Kalimantan Barat? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen dan staf BAZNAS Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dan penerima penerima zakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data (display data), dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Langkah terakhir yang diambil adalah memeriksa validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data, pengecekan anggota, dan kecukupan referensi. Secara umum, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberdayaan zakat mustahiq di BAZNAS provinsi Kalimantan Barat telah berjalan dengan baik menurut teori manajemen, meskipun ada beberapa kekurangan.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic role of Islamic digital leadership in human resource management at SMK Mandiri Pontianak, focusing on innovation and technological adaptation. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principals, and IT staff. The findings reveal that the principal integrates Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), musyawarah (deliberation), and ihsan (excellence) into digital leadership practices to strengthen governance, internal communication, and decision-making processes. The use of digital platforms—such as academic information systems and collaborative applications—is aimed at efficiency and reflects values of transparency, justice, and collective responsibility within the ethical framework of Islamic leadership. A participatory and innovative school culture is fostered through online teacher training and promoting spiritually grounded, technology-based learning practices. Challenges such as limited infrastructure and digital skill gaps are addressed through ukhuwah (Islamic solidarity)  manifested in peer support systems, such as more tech-savvy teachers assisting others, and communal sharing of digital devices. Capacity building was conducted through periodic in-house training, digital literacy workshops, and one-on-one mentoring, with post-training surveys indicating that 85% of teachers and 78% of administrative staff experienced improved digital performance. Moral and material support included the provision of internet quotas, recognition for innovative teachers, and spiritual motivation through Islamic-themed digital leadership meetings. The novelty of this study lies in the systematic integration of Islamic values into digital leadership practices within the vocational education context, expanding the application of transformational and distributed leadership theories through an Islamic lens. This research contributes to developing an Islamic value-based digital leadership model in vocational schools.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out and analyze mentoring programs on optimizing the management of human resource management (HR), finance, and marketing of religious tourism at the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with advisors, teachers, and students at the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School. Meanwhile, data was collected through observation, interviews, and the active participation of Islamic boarding school administrators and their students. The results showed that mentoring on optimizing the management of religious tourism at the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School was carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the planning stage, the researchers discussed with the stakeholder to determine the form of mentoring for managers, teachers, and students. While in the implementation stage, researchers carry out two types of mentoring: basic and advanced. The management theory and practice in the two mentoring include human resource management, financial management, and marketing management. Finally, at the evaluation stage, the researcher saw that this mentoring activity had achieved satisfactory results with the following indicators of success: the mentoring program was implemented well, the program's targets and objectives were achieved, the mentoring program received support from various parties, the management of religious tourism at the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School experienced to change for the better than before.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dua aspek utama, yakni konsep pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam Kitab Akhlak Lil Banin dan penerapan strategi dakwah berdasarkan konsep tersebut dalam membentuk perilaku akhlak santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Mubarak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer yang mencakup Kitab Akhlak Lil Banin, ustadz, ustadzah, dan santri, serta data sekunder dari dokumentasi dan buku-buku. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data terdiri dari analisis konten/isian, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Langkah terakhir melibatkan pemeriksaan keabsahan data melalui perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi, dan membercheck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi dakwah di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Mubarak dalam membentuk akhlak santri mengandalkan kajian dan penerapan strategi dakwah yang bersumber dari Kitab Akhlak Lil Banin. Hasil penelitian secara terperinci mengungkapkan konsep pesan dakwah dalam Kitab Akhlak Lil Banin, antara lain mencakup aspek akhlak yang harus dimiliki oleh anak, tata krama anak terhadap orang tua, guru, dan teman-teman, kewajiban anak terhadap Allah SWT dan Nabi Muhammad SAW, serta adab dalam berinteraksi sosial. Sementara itu, penerapan strategi dakwah dari konsep Kitab Akhlak Lil Banin tercermin dalam kajian kitab, penerapan disiplin, sopan santun terhadap orang tua, dan pengajaran tentang menghormati hak milik orang lain kepada para santri di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Mubarak

Abstract

The increasing reliance on digital technologies has reshaped human resource practices across various sectors, yet studies on how digital information systems support volunteer recruitment within faith-based and community organizations remain limited. Traditional recruitment methods often face challenges related to administrative inefficiency, limited outreach, and inadequate data validation. This study aims to analyze the role of digital information systems in improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of volunteer recruitment processes within a community-based religious organization. A descriptive qualitative case study was employed, involving in-depth interviews with recruitment administrators, senior volunteers, and newly registered volunteers. Additional data were collected through digital documentation, online registration forms, social media content, and non-participant observation. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns relating to recruitment stages, system integration, and user responses. The findings reveal that digital information systems particularly social media platforms, messaging applications, and online registration forms significantly streamline the recruitment process. These tools accelerate information dissemination, simplify administrative screening, and enhance data validation through combined digital and offline verification. The system also increases the accessibility of recruitment channels and contributes to a higher number and better quality of volunteer applicants. Minor challenges such as input errors and communication gaps were present but easily resolved due to the digital literacy of most users. This study demonstrates that integrating digital information systems into volunteer recruitment enhances operational efficiency, strengthens communication, and improves the overall quality of human resource management in community-based organizations. The findings can serve as a model for religious, social, and non-profit institutions seeking to digitize their recruitment workflows. The study offers a new perspective by examining the digital transformation of volunteer recruitment within a religious community setting an area rarely explored in prior research. It highlights a hybrid model of recruitment that combines online administration with offline validation, ensuring both efficiency and authenticity in volunteer selection.

Abstract

This study examines the role of mosque-based syariah empowerment in strengthening wasathiyyah and promoting social harmony in Rasau Jaya, a multicultural district in West Kalimantan. The research is motivated by the limited internalization of Islamic moderation among mosque communities, despite the high level of religious activity. The study aims to analyze how mosque-centered interventions grounded in Islamic legal principles can enhance community understanding and practice of wasathiyyah. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) design integrated with the frameworks of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, fiqh al-ta‘āyush, and fiqh al-ikhtilāf, the research involved mosque administrators, community figures, and youth through workshops, focus group discussions, leadership training, and photovoice documentation. The findings demonstrate that the program effectively increased participants’ comprehension of syariah-based moderation by 65%, improved interfaith communication, and empowered mosque leaders to initiate inclusive religious activities. The study concludes that mosque-based syariah empowerment provides a relevant and impactful model for operationalizing Islamic moderation and fostering sustainable social cohesion in diverse communities.
