Abstract

Every year, population growth increases, which causes a rise in the number of drivers. The road may become damaged as a result of this condition, necessitating repairs. Deformation and cracks in the pavement structure are the main contributors to damaged road conditions. Using natural rubber materials, such as natural rubber latex, is one of the modified asphalt methods that can solve this issue. The stiffness modulus is the asphalt's reaction to a load applied to it; this reaction can be used to evaluate the asphalt's rheological characteristics. While there was only an equation describing the stiffness modulus of oil asphalt up until now, and no research on the stiffness modulus model of rubber asphalt, the suggested study examines the prediction of the stiffness modulus model of latex natural rubber asphalt. The factors taken into consideration are natural rubber latex content, penetration, and softening point. Multiple linear regression analysis has been performed on the data, and the model validation results show an average error of 3.28% with a data distribution that is similar to the linear line with an R2 value of 0.9917.

Abstract

Metode simulasi Monte Carlo dapat digunakan untuk menghitung kemungkinan lamanya suatu waktu pelaksanaan sebuah proyek dengan menggunakan nilai-nilai yang dipilih secara random dari distribusi probabilitas waktu yang mungkin terjadi dengan tujuan untuk menghitung distribusi kemungkinan waktu total dari sebuah proyek. Dengan meninjau latar belakang di atas, pada kasus Rehabilitasi Jalan Sentul – Teras Bendung - Tirtayasa maka perlu adanya suatu penelitian untuk mencari durasi dan probabilitas penjadwalan yang dapat diterima sehingga mendapat perkiraan waktu yang optimal dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan simulasi Monte Carlo pada durasi pekerjaan optimis, paling disukai, dan pesimis yang didapat dari hasil survey pada pihak Kontraktor, Konsultan, Wakil Owner, dan Mandor. Simulasi pada penilitian ini menggunakan software Crystal Ball dan distribusi data yang di gunakan adalah distrubusi triangular dimana data akan diiterasi serta di analisis, kemudian dibandingkan dengan jadwal waktu pelaksanaan kontrak pekerjaan. Dari hasil simulasi menggunakan software Crystal Ball telah diketahui probabilitas penyelesaian pekerjaan proyek hasil simulasi Monte Carlo menghasilkan durasi rata-rata selama 24 minggu dengan probabilitas sebesar 80 %. Abstract

Pemeliharaan bangunan gedung merupakan aspek yang penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu bangunan gedung. Dimana gedung tersebut harus terpelihara dan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya sampai umur rencana. Salah satu dari bagian pemeliharaan struktur eksistinng adalah dengan melakukan audit struktur. Didalam pelaksanaannya terdapat dua jenis metode untuk melakukan audit struktur yaitu destructive test dan non-destructive test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kekuatan elemen struktur eksisting menggunakan UPV dan hammer test. Elemen struktur yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah dua buah kolom dan satu buah balok. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata estimasi mutu beton hasil pengujian UPV untuk kolom A sebesar 25.66 MPa, kolom B sebesar 28.65 MPa, dan balok sebesar 31.38 MPa. Nilai estimasi mutu beton hasil pengujian Hammer Test untuk kolom A sebesar 24.67 MPa, kolom B sebesar 26.52 MPa, dan balok sebesar 36.93 MPa. Selisih hasil pengujian menggunakan UPV dan hammer test adalah sebesar 3.86% pada kolom A, 7.43% pada kolom B, dan 15.03% pada balok.

Abstract

An MSW management system's transportation subsystem is responsible for collecting and transporting waste. For the MSW management system, the cost of solid waste transportation is a crucial factor. As a result, research will be done on the study of solid waste transporting costs. The objective of this paper is to look into the transportation costs, daily travel time, and routes in the Alang-alang Lebar neighborhood. The methodologies used in this study make reference to SNIs 19-3964-1994, 19-2454-2002, and 03-3243-2008 in order to calculate the waste volume and transport time. The total transport time by dump trucks in the Alang-alang Lebar sub-district ranges from 5.45 - 10.27 hours/day with total cost of transportation per day ranging from IDR 3,618.0 - IDR 3,751.7/km. The total cost of transporting solid waste by dump trucks in Alang-alang Lebar District per day is IDR 576,904.8 or IDR 49,372.1/m3

Abstract

One of the issues in road infrastructure is traffic congestion, which leads to longer travel times for road users. Traffic congestion is a serious problem in big cities like Palembang, including around Monpera, a tourist attraction located near the city center surrounded by busy roads. Traffic involves variables such as volume, speed, and density with random variations. Therefore, it is important to study the impact of Monpera's tourism activities on traffic. The research methodology used includes surveys and observations to gather data on visitor numbers, air quality testing, and traffic volume during peak hours. The research findings indicate that the impact observed is an increase in traffic volume, especially on weekends from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Based on air quality measurements around Monpera, it still meets the established environmental standards. This suggests that Monpera's activities do not have significant effects on air quality. However, the level of traffic service in this area is rated low at 0.77 indicating that traffic flow tends to be unstable

Abstract

Roads are infrastructure that function as a link between one region and another that is used by the general public, and is passed by various types of motorized vehicles. Road pavement damage often occurs before reaching the design age due to peeling due to excessive moisture. The use of vacuum residue (VR) in hot rolled sheet (HRS) mixtures for road construction involves several important technical and economic considerations. This study analyzed the Marshall characteristics of HRS mixture properties using VR. The VR used came from AMP PT. Pertamina Persero with an average asphalt content of 5.88%. The results showed that the Marshall parameters that did not meet were voids in the mixture (VIM) and voids filled with asphalt (VFA), for other parameters had met the 2018 Bina Marga specifications. The Marshall stability value obtained was 1979.55 kg with a Marshall Quotient of 395.91 kg / mm. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the use of VR in the HRS mixture can increase the Marshall stability value.

Abstract

Pendataan dan investigasi pada bangunan gedung merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan secara berkala, karena ini merupakan salah satu tugas dan tanggung jawab pemangku kepentingan di bidang konstruksi. Data struktur bangunan gedung perlu dikumpulkan untuk menangani kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi, seperti akibat kebakaran, gempa, atau bencana lainnya, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan metode perbaikan yang tepat untuk mengembalikan bangunan ke kondisi yang layak digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan investigasi terhadap struktur kolom Stadion Gelora Sriwijaya Palembang, yang terletak di kawasan JSC (Jakabaring Sport City), Kecamatan Seberang Ulu I, Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah survei pengukuran dengan alat Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) pada dua titik di satu kolom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran kuat tekan beton untuk struktur kolom dengan alat UPV memperoleh nilai antara 112,47 MPa hingga 141,12 MPa untuk kolom lantai 1, 101,69 MPa hingga 126,58 MPa untuk kolom lantai 2, 82,05 MPa hingga 123,45 MPa untuk kolom lantai 3, dan 107,13 MPa hingga 128,44 MPa untuk kolom lantai 4. Dari hasil perhitungan, nilai penyimpangan terbesar pada pengukuran kuat tekan beton adalah sebesar 16,19 MPa dan terletak pada Kolom 6, sedangkan penyimpangan terkecil adalah 2,87 MPa yang terdapat pada Kolom 1.

Abstract

The increasing number of vehicles each year causes a high traffic load, which can lead to damage to the roads. The pavement plays an important role in distributing the load of vehicles to the soil beneath it and in reducing soil stress. Sustainable road construction can be achieved by optimizing resource utilization and using alternatives to waste, such as waste rubber from scrap tires and natural rubber. The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimal asphalt content of a mixture that uses solid natural rubber and waste tires as substitute fine aggregates in Asphalt Concrete – Wearing Course. The experiment involved testing the characteristics of asphalt and conducting Marshall tests. Subsequently, the optimal asphalt binder content (OAC) of each proposed mixture was determined based on the results of the Marshall test. The percentage of fine aggregate substitution was 0%, 25%, and 50% of the weight of river sand. The results of the Marshall test showed that substituting fine aggregate with natural rubber and waste tires affected the physical parameters and performance of the mixture, specifically stability and flow. The range of OAC obtained indicated that the use of rubber asphalt and the substitution of river sand had a significant impact on the physical characteristics of the asphalt mixture, where higher concentrations of rubber asphalt contributed to an increase in OAC. This finding indicates the potential for using rubber asphalt to improve the performance of the mixture in road construction.
