Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan edukasi kepada Jamaah Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin tentang cara membuat Laporan Keuangan sederhana untuk mengakomodasi kegiatan keagamaan, serta memberikan santunan kepada para Yatim dan Dhuafa. Metode yang digunakan ada beberapa tahap diantaranya tahap persiapan, yang meliputi survei awal, pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi dan sasaran. Setelah survei maka ditentukan lokasi pelaksanaan dan sasaran peserta kegiatan. Tahap berikutnya yaitu tahap pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Tahap ini akan diberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya ilmu keuangan serta implementasinya dalam membuat laporan keuangan. Pelatihan, dengan beberapa metode diantaranya pencontohan laporan keuangan sederhana, praktik serta tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah membuat para jamaah lebih mengenal serta memahami tentang pentingnya mengetahui keuangan secara sederhana, membaca laporan serta membuat laporan pemasukan hingga pengeluaran secara sistematis dan efisien. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kali ini disasarkan kepada para warga khususnya jamaah Musholla Al Muqorrobin dan warga sekitar RT VIII Kedaung, Pamulang yang memiliki beragam latar belakang, sehingga diharapkan melalui program yang dibentuk ini, warga dan para jamaah lebih sadar akan pentingnya pengetahuan dibidang keuangan. Serta memupuk rasa kepedulian sosial dengan membantu sesama manusia khususnya bagi mereka yang membutuhkan.Keyword: Pelatihan, Laporan Keuangan, Santunan  ABSTRACT The purpose of this activity is to let Jema’ah Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin know how to make simple financial reports for the smooth running of religious activities and to donate to orphans and poor people. The method used includes several stages, including the preparation stage which includes initial investigation, stabilization, and determination of locations and targets. After the survey, the location and destination of the participants will be determined. The next stage is the stage of implementing community service. This phase educates the general public about the importance of financial literacy and how to apply it in the preparation of financial reports. The multi-method training includes basic balance sheet modeling, practice and Q&A. The result of this activity is to inform the congregation about the importance of knowing their finances, reading reports and compiling income and expense reports systematically and efficiently in a simple way. This community service is aimed at residents, especially the Jemaah of the Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin and the community around RT VIII Kedaung, Pamulang with diverse backgrounds. Therefore, it is hoped that this program can help residents and the public become more aware of the importance of knowledge in the financial sector. Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of doing community service is observing and understanding the problems experienced by our community service partners, namely SDI Nurul Hidayah in the Distance Learning process during the Sars-Cov-2 virus pandemic, obstacles in the distribution of teaching materials, tasks and other activities that shift from face to face to online is a new difficulty, especially for teachers, students as well as parents and guardians of students. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide practical and efficient solutions in the distribution of subject matter using applications that are free and easy to use. The method of implementing community service is by inviting representatives from each stakeholder, namely teachers, students and representatives of parents of SDI Nurul Hidayah students in a limited emergency through the Zoom video conference application, by introducing the Google Drive application and its use practices related to the learning access process through online media. The result of the community service process is that teachers, students and parents get new experiences related to the use of online learning media, easier and more efficient distribution of teaching materials in terms of time and cost. The conclusion of this community service, namely the use of online learning media to make Teaching and Learning Activities during the pandemic can be carried out well, we suggest that as special service lecturers for community service partners so that they can increase their abilities in the field of technology, and in general so that service activities can be carried out continuously.. Keywords: Community Service, GoogleDrive, Islamic elementary school, and Nurul Hidayah  ABSTRAK Latar belakang dilakukannya Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah mengamati serta memahami permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra abdimas kami yakni SDI Nurul Hidayah dalam proses Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di masa pandemi virus Sars-Cov-2, hambatan dalam distribusi bahan ajar, tugas serta kegiatan lainnya yang beralih dari tatap muka menjadi daring menjadi kesulitan baru khususnya bagi para guru, siswa maupun orang tua dan wali peserta didik. Tujuan dilakukan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan solusi praktis dan efisien dalam pendistribusian materi pelajaran menggunakan aplikasi yang bersifat gratis dan mudah dalam penggunaannya. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah dengan mengundang perwakilan dari masing-masing stakeholder, yaitu Guru, peserta didik serta perwakilan orang tua murid SDI Nurul Hidayah secara darurat terbatas melalui aplikasi video conference Zoom, dengan memperkenalkan aplikasi Google drive serta praktik penggunaannya terkait dengan proses akses pembelajaran melalui media daring. Hasil proses pengabdian masyarakat adalah para guru, peserta didik dan orang tua mendapatkan pengalaman baru terkait penggunaan salah satu media pembelajaran daring, distribusi bahan ajar yang lebih mudah dan efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya. Simpulan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu penggunaan media pembelajaran daring membuat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar selama masa pandemi dapat terlaksana dengan baik, saran kami selaku dosen pengabdi khusus untuk mitra pengabmas agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan di bidang teknologi, dan secara umum agar kegiatan pengabdian dapat terus dilakukan secara berkesinambungan.. Kata-kata Kunci: Pengabmas, Google Drive, SDI, dan Nurul Hidayah

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Islam Al-Kamal yang terletak di Kedaung Pamulang. Tujuan utama pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan minat calon peserta didik tingkat TK Islam Al-Kamal melalui penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran. TK Islam Al-Kamal menghadapi beberapa permasalahan utama dalam upaya meningkatkan minat calon peserta didik, termasuk kurangnya keberadaan online yang kuat dan persaingan dengan lembaga pendidikan sejenis. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi survei dan analisis preferensi calon peserta didik dan orang tua, pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang mencakup online (situs web, media sosial), promosi (diskon, bonus), pengembangan fasilitas, pelatihan bagi staf TK tentang pemasaran dan penggunaan media sosial dalam konteks pendidikan, serta bimbingan dan pengembangan usaha bagi pelaku UKM binaan Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin, Kedaung, Pamulang. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian ini mencakup peningkatan minat calon peserta didik dan orang tua terhadap TK Islam Al-Kamal, pengembangan situs web dan keberadaan yang lebih kuat di media sosial, serta peningkatan pendapatan dan kualitas produk bagi pelaku UKM binaan. Melalui pelatihan, pengembangan desain dan kualitas produk, serta pemasaran digital, hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini berdampak positif pada perkembangan TK Islam Al-Kamal dan masyarakat sekitar. Abstract This Community service activities carried out at Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten (TK) located in Kedaung Pamulang. The main objective of this community service program is to increase the interest of prospective students at Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten through the implementation of marketing mix strategies. Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten faces several main problems in an effort to increase the interest of prospective students, including the lack of a strong online presence and competition with similar educational institutions. The methods of community service activities include surveying and analyzing the preferences of prospective learners and parents, developing a marketing strategy that includes online (website, social media), promotion (discounts, bonuses), facility development, training for kindergarten staff on marketing and the use of social media in the context of education, as well as guidance and business development for SMEs assisted by Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin, Kedaung, Pamulang. The results of this service implementation include an increase in the interest of prospective students and parents in Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten, website development and a stronger presence on social media, as well as increased income and product quality for SMEs. Through training, development of product design and quality, and digital marketing, the results of this community service have a positive impact on the development of Al-Kamal Islamic Kindergarten and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran digital yang berkelanjutan bagi TK Islam Al-Kamal, Kedaung-Pamulang, guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keberadaan dan keunggulan sekolah tersebut. Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, sekolah-sekolah dituntut untuk mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai media promosi yang efektif. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi TK Islam Al-Kamal adalah minimnya keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan menarik minat calon siswa. Oleh karena itu, melalui PKM ini, dirancang sebuah program pelatihan pemasaran digital yang komprehensif untuk membekali staf sekolah dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola media sosial, membuat konten kreatif, serta mengoptimalkan situs web sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap, dimulai dengan pertemuan awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mitra, survei preferensi masyarakat, hingga pelaksanaan pelatihan selama lima hari berturut-turut. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai topik seperti manajemen media sosial, pembuatan konten digital, optimasi situs web, dan analisis kampanye pemasaran. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan evaluasi untuk menilai efektivitas program dan penerapannya dalam strategi pemasaran sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah terwujudnya strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap TK Islam Al-Kamal, memperluas jangkauan calon siswa, serta meningkatkan jumlah pendaftar di masa mendatang
