Abstract

Community service activities are carried out at SDI Nurul Hidayah. The main problem faced by partners is the process of implementing Distance Learning (PJJ) which was previously announced by the South Tangerang city government, which in its implementation is still found many difficulties from the school and especially the guardians of students who accompany their children to study from home. Solutions given to Partner Problems, SDI Nurul Hidayah who are teachers and students as well as accompanying parents, for Distance Learning (PJJ). Therefore, Pamulang University Lecturers, especially the Management Study Program, collaborated with SDI Nurul Hidayah by providing practical training through online media via video conference media with a zoom application that carried the theme of using Google Drive as online storage media. By holding this activity, it is hoped that it can help them to launch the process of teaching and learning activities that are carried out online. As well as providing debriefing for the school and all its implementers regarding one of the online learning media directly through practice and tutorials.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of doing community service is observing and understanding the problems experienced by our community service partners, namely SDI Nurul Hidayah in the Distance Learning process during the Sars-Cov-2 virus pandemic, obstacles in the distribution of teaching materials, tasks and other activities that shift from face to face to online is a new difficulty, especially for teachers, students as well as parents and guardians of students. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide practical and efficient solutions in the distribution of subject matter using applications that are free and easy to use. The method of implementing community service is by inviting representatives from each stakeholder, namely teachers, students and representatives of parents of SDI Nurul Hidayah students in a limited emergency through the Zoom video conference application, by introducing the Google Drive application and its use practices related to the learning access process through online media. The result of the community service process is that teachers, students and parents get new experiences related to the use of online learning media, easier and more efficient distribution of teaching materials in terms of time and cost. The conclusion of this community service, namely the use of online learning media to make Teaching and Learning Activities during the pandemic can be carried out well, we suggest that as special service lecturers for community service partners so that they can increase their abilities in the field of technology, and in general so that service activities can be carried out continuously.. Keywords: Community Service, GoogleDrive, Islamic elementary school, and Nurul Hidayah  ABSTRAK Latar belakang dilakukannya Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah mengamati serta memahami permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra abdimas kami yakni SDI Nurul Hidayah dalam proses Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di masa pandemi virus Sars-Cov-2, hambatan dalam distribusi bahan ajar, tugas serta kegiatan lainnya yang beralih dari tatap muka menjadi daring menjadi kesulitan baru khususnya bagi para guru, siswa maupun orang tua dan wali peserta didik. Tujuan dilakukan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan solusi praktis dan efisien dalam pendistribusian materi pelajaran menggunakan aplikasi yang bersifat gratis dan mudah dalam penggunaannya. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah dengan mengundang perwakilan dari masing-masing stakeholder, yaitu Guru, peserta didik serta perwakilan orang tua murid SDI Nurul Hidayah secara darurat terbatas melalui aplikasi video conference Zoom, dengan memperkenalkan aplikasi Google drive serta praktik penggunaannya terkait dengan proses akses pembelajaran melalui media daring. Hasil proses pengabdian masyarakat adalah para guru, peserta didik dan orang tua mendapatkan pengalaman baru terkait penggunaan salah satu media pembelajaran daring, distribusi bahan ajar yang lebih mudah dan efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya. Simpulan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu penggunaan media pembelajaran daring membuat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar selama masa pandemi dapat terlaksana dengan baik, saran kami selaku dosen pengabdi khusus untuk mitra pengabmas agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan di bidang teknologi, dan secara umum agar kegiatan pengabdian dapat terus dilakukan secara berkesinambungan.. Kata-kata Kunci: Pengabmas, Google Drive, SDI, dan Nurul Hidayah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the price and quality of the product on purchasing decisions at Kulpikers Snacks, Central Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 5,819 consumers, the sampling method used was the slovin technique totaling 98 consumers, using the accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The analysis used regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are product quality (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with the regression equation Y = 6.478 + 0.188 X1 + 0.603 X2 + α. The determination coefficient has a simultaneous effect of 55.9%. Partial hypothesis testing obtained the results of product quality (X1) of t count> t table or (7.973> 1.984), then Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables, namely Product Quality (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y).  Partial hypothesis test obtained the result of price (X2) of t count> t table or (10.705> 1.984). then Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variable, namely price (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis test between product quality variables (X1) and price (X2) obtained the result of F count> F table or (60.300> 1.984). Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence simultaneously between product quality (X1) and price (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) at Kulpikers Snacks, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

The insurance services industry, as a trust-based business, is still considered not to have fully gained the trust of its customers, with decreasing customer loyalty in purchasing insurance products, especially traditional life insurance. The phenomenon observed in the research location indicates that customer trust in traditional life insurance products remains low, and the company’s commitment to providing product benefits is not yet optimal. This study aims to examine the influence of company commitment on customer loyalty through customer trust. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study consist of all customers holding traditional life insurance products in South Tangerang City, totaling 100 respondents, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample method. Research data were obtained from questionnaire responses and analyzed using SEM analysis methods with the assistance of Lisrel software. The study results indicate that (1) Company commitment has an effect on customer trust, (2) Customer trust influences customer loyalty, and (3) Company commitment affects customer loyalty through customer trust.

Abstract

Aim: The aim of this research was to ascertain the level of investing knowledge, rewards, and motivation among Semarang students.Methodology: Purposive sampling and primary data were employed in the sampling process, which had 136 respondents in total. Multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test, and t test were the data analysis methods that were employed using SPSS.Findings: The analysis’s findings demonstrated that investing interest was neither positively nor significantly impacted by investment knowledge or rewards. In fact, investment interest was significantly and favorably impacted by investment motive.Implications/Novel Contribution: Universities are supposed to be able to promote students’ interest in investing by offering knowledge and resources.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and promotion on customer loyalty at NM Recording Studio, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling with a saturated sample, in which the entire population of 57 respondents, consisting of customers who used the services of NM Recording Studio, was taken as the sample. The results show that facilities (X1) have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) (t-count 18.310 > t-table 1.673, sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with the regression equation Y = -4.325 + 0.823X1, a very strong correlation (r = 0.927), and a contribution of 85.9% (R² = 0.859). Promotion (X2) also has a positive and significant effect (t-count 9.710 > t-table 1.673; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with the regression equation Y = 1.139 + 0.792X2, a strong correlation (r = 0.795), and a contribution of 63.2% (R² = 0.632). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F-count 258.949 > F-table 3.17; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with the regression equation Y = -5.339 + 0.641X1 + 0.296X2, a very strong correlation (r = 0.952), and a contribution of 90.6% (R² = 0.906).

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap Keputusan pembelian secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Ini salah satu jenis penelitian yang spesifikasinya adalah sistematis, terencana dan terstruktur dengan jelas sejak awal hingga pembuatan desain penelitiannya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan sejumlah 94 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling, metode pengambilan sample menggunakan teori Slovin didapatkan jumlah sampel 76. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. maka dapat disimpulkan : Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana dengan persamaan Y 8,704+0,619 X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,733 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 59,8%, serta nilai thitung 4.280 ttabel 1,661 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 0,01. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana dengan persamaan Y 9,004 + 0,680 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,754 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi 59,8%, serta nilai thitung 11,081 ttabel 1,661 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 0,01. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Promosi dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan Y 3,155+0,391 X1+ 0,389 X2. Nilai korelasi variabel Promosi (X1) dan Kualitas produk (X2) sebesar 0,838 tingkat hubungan antara variabel Promosi (X1) dan Kualitas Produk (X2) secara simultan yang memiliki tingkat pengaruh atau hubungan yang sangat kuat berdasarkan variable 0,800-0,1000.
