Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of clinical supervision supervisors efforts to improve the skills of teachers manage learning activities in order to improve the quality of learning elementary school sub-district Besitang Langkat district lessons 2016-2017. The subjects of this research are elementary school teachers of Besitang sub-district, Langkat district, which consists of 20 people. The result of data analysis that has been obtained shows that the improvement of absorption ability of the group of teachers in improving their skills in managing the learning activities in cycle I, II, and III are respectively 69,46%; 77.38%; and 84.48%. There is an increase in teacher skill of 7.92% in the second cycle, and 7.10% to III. While the improvement of the group of teachers in improving their skills in managing learning activities in cycles I, II, and III respectively by 40.00%; 65.00%; and 85.00%. There is an increase of 25.00% in the second cycle, and 20.00% in cycle III. In total there are 17 out of 20 teachers who have completed and can improve their skills in managing learning activities well. Keyword: supervision, clinical, quality of learning Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas supervisi klinis pengawas upaya meningkatkan keterampilan guru mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran SD binaan kecamatan Besitang kabupaten Langkat tahun pelajaran 2016-2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SD Binaan kecamatan Besitang kabupaten Langkat yang terdiri dari 20 orang. Hasil analisis data yang telah diperoleh menunjukan, peningkatan daya serap kelompok guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilannya mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran pada siklus I, II, dan III masing-masing sebesar 69,46%; 77,38%; dan 84,48%. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan guru sebesar 7,92% pada siklus ke II, dan 7,10% ke III. Sedangkan peningkatan ketuntasan kelompok guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilannya mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran pada siklus I, II, dan III masing-masing sebesar 40,00%; 65,00%; dan 85,00%. Terdapat peningkatan sebesar 25,00% pada siklus ke II, dan 20,00% pada siklus III. Secara keseluruhan terdapat 17 dari 20 orang guru yang sudah tuntas dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilannya dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran dengan baik. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention hotel in Yogyakarta, either directly or through the mediation of brand trust. Respondents in this study is that stayed in one-star hotels in Yogyakarta. To test the hypothesis quantitatively, the data obtained through a survey of 106 respondents. Sampling method nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. Validity testing performed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) while reliability testing performed by the item to total correlation and Cronbach's alpha. Meanwhile, to test the effect among variables used hierarchical regression analysis and analysis of mediation Baron and Kenny (1986). Results from this study is that customer satisfaction significant effect on brand trust, brand trust a significant effect on revisit intention. This study also proved that customer satisfaction significant influence on purchase intention of re-either directly or indirectly, that is mediated confidence in the brand. Abstract

This research aims to explain the role of the social capital of local community in integration process of inter-sociocultural. Discourse of multicultural society is important to be known because the difference of social community has a big potential to be a social disintegration. Nevertheless, the social life, which has different of culture, was not always occurred the disunion. Local wisdoms of community as social capital could facilitate an adhesive social so that they lived in social harmony. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative describing inter-ethnic social integration by taking place Wonomulyo, Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi, one of provinces in Indonesia. The data collection techniques were observation, depth interview, and documentation. Withdrawal informants were done by purposive sampling. The theory used in this study was social capital by Robert Putnam and Pierre Bourdieu. This theory explained social capital by studying social habitus of local community. The results showed that social capital of local community had a role on processing integration of community that differ ethnic and culture. As a result, the ethnic groups integrated well was characterized by social relationships among ethnic groups remain in a stable state and bound in the integration of groups. Then, the equilibrium of groups created assimilation and acculturation of culture in the society. The ethnic groups cooperated each other in economy and social activity and there was no social conflict among them.

Abstract

The quality and continuity of cocoa beans supply is determined really stakeholders in related to the cocoa supply chain. In general, the activity of cocoa beans production has not been efficient yet to compete as raw materials for domestic and foreign industries. In order for cocoa commodities in West Sulawesi province can compete and increase the income of cocoa farmers, so it is necessary to increase the role of main stakeholders and to support the cocoa supply chain especially those support the improvement of cocoa beans productivity. The objective of study is to analyse the position and role of stakeholder in the cocoa bean supply chain. The method used to identify the stakeholders position / structure is Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) method, and the role of stakeholders by survey method is to identify the cocoa bean supply chain that becomes the object of research. The results of the study indicate that famers are the most important stakeholders who need to get the attention of other stakeholders in the sustainability of the cocoa supply chain. Marketing institutions (collectors, wholesalers, processing industries, exporters), government / agricultural extension workers, still have few roles in the supply chain of cocoa commodities. The roles as expected of marketing institutions are partnership especially price guarantees and costs support of increasing farmers' garden productivity. The expected roles of governmental extension institution, Non Governmental Organization, college, and banking are to improve the knowledge of farming management through intensive assistance and the capital fulfilment of farmer through soft loan facility, also determining the basic price (minimum price) of cocoa bean among actors who is regulated for and controlled by government.

Abstract

The fluctuating price of cayenne pepper can be caused by the characteristics of agricultural commodities and also inefficient supply chain management arrangements. The research objective was to examine the performance of the cayenne supply chain with the approach of SCOR supply chain performance attributes based on reliability, responsiveness, agility, and assets in Gorontalo. The research method used was a survey method using purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted a year (July 2017-July 2018) in Gorontalo Province. Data were obtained from direct interviews with farmers, collectors, wholesalers, retailers. Data analysis utilized DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The results showed that the performance of the cayenne supply chain doer in Gorontalo was mostly efficient, only 5 farmers, 1 collecting trader, 1 large trader and 2 retailers whose performance was not efficient.

Abstract

Wooden fish in Acehnese language called engkot keumamah is raw fish that is boiled and then dried in the sun for 2 days if the sun is bright, if the sun is not bright, the drying can take up to 2 to 4 days. The main raw material for making wooden fish comes from skipjack tuna. Wood fish can be stored for months, even years. To consume wooden fish, first slice it into thin and small pieces (chips) and then add spices, in the form of a mixture of red chilies, small chilies, sunti acid, shallots, garlic and salt to taste. Based on the potential of fisheries and the improvement of the Lampulo PPS infrastructure, the Banda Aceh City Government should carry out a transformation of competitive and sustainable fisheries development. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the latest (effective) technology. Strengthening and developing the downstream fisheries industry, such as fish processing and canning. One of the efforts that must be made by the Banda Aceh city government is canning ready-to-eat wooden fish. This is very synergistic with what has been done by the community of Lampulo Village in producing wooden fish (eungkot keumamah). The results of the investment feasibility calculation show that the keumamah fish canning business is feasible and even profitable, because at an interest rate (discount factor) of 14% per year, the Net B/C is 2.19 (>1) and the NPV is Rp. 2,821,481,537.14,– (> 0). With an IRR value of 40.46% (> DF 14%), it means: this project is feasible even though the interest rate (discount factor) reaches 40.46% per year.

Abstract

Children's education patterns are often related to the methods and processes carried out. The continuous mentoring model is a very good method. Along with this method, the process of approaching children will run smoothly. Children in Parupuk Julu village in North Padang Lawas Regency have very little assistance in the form of learning outside of school. The Service Team from the STAIN Mandailing Natal Campus carried out service activities by assigning a group of Real Work Study students to the village. This is done to provide assistance to school age children in enhancing their learning experience. The method used is intense mentoring carried out by students with the concept of group learning in the Pesantren Kilat event. The results of the service show that intensive mentoring increases children's motivation in learning. They have been able to instill every practical task of worship taught at Pesantren Kilat activities, such as writing hijaiyah letters, reading iqra, reading the Koran, performing prayer movements and reading. So, the intense mentoring method carried out by STAIN Mandailing Natal KKN students resulted in increasing the motivation and religious practice of children in Parupuk Julu village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Store ATMOSPHERE, Word-of-Mouth Promotion, and Service Quality on the Decision to Use Services at AMAZON Barbershop in Ketapang, Aceh Besar, both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was unknown, and the sample size was 96 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial) was intended to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that, through partial tests, the variables Store Atmosphere, Word-of-Mouth Promotion, and Service Quality influenced the decision to use services at Suasana Barbershop Ketapang, Aceh Besar. A simultaneous test also examined the variables Store Atmosphere, Word-of-Mouth Promotion, and Service Quality.
