Abstract

Technological progress in the 4.0 era was followed by an increase in the Indonesian economy in the field of entrepreneurship. This makes a lot of new business opportunities that are dominated by women. Moreover, there are suggestions from scholars that Muslim women must be able to meet their own needs so that they are not regarded as weak creatures that depend on men. Based on that, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and the environment on their interests and influence on millennial Muslim women's entrepreneurial decisions. This research uses a quantitative method with a post positivism approach. This research analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model with WarpPLS 6.0 application. The concept of self and environment as exogenous variables, entrepreneurial interests and decisions as endogenous variables. Data were taken using a purposive random sample technique of 210 people. The data population is millennial Muslim women in the Pati Residency area. The results obtained that the variable self-concept has an influence on interest and entrepreneurial decisions of 0.211 with a probability 0.001 and a standard error of 0.047. Environmental variables affect the interest and entrepreneurial decisions of 0.131 with a probability of 0.003 and a standard error of 0.048. This means that the self-concept variable has a greater influence than the millennial Muslim women's environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the welfare of Millenial Gojek driver in Kudus district from the perspective of maqashid sharia. This research is field research using a qualitative approach. Research data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study are Millenial Gojek drivers who operate in Kudus district and have joined as Gojek partners for at least four months. The results showed that first, Millenial Gojek drivers in Kudus district have not fully achieved maslahah welfare. This is because the needs for dharuriyat has not been fully met, namely 5 research indicators among others hifdz al-din, hifdz al-nafs, hifdz al-aql, hifdz al-nasl, dan hifdz al-mal. Second, the hajiyat needs of informants have been met, namely having a motorbike and smartphone. Third, tahsaniyat needs of the informants have not been fulfilled, namely health insurance.

Abstract

Today, there is a lot of interest in Indonesian spending on the market; in 2021, overall Indonesian expenditure on the market climbed by 26%. Shopee is an Indonesian marketplace app with 93,440,300 monthly users. Sellers in the Shopee marketplace, on the other hand, are still learning how to effectively handle the platform. As a result, the goal of this research is to see if OCR (Online Consumer Review), E-Service Quality, and Content Marketing influence purchasing decisions, and if so, whether implementing OCR, E-Service Quality, and Content Marketing with Islamic business ethics strengthens or weakens the influence of purchasing decisions. The quantitative technique was employed in this investigation. Students from IAIN Kudus, UMK, and UMKU who utilize the shopee marketplace are the focus of this study. Because the population in this study was unlimited, researchers utilized the lemeshow method to determine the sample size and acquired 96 research samples. This study employs nonprobability sampling methods using purposive sampling. The data gathering approach is done through disseminating questionnaires. SPSS version 2.3 is used to process the data obtained. Validity tests, reliability tests, statistical tests, and traditional assumption tests are all used in data analysis techniques. The findings of this study revealed that online consumer reviews, e-service quality, and content marketing all influenced purchase decisions on shopee seller marketplaces and MRA tests, indicating that Islamic business ethics is a pure moderator variable that has a positive impact on online consumer reviews, e-service quality, and content marketing.

Abstract

Buying and selling online is a transaction that is in high demand by the current millennial generation. The ease, efficiency, variety of choices and various promotions offered are the underlying factors for millennials to make online purchases. This can also be seen from the shift in the style of buying the younger generation from traditional markets to online stores that are increasing. Despite the many advantages and advantages offered, there are some consumers who are less satisfied with their purchases online. That is caused by poor service quality because sometimes the response from the seller to the buyer is quite long. Some sellers who give goods that are not in accordance with the offer also cause public confidence to decline. Based on these phenomena, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust in millennial generation consumers' buying decisions and decisions. This research method uses quantitative methods with a Post positivism approach with Structural Equation Model analysis techniques using the WarpPls 6.0 analysis tool. Service quality and trust as exogenous variables, buying interest and online purchasing decisions as endogenous variables. The object of this research is millennial consumers in the cities of Kudus, Jepara and Pati who purchase goods online with a total sample of 375 respondents. The results showed that trust through interest influenced the online buying decision of 0.293. Trust and interest have a total influence of 0.402. Quality of service through interest affects the decision of 0.143. Service quality and interest have a total influence on online buying decisions of 0.363. This means that trust has a greater influence on buying decisions on digital generation compared to service quality.

Abstract

The problem of radicalism and the politicization of religion has become increasingly prevalent in recent years. Disputes between communities as a result of blaming each other between religions are an important problem to be resolved immediately. As a result, togetherness to increase regional economic potential has also stalled with a lack of tolerance between religious communities. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide assistance to the community in order to increase the economic potential of the village based on religious moderation. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) by involving the community to actively participate in developing the economic potential of the Kalirejo village. Kalirejo Village was chosen as the object of service because it has economic potential in the form of a large village market, quite a lot of MSMEs and the community has 3 religions that coexist, namely Islam, Buddhism and Christianity. The results of this service are enthusiastically accepted by the community and can increase religious literacy. In addition, the economic potential of the village can be explored and documented into the book Pesona Desa Kalirejo.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the legal basis and stock trading transactions that occur in the Islamic capital market in Indonesia. This study uses a field research method that discusses legal issues regarding stock trading based on field studies from various relevant sources. The capital market is a place for corporate activities to seek additional funds to finance its business activities. In Indonesia alone there are two capital markets, namely the regular capital market and the Islamic capital market. The Islamic capital market is a new breakthrough that has been carried out as a solution to the current trend of halal investment. It also becomes very interesting for the community, especially for Muslim communities to invest their capital in the company to get results and can participate in developing the company, but the reality that happens in the market is that many companies that have been listed on the stock exchange are still operating in accordance with sharia principles . The Islamic capital market can simply be interpreted as a capital market that implements sharia principles in economic transaction activities and apart from things that are prohibited such as usury, gambling and speculation.

Abstract

Kualitas pembiayaan merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan tingkat kesehatan lembaga keuangan syariah. Meskipun demikian, lembaga sering menganalisis pembiayaan secara kurang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini menyajikan model analisis pembiayaan yang tepat dalam memberikan rekomendasi pembiayaan. Hal itu dapat mencegah tingginya Non Performing Finance (NPF). Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Research and Development berdasarkan hasil riset dari beberapa lembaga keuangan syariah. Peneliti mengambil sampel dari Bank Syariah, BPR Syariah dan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank syariah dan BPR Syariah telah menentukan formula analisis yang cukup lengkap, namun dari KSPPS kurang memiliki formula yang lengkap. Hasilnya, peneliti menemukan aspek baru yang semula pada umumnya adalah 5C, yakni dengan menggunakan tambahan menjadi 8C. Aspek tersebut adalah character, collateral, capacity, capital, condition of economy, constrain, cash flow dan closeness. Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan aspek baru bagi lembaga keuangan syariah agar dapat memberikan keputusan pembiayaan lebih akurat.

The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence the decision of non-Muslims to become members of the Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Fastabiq Khoiru Ummah Pati. Cooperatives are joint business entities that move to improve the welfare of their members based on sharia principles. The sharia cooperative is a new instrument in financial institutions in Indonesia, but its development has experienced a very significant increase. From the data of the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, it was stated that there were 498 business entities in the form of sharia cooperatives spread across various provinces throughout Indonesia. This is influenced by the high interest of the community to become members of both Muslim and non-Muslim circles. The situation is interesting to note that cooperatives based on Islamic sharia principles are also in demand among non-Muslims. Innovative services, promotions and products that are in accordance with the daily needs of the community are the things that most influence their decisions.

Abstract

Pasar modal sebagai salah satu instrumen ekonomi tidak terlepas dari pengaruh lingkungan, baik lingkungan ekonomi maupun lingkungan non-ekonomi. Peristiwa politik merupakan salah satu risiko non-ekonomi yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan investor untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemilu presiden Indonesia tahun 2019 terhadap return saham ketika akan ditentukannya bakal calon presiden sebelum pelaksanaan pemilihan umum presiden, pada saat pelaksanaan, dan juga sesudah pelaksanaannya terhadap saham-saham yang terdaftar didalam indeks JII70. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang sahamnya tercatat didalam indeks JII70. Penelitian ini menggunakan even study (studi peristiwa). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada reaksi investor di mana 7 hari sebelum dan 7 hari sesudah tanggal 17 April 2019 pemilu serentak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peristiwa pemilu presiden pada tahun 2019 menunjukkan hasil yang cukup signifikan terhadap return dan harga saham dibeberapa perusahaan yang tergabung di indeks JII70. Kata Kunci: Pasar Modal, Return, Pemilu Presiden.
