Abstract

Keberadaan Perpustakaan sebagai sebuah unit pelayanan teknis dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi adalah sangat penting untuk memberikan layanan terhadap civitas akademika. Dengan semakin banyaknya koleksi pustaka maka sistem basis data yang dibangun harus bisa meningkatkan pelayanan yang berorinetasi pada penyediaan data warehouse. Terlebih pada tingkatan manajerial memerlukan informasi yang lengkap, cepat dan akurat untuk mendukung proses dan kegiatan perencanaan, evaluasi, dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Perancangan data warehouse ditentukan oleh adanya deskripsi kebutuhan informasi yang tepat, pemilihan sumber data yang valid, perancangan data warehouse menggunakan perancangan snowflake schema, dan proses ETL untuk mengintegrasikan, mengekstraksi, membersihkan, mentransformasi serta mempopulasikannya ke dalam data warehouse. Perancangan dengan metode Snowflake schema digunakan karena untuk mengakomodasi lebih banyak tabel dimensi, karena akan memiliki sub-tabel dimensi lain sehingga bisa menghasilkan lebih banyak informasi yang akan dijadikan sebagai bahan untuk mengambil keputusan. Key word : data warehouse, perpustakaan, snowflake schema, ETL.

Abstract

CV. Orbit Trust Corp adalah perusahaan percetakan yang menerima pesanan seperti undangan, buku, kemasanmakanan, paper bag, dan lainnya. Setiap hari, perusahaan menerima 25-100 pesanan. Saat ini proses pemesanandimulai saat pelanggan datang langsung ke tempat percetakan untuk memilih produk dan memperkirakan biayasecara manual menggunakan kalkulator. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi, diperlukan sistem otomatis untukmenghitung perkiraan biaya pada saat pemesanan. Pelanggan dapat memberikan desain cetak yang sudah jadi ataupermintaan untuk dibuatkan, tetapi antrian pengerjaan yang panjang karena waktu yang dibutuhkan untukmembuat desain. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem baru ini akandikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan framework Laravel, ReactJS, dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Setelah selesai, sistem akan diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujianBlack Box dan Usability. Hasilnya adalah sistem pemesanan berbasis website yang akan membantu prosespemesanan di CV. Orbit Trust Corp.

Abstract

Guru mempunyai andil yang besar terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah, sehingga penting untuk dilakukan penilaian kinerja guru untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Saat ini penilaian kinerja guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Imogiri masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam melakukan perhitungan nilai dan memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk mengelola data tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada maka dirancanglah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menerapkan metode profile matching. Dengan adanya sistem ini penilaian kinerja guru dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Proses pada metode profile matching adalah dengan membandingkan antar kompetensi individu ke dalam potensi suatu jabatan sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya (GAP). Metode tersebut memiliki tingkat objektifitas yang lebih baik dibanding metode lain dan mempertimbangkan konsistensi yang logis dalam penilaian. Hasil pengujian didapatkan akurasi sistem 93,33% terhadap 30 data yang diuji, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode profile pada sistem mempunyai tingkat akurasi yang baik dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to identify digital leadership strategies that are effective in improving employees' work innovation behavior at Sinar Murni Banten Savings and Loan Cooperative. Using a quantitative approach with survey techniques, data was collected from 100 cooperative employees who have at least one year of work experience and are involved in the use of digital technology in their daily work. The results showed that digital leadership has a significant influence on employees' creativity, proactivity, and ability to implement new ideas. Regression analysis revealed that digital leadership strategies contributed 37% to the variability of employees' innovative work behavior. Leaders who integrate digital technology in their managerial strategies can encourage employees to be more creative and proactive in completing their tasks. In conclusion, an effective digital leadership strategy can improve operational efficiency and create added value for cooperatives through the development of employee work innovation behavior. This research suggests that cooperatives should continue to develop technological infrastructure, initiatives to face challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the digital era

Abstract

E-commerce has experienced rapid growth with the adoption of digital technology particularly in Southeast Asia. AI enables Shopee to provide personalized product recommendations, responsive customer service, and secure shopping experiences. This study analyzes the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in enhancing user experience on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The research employs a mixed-method approach involving 400 Shopee users in Indonesia. Product recommendation and user experience personalization both significantly increase user satisfaction. User experience personalization has a greater influence than product recommendations in increasing user satisfaction. The implications of this study suggest that AI not only enhances Shopee's operational efficiency but also strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty, making it a key element in maintaining competitiveness in today's competitive e-commerce industry

Abstract

Abstract

The significance of the tourism sector in contributing to the economy of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, which is a major destination with millions of tourists every year. The rapid growth of tourism demands the integration of information technology, especially in the development of recommendation systems, to improve visitor experience and satisfaction and support sustainable destination management. The main problem faced is the need to develop a recommendation system that is able to provide optimal suggestions for tourist locations and accommodations, considering various attributes such as price, facilities, location, and user personal preferences. The problem-solving approach taken in this study is the application of the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) Method. The research steps involve identifying problems, needs, and key attributes, collecting tourist location and accommodation data through Google Maps and Google Business Data. Furthermore, the raw data is subjected to processing and pre-processing before the MAUT model is developed. This model is implemented into a web-based application which is then tested using blackbox testing to determine whether the system is running properly. With the hope of creating a smart and sustainable tourism ecosystem, this study is innovative in using MAUT to improve the quality of recommendations in the Yogyakarta tourism industry.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the accuracy of liver disease classification using Quantum Feature Engineering (QFE) and the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Tech-nique and Tomek Links (SMOTE-Tomek) data balancing technique. Four machine learning models were compared in this research, namely eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR) on the Indian Liver Patient Dataset (ILPD) dataset. QFE is applied to capture correlations and complex patterns in the data, while SMOTE-Tomek is used to address data imbalances. The results showed that QFE significantly improved LR performance in terms of recall and specificity up to 99%, which is very important in medical diagnosis. The combination of QFE and SMOTE-Tomek gives the best results for the XGB method with an accuracy of 81%, recall of 90%, and f1-score of 83%. This study concludes that the use of QFE and data balancing techniques can improve liver disease classification performance in general.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan mengadopsi K-Means untuk mengelompokkan film yang serupa sebelum dilakukan rekomendasi menggunakan item based collaborative filtering dengan tujuan mereduksi data, mendapatkan data kelompok film yang sesuai dengan target pengguna dan mempercepat proses eksekusi. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, proses klastering, proses rekomendasi, proses prediksi rating dan akurasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode item based collaborative filtering pada dataset MovieLens 100k dapat memberikan rekomendasi film kepada pengguna. Namun akurasi MAE dari prediksi rating memiliki error sedang yaitu 0.54 dan akurasi menggunakan metode RMSE memiliki nilai error yang tinggi yaitu 0.71. Waktu eksekusi untuk proses rekomendasi juga memakan waktu lama yaitu 14 menit 12 detik.
