Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Word of Mount and Product Quality on purchasing decisions on Kesu Garu Cheese II Medan. The population in this study were consumers at Kesu Garu II Cheese Medan on average as many as 38 customers per day, so that there were 266 consumers at Kesu Garu II Medan Cheese Outlet for one week. The number of samples to be taken in this study is 73 samples. The method used by the researcher is a descriptive method through a quantitative approach. The data collection used is by using a questionnaire given to respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 20.0 for windows.. The partial test results show that the tcount value of the Word Of Mouth variable (X1) is (4.097) greater than the ttable value (1.994). So in this case partially that the Word Of Mouth variable affects the Purchase Decision on Kesu Garu Cheese II Medan. The partial test results show that the tcount value of the Product Quality variable (X2) is (3.051) greater than the ttable value (1.994). So in this case partially that the Product Quality variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision on Kesu Garu II Cheese Medan. The results of the F-test that the independent variables (X1 and X2) in the form of Word Of Mouth and Product Quality simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Y) Purchase Decision on Kesu Garu Cheese II Medan and the effect is positive with a significant level (α) of 5%. With the results of the acquisition of Fcount> Ftable which is 67.574> 3.13 and by looking at the probability (sig) which is smaller than the significant level (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that the equation model is accepted and has a significant effect. The coefficient of determination is 0.649 ( 64.9%). So it can be said that 64.9% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the Purchase Decision of Kesu Garu II Medan Cheese in the model can explain the Purchasing Decision variable of Medan's Kesu Garu II Cheese, while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The sample includes all employees at the Kyriad Muraya Hotel, totaling 110 uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Job Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Psychological Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Job Performance which is mediated by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. And there is a positive and significant influence of Psychological Empowerment on Job Performance which is mediated by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. Sampel penelitian ini seluruh karyawan Hotel Kyriad Muraya yang berjumlah 110 orang dengan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perceived Organizational Support dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Job Performance. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perceived Organizational Support dan Psychological Empowerment terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Job Performance dimediasi oleh variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Psychological Empowerment terhadap Job Performance dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

PT. BEPP adalah sebuah perusahaan yang berlokasi di kota Tangerang. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan masih menghadapi permasalahan, dengan kualifikasi dan persyaratan yang belum sepenuhnya sejalan dengan kebijakan perusahaan. Selain itu, penempatan kerja yang buruk dan gaji tidak disertai bonus atau uang lembur, sehingga dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada uji t variabel rekrutmen diperoleh ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan, untuk variabel seleksi diperoleh ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan, untuk variabel penempatan diperoleh ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan, untuk variabel gaji ada pengaruh secara negatif dengan kinerja karyawan . Perhitungan uji f menunjukkan pengaruh variabel bebas (rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan dan gaji) secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keterikatan (kinerja karyawan).

Abstract

This study aims to identify digital leadership strategies that are effective in improving employees' work innovation behavior at Sinar Murni Banten Savings and Loan Cooperative. Using a quantitative approach with survey techniques, data was collected from 100 cooperative employees who have at least one year of work experience and are involved in the use of digital technology in their daily work. The results showed that digital leadership has a significant influence on employees' creativity, proactivity, and ability to implement new ideas. Regression analysis revealed that digital leadership strategies contributed 37% to the variability of employees' innovative work behavior. Leaders who integrate digital technology in their managerial strategies can encourage employees to be more creative and proactive in completing their tasks. In conclusion, an effective digital leadership strategy can improve operational efficiency and create added value for cooperatives through the development of employee work innovation behavior. This research suggests that cooperatives should continue to develop technological infrastructure, initiatives to face challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the digital era

Abstract

Autoassociative Memory (AM) is one of the artificial neural network methods and is a special of Heteroassociative Memory network. AM saving one or more vectors using matrics by the training process. Vectors that have been stored can be recognized by computing the weight matrix and in the activation process this method can be done very easily because it does not require calculation of the target value like other artificial neural network methods. The target is identical to the input so that if the input is identical to the output then the input is a pattern is a recognized object. AM ability to recognize patterns can be used for User and Password Authentication in an information system, so as to increase security in applications. The application of AM on a website-based application can reduce direct interaction between the database on the system and users who are not authorized, because the authentication process only involves a weight matrix. To apply the AM method, combine user and password then converted into binary to making a vector to using AM processed. In this research, AM ability to recognize user and password is 88% with a total of 100 data and is able to recognize users and passwords by 60% with an entropy value of 0.29, it can be concluded that the AM method can be used in the authentication process but has not optimal because it has not correct 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how managers, team leaders, and supervisors can evaluate top performers with the aid of simple additive weighting in decision support systems. In this study, interviews, observation, and related literature reviews were employed as data collection techniques. This system employs fuzzy simple additive weighted (FSAW) as its approach. Two techniques, AHP and WP, were used to develop the system. Rapid Application Development, or RAD, is the system development methodology employed in this study. The findings of the study led to the following deductions: The results of this application calculation do not directly determine when assessing the best employee; you must wait for a decision from the team leader, supervisor, manager or meeting. The results provided by the best employee assessment decision support system method can be implemented using dynamic or changeable criteria to determine the best alternative. There are seven criteria used for research on evaluating the best employees in this application, namely: average process. Processes include: quantity; quality; on time; and teamwork. Productivity, which includes days in and days out/holidays. These criteria are only a basis for research in writing about the best employees, but to add or subtract criteria, you can add or subtract them in the best employee assessment application system using SAW.

Abstract

This community service initiative by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University, aimed to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owned by university students. Utilizing the Service Learning method, the program focused on improving operational efficiency through training in time management, inventory control, product quality enhancement, and technology application. The initiative culminated in an international product exhibition at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, providing MSMEs with opportunities for global market exposure. Post-evaluation demonstrated a significant increase in productivity among participants, evidenced by improved time management and product quality. The project's success highlights the positive impact of holistic approaches that integrate training and international marketing efforts on local economies. Future initiatives should explore deeper aspects like innovation and advanced marketing strategies for sustained MSME growth

Abstract

Pristine layered double hydroxide (LDH) in the form of clay Mg/Al LDH was enhanced its catalytic ability by impregnating metal oxides to form Mg/Al-metal oxide composites in congo red (CR) degradation. The composite was calcined at a not high temperature of 300 oC and characterized using SEM and DRUV. In this report, the photodegradation of CR as anionic dye was optimized based on the variables of pH, catalyst weight and time radiation. The stability of the catalyst was studied from the percent degradation in the recycling test. The characterization of the catalyst that has undergone 5th regeneration cycles was carried out using XRD and FTIR. The results of this study revealed that catalysis by Mg/Al-metal oxide composites resulted in a better percent degradation, rate constant and materials stability than pristine Mg/Al LDH. Mg/Al LDH, Mg/Al-TiO2 and Mg/Al-ZnO catalyzed the photodegradation of CR by 65.97%, 73.06 % and 86.86%, respectively.

Abstract

By incorporating consumer behaviour theory and marketing communication theory, the research intends to investigate the impact of social media advertising and influencers on purchasing preferences and to evaluate the efficacy of digital marketing strategies. Data acquisition via online surveys and statistical analysis, including assessments of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heterogeneity, and double regression, are components of the research methodology. The findings indicate that purchasing interests are significantly and positively impacted by advertising and influencers; advertising and influencers account for 51.4% of the variance in purchasing interests. This research contributes to the body of knowledge by demonstrating how integrating influence and social media advertisements can increase the efficacy of digital marketing. Practical implications encompass the significance of discerning appropriate advertising and influencer strategies in order to augment consumer interest in making purchases. Additional investigation is warranted in order to comprehend the intricate interplay among social media, influencers, and consumer behaviour in the era of digitalization.

Abstract

Hubungan masyarakat atau humas adalah praktik mengelola penyebaran informasi antara individu atau organisasi dan masyarakat. Manajemen humas itu sendiri merupakan suatu proses dalam menangani suatu rencana, komunikasi, dan koordinasi dengan tujuan agar dapat mencapai suatu tujuan yang sama, termasuk juga tujuan komunikasi dalam hubungan masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian manajemen humas yaitu untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan kualitas peserta didik serta partisipasi masyarakat khususnya orang tua peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada masa sekarang Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif serta jenis pendekatan metode deskriptif. Hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat di MI Al-Misbah Kota Bandung tetap intensif, tapi basisnya online baik yang berhubungan dengan dinas pendidikan provinsi, pemerintah kabupaten, kecamatan dan daerah serta hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat. Tujuan utama program humas dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan adalah untuk membangun dan memelihara kerja sama yang positif antara lembaga pendidikan dengan masyarakat di MI Al-Misbah Kota Bandung.
