Abstract

Indonesia currently faces multidimensional threats, from small to large, concerning all aspects of the country's life, from ideology, politics, economics, social, culture, defense, and security. The newest nature of the threat has a human security perspective rather than only state security. For that, a thorough effort is needed that is capable of dealing with Threats, Disturbance, Obstacle, Challenge (TDOC) as such. Civil defense can be the answer to such problems because civil defense itself can be interpreted as an obligation and responsibility of citizens to maintain the existence and sovereignty of the state. Civil defense will be optimal if disseminated through formal education. In this case, the formal education in question is at the level of higher education. This paper proposes that civil defense can be held at higher education level in the form of university compulsory course, and is organized under the name civil defense education. This paper will also look at the effectiveness of state defense courses as compulsory university courses.

Abstract

Dinamika pemikiran Amien Rais mengenai hubungan antara konsepsi Islam dan Politik menggambarkan pandangannya mengenai relevansi antara pendekatan agama dengan bentuk negara. Amien Rais seringkali disandingkan sebagai tokoh neo modernisme Islam dalam perpolitikan nasional. Pemikiran Amien Rais mengawali terjadinya reformasi di Indonesia dengan bergantinya pemerintahan Presiden Soeharto yang sudah berkuasa puluhan tahun. Pemikiran Amien Rais mengedepankan ajaran tauhid dalam fungsi pemimpin dan negara. Berdirinya PAN merupakan buah karya politiknya. Dalam perkembangannya pemikiran Amien Rais mengalami berbagai dinamika. Memudarnya pengaruh Amien Rais di PAN kemudian menghadirkan Partai Ummat. Peralihan ini juga semakin menggambarkan perubahan sosok Amien Rais sebagai tokoh neomodernisme menjadi pandangan yang sangat agamis dalam berpolitik. Untuk itu penelitian ini akan menggambarkan dinamikan perubahan pemikiran Amien Rais terkait konsepsi Islam dalam Politik. Penulis memilih menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penggunaan studi literatur yang diutamakan untuk menganalisis pemikiran Amien Rais. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pergeseran pemikiran politik Islam Amien Rais yang dijabarkan dengan berdirinya Partai Ummat sebagai kendaraan politik barunya.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) was held to provide socialization on the situation experienced by the public regarding political communication on social media in the context of facing the 2024 elections. This activity can be carried out directly or face to face because the pandemic conditions are under control. This community service activity was held in the Pangkalan Jati Village hall. This socialization provides an explanation of the forms of political communication on social media, especially for youth groups in the Pangkalan Jati sub-district, Cinere, Depok. The material explained is about what policies the government has implemented to increase citizens' awareness regarding the importance of paying attention to political communication, how the public can increase their attention to political communication which is currently heavily influenced by the development of social media. In general, it can be concluded that the socialization of political communication on social media provides Indonesian citizens with an understanding of the importance of public attention to political communication on social media.
