Abstract

Objective: Discuss the complications of laparoscopic ovarian cystic neoplasms. Method: Case report. A-52 year old female with 2 parities, complained of a lump at anterior abdominal wall during chemotherapy for clear cell ovarian adenocarcinoma after total hysterectomy and bilateral salphingooophorectomy by laparoscopy. The indication was suspected ovarian cancer from solid parts found during ultrasound and CA125 level 169. During previous laparoscopy, the cyst was ruptured, left in abdominal cavity with high CO2 pressure for five hours and retrieved without a bag. The frozen section examination of the cyst wall were diagnosed as endometriosis. The physician assured her that the lump was only scar and did not need further evaluation. CA125 level was 557 IU after chemotherapy. PET scan confirmed a 2 cm-diameter mass superior to peritoneum and multiple implants intra abdominally. Result: A debulking laparotomy was done. Omental cake was found with one part adhered to the right previous trocar insertion site. It was connected to tumor implant size 3x4 cm until fat tissue of abdomen wall. Another implant was also found at left paracolical area. Conclusion: Laparoscopy offers advantages such as less bleeding, better visualisation, and enhanced recovery. Some controversies exist in cases with suspicion of malignancy. Pneumoperitoneum might cause seeding of tumor cells. This could be prevented by using low pressure, avoidance of exsuflation of gas through trocar opening, or by using bags to retrieve operative specimens. Preoperative evaluation of clinical findings, ultrasound, and tumor markers are important to prevent improper surgical management. Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the influence of remuneration, work motivation and leadership style of Dr Fauziah Bireuen Hospital employees on employee performance. Based on survey research via questionnaires on a sample of 109 employees with quantitative analysis techniques using multiple regression. The research results show that remuneration influences the performance of RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen. Work motivation influences employee performance and leadership style influences employee performance. Simultaneously, remuneration, work motivation and leadership style influence Dr. Fauziah Bireuen amounted to 25.745%.

The method used to analyze data is library research, namely collecting various references from sources relevant to the object of study. The results of this research show that theory in learning is an instrument that has been tested for truth and is studied from various different perspectives, while learning is a process of changing human behavior based on experience and training to become knowledgeable. Several theories that researchers have formulated include: fitrah theory, connectionism theory, power psychology theory, and gestalt theory.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahuai konsep Pendidikan akhlak pada anak dalam al-qur’an surah lukaman ayat 12-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang bertumpu pada kajian buku dan telaah teks, sumber data pada penelitan ini di peroleh dari data primer yaitu buku tafsir al-azhar karangan prof. dr. hamka dan data sekunder yaitu  jurnal dan artikel yang mendukung informasi terkait dengan judul penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa konsep Pendidikan akhlak pada anak yang terdapat di surah Lukman ayat 12-19 adalah keteladanan Lukman yang selalu bersyukur atas hikmah berupa ilmu dari Allah. Kemudian Luqman berwasiat kepada putranya berupa larangan mempersekutukan Allah, berbakti kepada orangtua dikarenakan jerih payah orangtua yang telah mengandung dan merawat kita sejak dalam kandungan, namun Allah memberikan batasan-batasan terhadap kedua orangtua selama bakti tersebut tidak membuat murka Allah. Luqman juga berwasiat kepada anaknya berupa anjuran mendirikan shalat, amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar, dan bersabar atas segala cobaan.

Abstract

Strengthening Qur'anic education in the family is a strategic step to form a religious generation with noble morals. As the first and main educational environment, the family has a vital role in instilling Qur'anic values ​​from an early age. This community service activity was conducted in Toddopulia Village, Tanralili District, Maros Regency, one of the campus's partner villages. The main objective of this program is to improve the understanding and practice of Qur'anic values ​​in family life through training, coaching, and intensive mentoring for parents and community leaders. The implementation method includes socialisation, training in reading and teaching the Qur'an, and group discussions on Qur'anic education strategies in the household. The activity results showed an increase in parental awareness of the importance of their role in children's religious education and an increase in their ability to guide children to read and understand the Qur'an. This program is expected to be a sustainable model in building family spiritual resilience based on Qur'anic values.

Abstract

knowledge about aseptic dispensing at RSUD Dr. Morwardi. This research is a non experimental research with a descriptive survey design. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. Respondent’s knowledge data was collected using a questionnaire with a total of 10 questions that had been tested for validity with Pearson’s correlation and reliability test with Cronbach’s Alpha which was then analized using SPSS 25. The results showed that knowledge about standard precautions was good, as many as 44 people (88%). Respondents with sufficient knowledge were 4 people (8%), and with poor knowledge were 2 people (4%). The conclusion of this study is that the level of knowledge of pharmaceutical technician about aseptic dispensing at RSUD Dr. Moewardi is good.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the basis and objectives of Islamic education. The type of research used is library research, with research approaches namely a sociological educational approach and a normative theological approach. The results of the research show that the principles of Islamic education cannot be separated from the purpose of human life, namely to become servants who are devout, obedient and obedient to the commands of Allah SWT. and stay away from all His prohibitions. To achieve the goals of Islamic education, the principles of Islamic education are needed. Among the existing principles of Islamic education, the most important of them is the universal principle, namely the principle that shows the content of Islamic teachings covers all aspects, this makes it possible to study it using an inter, multi and transdisciplinary approach, then the principle of balance emphasizes that Islamic education builds a balanced mindset between the physical and the spiritual, between the worldly and the everyday, next is the principle of simplicity showing that Islamic education teaches an attitude of wasathan (middle) and moderation. Abstract

Education plays a fundamental role in shaping human character and holistic personality. In Islamic education, the ultimate goal is to realize insan kamil the perfect human being who maintains balance between spiritual, intellectual, and moral dimensions. Meanwhile, the Indonesian national education system, as stated in Law Number 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, also emphasizes the formation of a whole person who is faithful, pious, knowledgeable, and responsible. This study aims to analyze the concept of the ideal human in Islamic educational thought and its implementation in Indonesia’s national education objectives. Using a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach, this study draws upon classical Islamic texts, scholarly journals, and official educational documents. The findings reveal that the concept of insan kamil in Islamic education is substantially aligned with the goals of national education, particularly in fostering harmony between faith, knowledge, and morality. Implementation of this concept can be realized through the integration of spiritual values into the curriculum, strengthening of character education, and enhancing teachers’ competence in internalizing religious values. This study highlights the importance of synergy between Islamic values and the philosophy of national education in developing a generation that is faithful, knowledgeable, ethical, and competitive as the foundation for national progress.
