Abstract

Jumlah kumulatif AIDS sampai bulan Maret 2017 di Indonesia berjumlah 87.453 orang; di Sumatera Selatan 691 orang, antara lain tersebar di Kota Palembang berjumlah 617 dan Lubuk Linggau 2 orang. Faktor risiko tertinggi kasus terinfeksi HIV bulan Januari-Maret 2017 adalah pengguna jarum suntik (37%) dan kedua adalah heteroseksual (24%). (Ditjen P2P KemenKes RI, 2017). Berdasarkan data tersebut, remaja adalah salah satu kelompok beresiko tinggi tertular dan menularkan HIV/ AIDS melalui penyalanggunaan narkoba melalui jarum suntik dan sek bebas. BPPD Kota Lubuk Linggau tahun 2016 melaporkan data bahwa penduduk usia 15-24 tahun yang memiliki pengetahuan komprehensif tentang HIV dan AIDS pada tahun 2013 : 16,5% dan penggunaan kondom pada hubungan seks berisiko tinggi terakhir tahun 2013 adalah 0,14%. Hal ini merupakan ancaman berkembangnya kasus HIV/ AIDS di Kota Lubuk Linggau. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan perilaku yang baik untuk mencegah penyakit HIV/AIDS melalui Pendidikan kesehatan mengenai sek bebas dan penyalahgunaan NAFZA dengan adalah siswa SMA Xaverius Lubuk Linggau. Kegiatan ini termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan dengan Fokus pada pembangunan manusia, khususnya remaja melalui peningkatan kesehatan remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah,shering dan diskusi. Hasil: setelah dilakukan pengabdian ini, siswa memiliki rata-rata pengetahuan yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya dan memiliki komitmen mencegah sek bebas dan penyalahgunaan NAFZA untuk mencegah penyakit HIV/AIDS. Saran untuk sekolah agar pendidikan kesehtan yang berkelanjutan tetap dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan pengatahuan dan sikap dalam mencegah berbagai penyakit.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological condition experienced by a woman who will give birth to the next generation. During pregnancy, a mother should perform Ante Natal Care (ANC) at least 4 times which aims to keep the mother and fetus healthy and avoid/prevent complications or complications during pregnancy, childbirth, the postnatal period and the baby to be born. Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) is one of the disorders that can occur in pregnant women. GDM can have a short-term and long-term impact on both the mother and the child. One of the effects is that the baby is big so that it can be difficult for pregnant women and childbirth which in turn can cause anxiety in pregnant women. Objective: Through this activity, it is hoped that pregnant women can understand the importance of checking blood sugar levels during pregnancy. Method: carry out counseling and health checks, including checking blood sugar levels.

Abstract

Premenopause is the emergence of early signs and symptoms of changes in the body's system when the menstrual cycle begins to become irregular. One way to prepare women to face premenopause is by changing their cognition through providing education using audio-visuals and booklets as media. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of audio-visual media and booklets on premenopausal knowledge, self-efficacy and stress in premenopausal women outpatient polyclinics at Kayu Agung Hospital in 2022. The research method used the pre-experimental research design with a one-control design approach. The research results obtained data that there was an influence of audio-visual educational media and booklets on premenopausal women with a p value for knowledge of 0.000 and a p value of self-efficacy = 0.000 and a p value for stress = 0.000. Audio-visual and/or booklets about premenopause can be used as educational media in an effort to increase premenopausal women's knowledge about the physiological and psychological changes that occur during the premenopausal period, so that premenopausal women become confident and able to deal with the changes that occur. In the end premenopausal women will be able to prevent and overcome stress.

Abstract

Lansia merupakan usia dimana fungsi tubuh mengalami penurunan disertai dengan sensitifitas psikologis. Keluarga yang memiliki lansia dengan tingkat kesibukan tinggi cenderung menitipkan lansia ke panti jompo/werdha dan hal ini menimbulkan persepsi sendiri bagi keluarga dimana keluarga menganggap tidak mempunyai tanggung jawab lagi untuk pemeliharaan kesehatan lansia, jika hal ini terus terjadi maka akan    terjadi penurunan kesehatan lansia, hal ini terlihat dalam cara pencegahan lansia terhadap Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan pencegahan Covid-19. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan uji Kendall Tau. Data mengenai variable dukungan keluarga dan kecemasan didapatkan dari kuesioner yang divalidasi dan diberikan pada lansia. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Tidak ada Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kecemasan lansia dalam pencegahan Covid-19 dengan nilai r ≥0.05 hal ini dikarenakan lansia mendapatkan dukungan keluarga dari petugas panti werdha, dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa lansia kecewa dengan keluarganya dan telah menganggap penggurus panti adalah keluarga sendiri sehingga selalu mendengarkan/menggikuti informasi petugas.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological condition that is naturally experienced by women who are productive and fertile. During pregnancy, a mother must routinely perform Ante Natal Care (ANC) at least 4 times during pregnancy. The purpose of a mother doing ANC is to maintain the health of the mother and fetus and to prevent complications during pregnancy. One of the causes of complications in pregnant women is anemia due to iron deficiency which is a case that is often found in pregnant women. One indicator of anemia is to look at the picture of hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. One of the causes of anemia is due to iron deficiency which results from insufficient nutrition for pregnant women. The aim of this activity is to screen pregnant women suffering from anemia at RB Sinta and provide education to pregnant women regarding the importance of ANC during pregnancy. Method: This activity is carried out by checking Hb levels in pregnant women and providing counseling

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease caused by the corona virus and was discovered in 2019 and then reported to the WHO. Covid-19 has spread to various countries in the world, including Indonesia. The outbreak of this epidemic has also increased the number of positive cases of Covid-19. As a result, the whole world, including Indonesia, is experiencing the impact of the health and economic crisis. People's lives seem to have stopped because of restrictions, including schools, work, health services, and so on. This can cause panic, fear and anxiety in the community. So, it is necessary to carry out activities for the community to manage stress during this pandemic. Purpose: to overcome stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, prevent the occurrence of risky behavior on health in RT 006 RW 002 residents who want to implement healthy and clean living behaviors. Method: provide counseling and discuss with residents of RT 006 RW 002 Sukajaya Palembang. In community service which was carried out on 30 people, before conducting counseling the community service team conducted oral interviews with participants. All participants (100%) who took part in the activity felt stressed because of the covid 19 pandemic, especially with the news related to covid 19 which was increasing every day being affected by covid 19, they were afraid of being affected too. The Community Service Team conducted counseling related to "Overcoming stress during the covid pandemic. 19". The counseling went smoothly, all participants followed the counseling until it was finished. After the counseling, the community service team conducted an oral evaluation of the participants regarding the topic. After the counseling, most of the 24 participants (80%) said they understood and understood how to deal with stress but were still afraid and worried about the spread of the COVID-19 disease.
