Abstract

The purpose of this reserach was to analyze Influence Consumer Motivation, Quality Perception, Consumer Attitudes and Purchase Price Decision about Purchasing Decision Nissan Grand Livina Cars at The Dealer Center of Nissan Motor Indonesia Corporation in M.T. Haryono Kav.10, East Jakarta . The method used in this research is Surveying Method using a Questionnaires. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results from this research showed that the Purchasing Decision Nissan Grand Livina Cars at The Dealer Center of Nissan Motor Indonesia Corporation in M.T. Haryono Kav.10, East Jakarta influenced by the Consumer Motivation, Perceived Quality, Consumer Attitudes, and Price. The biggest factor affecting the purchase decision is price. Abstract

Virus Covid-19  merupakan pandemi yang dihadapi oleh seluruh dunia tak terkecuali Indonesia. Dampak pandemi Covid 19 tak hanya dirasakan pada sektor kesehatan saja, sektor ekonomi dan juga sektor keuangan turut merasakan dampak dan memberikan tekanan yang sangat nyata terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang melambat dengan turunnya akitivitas ekonomi dan konsumsi, sebagai akibat dari adanya pandemi covid 19. Sektor UMKM merupakan salah sektor yang sangat terdampak selama masa pandemi covid 19, sehingga sektor UMKM perlu beradaptasi terhadap berbagai perubahan kondisi saat ini. Selain itu, sektor UMKM juga diharuskan untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan kepada Para Pelaku UMKM di bawah binaan suku dinas PPUKM Jakarta Utara dan Kepulauan Seribu bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai branding yang menarik kepada UMKM dengan pemanfataan teknologi. Dengan demikian, Pelaku UMKM dapat menciptakan citra yang baik terhadap produk yang dijual.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurship on the dynamic capabilities and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The focus of the study is specifically on culinary SMEs situated in the Jabodetabek Region, utilizing a quantitative-causal research methodology. The sample consists of 220 culinary SMEs with a business history exceeding 5 years, and data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach. The findings from the analysis of these 220 culinary SMEs reveal the potential of market orientation and entrepreneurship to enhance dynamic capabilities and SME performance. Moreover, the study highlights the positive impact of dynamic capabilities on SME performance and identifies an indirect pathway through which market orientation and entrepreneurship can amplify SME performance by utilizing the mediating role of dynamic capabilities.

Abstract

The research to explore whether work motivation and work discipline through mediation by work satisfaction towards the performance of employee at the Directorate of Operations in PT Bussan Auto Finance's Head Office. Quantitative descriptive has been chosen as the study design. The population and sample of this research were all permanent employees at Directorate of Operations of PT Bussan Auto Finance’s Head Office with total of 77 people who were determined by non-probability sampling technique, type of saturated sampling or census. Then these data brought to analyzed through the use of PLS-SEM method in order to measures the structural models. The research results shows that both of motivation and discipline did not affect the performance of employee. Work satisfaction significantly effects the performance. But work motivation and discipline would have significant positive effect if it was mediated by job satisfaction. This research will bring new impact in which it stated that work motivation and discipline have no influence towards the employee performance, so this novelty would need further research in similar industries.

Abstract

The food industry is one of the business sectors that is future-oriented, as evidenced by food being one of the basic needs of the community. Therefore, it is necessary to examine customer loyalty in the food industry through the role of customer satisfaction, service quality and food quality, as in this study. In developing this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used by involving a sample of 100 respondents to obtain analysis data, which was then processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research reveals that there is a significant positive correlation occurred of service quality along to food quality which affecting customer satisfaction. And this customer satisfaction also affects in increasing customer loyalty to Subway Indonesia. These results indicates that Subway Indonesia needs to maintain their improvement on service quality and food quality which served based on consumers expectations, so as to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
