This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Leadership and Competence on Job Satisfaction and its impact on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Riau Province Transportation Agency Office using Path Analysis. The sample of this study used Slovin so that the sample in this study was 110 employees. The results in this study that Leadership and Competence have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership, Competence and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership and Competence affect Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The agency must pay attention and continue to improve the dominant factors in the formation of the variables examined in this study in line with efforts to improve other related factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung mengenai Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Pehubungan Provinsi Riau dengan mengunakan Path Analisis. Sampel penelitian ini mengunakan slovin sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 pegawai. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Pihak instansi harus memperhatikan dan terus meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang dominan dalam pembentukan variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sejalan dengan upaya untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor lainnya yang berkaitan.

This study aims to determine the effect of variable Leadership, Workload and System Career against Climate Organization and its influence on employee performance Bureau Riau Provincial Secretariat general. The research was conducted on the general Bureau Employees Riau Provincial Secretariat that the total sample of 127 people. In testing the hypotheses make use of statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tools. The results showed that simultaneous leadership, workload and career system have a significant influence on the climate of the environment organization the General Bureau of Riau Province Regional Secretariat. But only partially leadership factors that have a significant influence on organizational climate. With good leadership will be able to provide a good organizational climate anyway. However, from this study showed also that Workload no significant effect on organizational climate, as well as the career system has no significant effect on the climate of the organization. The results of this study the presence of a significant impact on the performance of organizational climate, whereby the contribution of organizational climate on the performance of 21.9%. This is understandable because of the organizational climate becomes a major factor when an employee to work in an organization has a good climate and it can provide comfort conducive to employee performance will be high. The theoretical implications that can be derived from this study is the result of this study showed that motivation to work related to the local government through a staffing agency can consider the factors that affect climate such organization is leadership, workload and career system. Efforts to create a good climate of the organization as a leader has an important role in making staffing policy. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja Dan Sistim Karir Terhadap Iklim Dalam Organisasi Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja dan Sistim Karir Terhadap Iklim Organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau yang jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 Orang. Dalam melakukan pengujian hipotesa menggunakan analisa statistik dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan sistim karir memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi dilingkungan Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Propinsi Riau. Namun secara parsial hanya faktor kepemimpinan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi. Dengan kepemimpinan yang baik akan dapat memberikan iklim organisasi yang baik pula. Namun dari penelitian ini diperoleh juga bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, begitu juga sistim karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini terdapatnya pengaruh yang signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja, dimana kontribusi iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja 21.9%. Hal ini bisa difahami karena faktor iklim organisasi menjadi faktor utama seorang pegawai untuk bekerja apabila dalam suatu organisasi memiliki iklim yang baik dan kondusif maka dapat memberikan kenyaman kepada pegawai maka kinerja akan menjadi tinggi. Implikasi teoritis yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berkaitan dengan motivasi kerja maka pemerintah daerah melalui badan kepegawaian dapat memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi iklim organisasi diantaranya adalah kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan sistim karir. Upaya untuk menciptakan iklim organisasi yang baik maka sebagai seorang pimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam melakukan kebijakan kepegawaian.

The role of universities in motivating their undergraduate graduates to become a young entrepreneur is very important in growing the number of new entrepreneurs. With the increase in youth entrepreneurship will reduce the increase in the number of unemployed even increase the number of jobs. Pekanbaru City is an area with abundant natural resource potential. For this reason the phenomenon of unemployment among young people, apart from being caused by limited employment, is also due to the synchronization of graduates' qualifications with the needs of the labor market / business (link and match). However, this also explains the low level of entrepreneurship that can be generated from the world of education. To that end, efforts to develop entrepreneurship, especially at the age of youth through training and community service activities must continue to be encouraged. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and internal communication on performance through employee job satisfaction in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Riau Province.The population were all employees of echelon II, III and IV as big as 138 people and the size of sample is as many as 103 people. The technique of determining the sample is by using purposive sampling. The path analysis is used to analyze the collected data.The results of the study indicate that: (1) supervision influences employee’s job satisfaction, (2) internal communication contributes positively on employee’s job satisfaction, (3) supervision correlates significantly with employee’s performance, (4) internal communication influences employee’s performance, (5) supervision and Internal communication affect positively to performance through job satisfaction.

The study was conducted at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia fostered UMKM in Riau. The aim is to find out the direct effect of work experience, skills and networking on the performance of UMKM with business motivation as a moderation variable. The study took a sample of 70 UMKM. The variables used are experience, skills, Networking, UMKM Performance and Business Motivation as Moderation. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that the age of 40-49 years is an age that has a very good income with a value of 4.20. And female sex has a good performance with a value of 4.10. Then the results of the study indicate that there is work participation, skills and networks for the performance of UMKMs. Whereas work experience and skills that are moderated with business motivation do not support UMKM performance. While the network is moderated by motivation to try to the performance of UMKMs

This study aimed to determine strategy for business unit based on quantitative SWOT analysis. This study was conducted in Eka Hospital Pekanbaru with the subject of research was Cardiovascular Services of Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative analysis with internal data (primary data) and external data (secondary data). Sample of this study are individuals in hospital management. Determination of strategic factors in internal and external factors, ranking and weighting of each factor in the IFAS table and in the EFAS table was done through a Group Group Discussion (FGD). X value is obtained from the difference of total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in strength factors minus total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the weakness factors. X value is 0.69 (possitive). Y value is obtained from the difference of total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the ofactors minus total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the weakness factors. Y value is 0.30, also possitive. Projection of X and Y in the SWOT quadrant are in the first quadrant. It means that progressive strategy (growth oriented strategy) is the recommended strategy because Eka Hospital Pekanbaru has strengths and good opportunities. Functional strategies are formulated based on progressive strategy as the recommendations strategy for business unit.

Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) di Kota Pekanbaru masih mengalami proporsi modal yang tidak seimbang. Kondisi ini yang menjadikan koperasi sebagai kreditor memiliki risiko tinggi, karena koperasi masih belum cukup memiliki modal sendiri untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan bisnis di kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan etos kerja terhadap komitmen serta kinerja pegawai, dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variable moderasi. Sumber daya manusia yang baik diperlukan guna mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan cara meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 responden. Untuk mendapatkan data kuantitatif dari tanggapan responden menggunakan skala likert. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen, sedangkan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Selanjutnya, kepemimpinan dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen. Sedangkan moderasi dari budaya organisasi dapat memperkuat pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai. This research was conducted at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Riau Province, which is located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work ethic on employee commitment and performance, with organizational culture as a moderating variable. Good human resources are needed to achieve organizational goals by improving employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with a total sample of 131 respondents. To get quantitative data from the responses of respondents using a Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate that leadership and work ethic affect commitment, while commitment affects performance. Furthermore, leadership and work ethic affect performance through commitment. Meanwhile, moderation of organizational culture can strengthen the influence of commitment on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri di Indonesia. Sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri berjumlah 133 orang. Analisis jalur dari SPSS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Variabel yang digunakan adalah motivasi dan kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas, kinerja sebagai variabel terikat dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motivasi dan kepemimpinan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri di Indonesia. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri in Indonesia. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri totaled 133 people. Path analysis from SPSS was used as an analytical tool. The variables used are motivation and leadership as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable, and job satisfaction as the intervening variable. The results showed that motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation and leadership mediated by job satisfaction have a strong effect on employee performance. On the other hand, partial motivation has no significant positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sales Promotion, Personal selling dan Advertising terhadap keputusan pembelian Buku dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sales Promotion, Personal Selling dan Advertising secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi dan sampel adalah konsumen yang membeli buku di CV As Salam wilayah Pekanbaru tahun 2019 sebanyak 99 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sales promotion, personal dan advertising secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sales promotion, personal selling dan advertising dapaat menentukan tingkat keputusan pembelian konsumen. This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion, personal selling, and advertising on book purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of sales promotion, Personal Selling, and Advertising together on consumer purchasing decisions. In this study, the population and sample were consumers who bought books at CV As Salam Pekanbaru area in 2019 as many as 99 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results showed that sales promotion, personal and advertising partially or simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. This shows that sales promotion, personal selling, and advertising can determine the level of consumer purchasing decisions.
