Abstract

The purpose of this study  was to determine the relation of leadership, communication to work climate and its effect on employees morale in National Civil Agency(BKN) Regional XII Pekanbaru partialy or joinly.The population of this study were all employeesof the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Regional Office XII Pekanbaru totaling 94 employees.But based on job analysis in 2015 the ideal number of employees of each regional office is 90 employees. How to determine the number of samples by using the census method, so the sample number are 90 employees. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of this study indicate that leadership and communication have a significant effect part to employees morale, but leadership through work climate does not have a significant effect on employees morale, and communication through work climate also have a significant effect to employees morale at the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Regional Office XII Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to Determine and analyze the influence between Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) on the Performance of BPJS Health Division II Regional Leaders With Variable Commitment As Mediation. The population of this study were all leaders in BPJS Health Division II with the level of manager and assistant manager who totaled 121 people. The sample in this study were 121 people Obtained by the method of sampling census. The instrument used for the data collection is by ordinal scale model questionnaire. To test the hypothesis used descriptive analysis and PLS analysis.The results of the data analysis show that (1) Intellectual Intelligence (IQ) has a negative and significant effect on performance, (2) Commitment is not a mediation variable between intellectual intelligence (IQ) to leadership performance, (3) Emotional Intelligence (EQ ) has positive and significant (4) Commitment is the perfect mediation variable between emotional intelligence (EQ) on the performance of leadership, (5) Spiritual intelligence (SQ) has no significant negative effect on performance, (6) Commitment is the perfect mediation variable between spiritual intelligence (SQ) on leadership performance, and (7) Commitment has a negative and significant effect on performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the factors that influence greenhouse gas emission disclosure. Factors examined in this research are a type of industry, firm size, profitability, and leverage. In this study, the researcher adopted the checklist issued by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) to measure the extensive disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions. To examine the factors, the researcher utilized multiple regression. The population of this study was all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018. This research applied the purposive sampling method to obtain 131 listed manufacturing in 2018. The result implies that firm size has a positive and significant correlation with greenhouse gas emission disclosure. Meanwhile, type of industry, profitability, and leverage had no significant correlation with greenhouse gas emission disclosure. Manufacturing companies, especially greenhouse gas-intensive companies, must participate in protecting the environment and help reduce greenhouse gas emissions as stipulated in Presidential Regulation No. 61 of 2011 concerning the National Action Plan for Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions. In line with the concept of performance measurement of "Triple Bottom Line," the company does not only pay attention to profit (profit) and people (social), the company must also pay attention to the planet (environment). So the company can compete with other companies. The results highlighted that the much resources of the company, the better the company is conducting a greenhouse-gas-emission reduction strategy. It makes it easier for the company to do the disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions.

Abstract

The objectives of these study is to get a better knowledge of the impact of leadership and supervision on the civil servants morale and performance at the office for Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets of Pekanbaru. Variables used in this research are leadership and supervision as independent variables while morale and performance as dependent variables. Sampling method used in this research is sampling census method with a sample of 124 people working in the office of Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets of Pekanbaru. Statistical analysis used to test the impact of leadership and supervision on the civil servant morale and performance is a WarpPls analysis, which explains the relationship between variables either directly or indirectly. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a direct impact on the civil servant performance and it has indirect impact on the civil servant performance through morale. Supervision has an impact on the civil servant performance and it has no indirect impact on the civil servant performance through morale. The morale has a direct impact on the civil servant performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi dan komitmen kerja terhadap disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Bagian Tata Usaha Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi dan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja. Pengawasan dan komitmen berpengaruh pada kinerja. Pengawasan dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan yang baik diikuti dengan disiplin yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja. Artinya semakin baik pengawasan dan komitmen yang diikuti dengan disiplin kerja yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja. Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya, semakin baik disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision and work commitment on work discipline and employee performance through employee work discipline. The population in this study were all employees at the Administration Section of the Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau Islamic University. The population in this study were 168 people. The sample in this study were 168 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that supervision and commitment had an effect on work discipline. Supervision and commitment have an effect on performance. Supervision and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. This shows that good leadership followed by good discipline will improve performance. This means that better supervision and commitment followed by high work discipline will improve performance. Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. That is, the better work discipline will improve performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku manajer. informasi yang relevan dengan pekerjaan, pengetahuan manajer tentang kinerja anggaran dengan moderator supervisi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para manajer di 15 cabang wilayah kerja PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) yaitu 398 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 199 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku manajer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran. Job Relevant Information berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Anggaran. Pengetahuan manajer berdampak pada kinerja anggaran. Perilaku manajer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran dengan pengawasan sebagai moderator. Informasi relevan pekerjaan berpengaruh pada kinerja anggaran dan dimoderatori oleh pengawasan. Pengetahuan manajer mempengaruhi kinerja anggaran yang dimoderatori oleh pengawasan. This study aims to determine the effect of manager behavior. job-relevant information, managers' knowledge of budget performance with moderator supervision. The population in this study were managers in 15 branches of the work area of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero), namely 398 people. The sample in this study was 199 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the behavior of managers had a significant effect on-budget performance. Job Relevant Information has an effect on Budget Performance. Manager's knowledge has an impact on-budget performance. Manager behavior has a significant effect on budget performance with supervision as a moderator. Job-relevant information affects budget performance and is moderated by supervision. Manager's knowledge affects budget performance which is moderated by supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri di Indonesia. Sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri berjumlah 133 orang. Analisis jalur dari SPSS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Variabel yang digunakan adalah motivasi dan kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas, kinerja sebagai variabel terikat dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motivasi dan kepemimpinan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri di Indonesia. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research was conducted at PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri in Indonesia. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri totaled 133 people. Path analysis from SPSS was used as an analytical tool. The variables used are motivation and leadership as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable, and job satisfaction as the intervening variable. The results showed that motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Motivation and leadership mediated by job satisfaction have a strong effect on employee performance. On the other hand, partial motivation has no significant positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Primalayan Citra Mandiri in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, entrepreneurial motives, and entrepreneurial spirit on the performance of business actors in the creative rattan industry in Pekanbaru. The population in this study included rattan business actors in Pekanbaru City who found 40 business actors. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method (40 rattan business actors in Pekanbaru).The results showed that: 1) training had a significant effect on business performance of the rattan creative industry in Pekanbaru, 2) entrepreneurial motives had no significant effect on business performance of business actors in the creative rattan industry in Pekanbaru, 3) entrepreneur spirit had a significant effect on business performance of business actors. rattan creative industry in Pekanbaru, 4) training, entrepreneurial motives, and entrepreneurial spirit together have a significant effect on the performance of business actors in the creative rattan industry in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Di era informasi kontemporer, masalah sumber daya manusia akan selalu menjadi tantangan bagi organisasi, baik itu organisasi sosial maupun komersial. Hubungan antara sumber daya manusia dan peradaban di era digital sangat penting, akibatnya ada kecenderungan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk lebih memperhatikan manusia sebagai penentu keberhasilan organisasi. Setiap organisasi pada umumnya perlu melakukan upaya manajerial untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dinas kesehatan kota pekanbaru yang berjumlah 80 orang pegawai. Pada penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 80 orang yang seluruhnya merupakan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sensus, sensus merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang semua populasi menjadi sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program komputer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 21,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukanan Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, Iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bond ratings on investment decisions, corporate governance, and firm value in the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study amounted to 78 companies, but after selecting the sample using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 12 companies was obtained. Secondary data was obtained from the IDX's official website, fact books, company's official website, and PEFINDO. Hypothesis testing was carried out by path analysis and Sobel test using the WarpPLS 5.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the bond rating has a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Bond rating has a significant positive effect on corporate governance. Bond rating has no significant positive effect on firm value. Investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value. Corporate governance has a significant negative effect on firm value. Bond rating has an indirect positive and insignificant effect on firm value through investment decisions as an intervening variable. Bond rating has a significant negative indirect effect on firm value through corporate governance as an intervening variable.
