Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of workload, commitment and supervision to the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru. It also aims to examine the effect of workload, commitment and supervision to the performance of employees simultaneously at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru. The study was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru at Jalan Pattimura No. 12 Pekanbaru.The population in this study were all employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province Pekanbaru amounted of 111 employees. To determine samples is using the Slovin formula. Samples taken are 87 people with non-probability sampling method. Therefore, to analyse data is using multiple regression.Based on the results obtained from the resarch of the data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: workload, commitments, monitoring has a significant influence on the performance in the Central Bureau of Statistics Riau Province. Performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province is affected by the variable workload, commitment and control, with the most dominant variable is the workload. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beban kerja, komitmen dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja, komitmen dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja secara simultan pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru pada Jalan Pattimura No. 12 Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 111 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 87 orang dengan metode sampling non-probability. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja, komitmen, pengawasan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru. Kinerja pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru dipengaruhi oleh variabel beban kerja, komitmen dan pengawasan dengan variabel yang dominan adalah beban kerja.

Abstract

This study investigatesseveral factors thataffect the performanceof employees of PT. "X" PangkalanKerinci, especially in terms ofrecruitment, performance appraisal and compensation paymentsthroughincreased motivation.This research is adescriptivestudy that aims todescribesome of thefactors that affectperformance throughquantitative descriptive approach. This type of researchconductedby survey method, this is in accordancewith the purposeof researchto identify and analyzehuman resource activitiesin relation torecruitment, performance appraisal and compensation paymentson employee motivationfor improvingemployee performance.The research was conductedatPT. "X" is addressed atPangkalanKerinciPangkalanKerinciDistrict ofPangkalanKerinciPelalawanRiau Province. The results showedthatthe compensationis significantlypositive effecton theimprovement ofemployee motivation, whilethe motivationitselfdirectlysignificantlypositive effecton employee performance. This suggests thatincreasingthe motivationwillhave an impact onemployee performance improvement. Penelitian ini meneliti beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. "X" Pangkalan Kerinci, terutama dalam hal rekrutmen, penilaian kinerja dan pembayaran kompensasi melalui peningkatan motivasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja melalui pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode survei, ini sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis aktivitas sumber daya manusia dalam kaitannya dengan rekrutmen, penilaian kinerja dan pembayaran kompensasi motivasi kerja karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. "X" ditujukan di Pangkalan Kerinci Pangkalan Kabupaten Kerinci Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan Provinsi Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan penilaian rekrutmen dan kinerja secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi dan penilaian kinerja dan pembayaran kompensasi secara langsung juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diajukan saran kepada perusahaan PT. "X" Pangkalan Kerinci agar dapat mencapai kinerja yang baik, manajemen perusahaan PT. "X" Pangkalan Kerinci harus menjaga beberapa faktor seperti kinerja kerja, pengakuan kinerja karyawan, hubungan yang kondusif antara karyawan dan rekan kerja dan atasan, dan beberapa kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh manajemen PT. "X" Pangkalan Kerinci. Untuk penelitian lebih lanjut guna mengembangkan dan menggunakan lebih banyak variabel dan melibatkan banyak responden dalam melakukan penelitian sehingga menghasilkan hasil yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to compare analysis world major composite index, Indonesia sectoral index and currency exchange, before and after the fed rate hike by central bank of United Stated on 17 December 2015. Event study was used as the research model. The reseach based on quantitative positivism metodoly, statistic non parametris (pair sample t-test). Population was world major composite index, Indonesia sectoral index and currency exchange on developed markets and emerging markets. Sample by Purposive sampling method, classified into two group, 5 day before event and 5 day after event. Pair t-test was used to compare two group of data. The result shows that fed rate hike on 17 desember 2015, are positive significant to IHSG (Indonesia), FTSE (United Kingdom), STI (Singapore), AORD (Australia), HSI (Hongkong), 000001.SS (China), but significant negative for DJI (United Stated). However, there is no significant difference for KLSE (Malaysia), and N225 (Japan). The result shows that fed rate hike on 17 desember 2015, are positive significant to Infrastructure, Basic Industry Chemical, Trade & Service, Manufacture, Consumer Goods, and Construction sector. However, there is no significant difference on Agriculture, Mining and Finance sector. The result shows that fed rate hike on 17 desember 2015, are negative significant to currency exchange GBP (United Kingdom), HKD (Hongkong), and Yuan (China), However, there is no significant difference for IDR (Indonesia), MYR (Malaysia), YEN (Japan), SGD (Singapore), AUD (Australia). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbandingan Indek Saham Utama Dunia, Indek Sektor Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan Nilai Tukar Mata Uang, sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan moneter bank sentral Amerika Serikat (The Fed Rate) pada 17 desember2015. Event study model digunakan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian berdasarkan metodologi kuantitatif positivistik, statistic non parametrik (Pair t-test). Populasi adalah indek saham gabungan utama dunia, Indek Sektor Bursa Efek Indonesia dan nilai tukar mata uang pada negara maju dan emerging markets. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, 5 hari sebelum event dan 5 hari sesudah event, pair t-test digunakan untuk membandingkan kedua kelompok. Hasil menunjukkan kenaikan the fed rate pada 17 desember 2015, berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap IHSG (Indonesia), FTSE (Inggris), STI (Singapura), AORD (Australia), HSI (Hongkong), 000001.SS (China), tapi berpengaruh signifikan negative terhadap DJI (Amerika Serikat). Namun tidak signifikan terhadap KLSE (Malaysia), dan N225 (Jepang). Hasil menunjukkan kenaikan the fed rate pada 17 desember 2015, berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap sektor Infrastruktur, Industri Kimia Dasar, Perdagangan, Aneka Industri, Industri Barang Konsumsi, dan Properti. Namun tidak signifikan terhadap sektor Pertanian, Pertambangan, dan Keuangan. Hasil menunjukkan kenaikan the fed rate pada 17 desember 2015, berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap nilai tukar mata uang GBP (Inggris),HKD (Hongkong), dan YUAN (China), Namun tidak signifikan terhadap IDR (Indonesia), MYR (Malaysia), YEN (Jepang), SGD (Singapura), AUD (Australia).

Abstract

The study was conducted at Pekanbaru Office Branch of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara with the aim to analyze Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Which is one of the First Branch Class in entire Bank Tabungan Negara Branch all over the country. The sample in this study are employee of Pekanbaru Office Branch of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara of 73 people. The analysis technique used in this research is PLS with analysis Software Tool WarpPls 4.0.The Organizational Culture of the test results have positive direct influenceand sifnificant on Employee Performance with coefficient value 0,12. Work Motivation have positive direct influence and significant on Employee Performance with coefficient value 0,27. Organizational Culture have positive indirect influence and significant on Employee Performancethrough Job Satisfacion with Coefficeint value 0,161. Work Motivation have positive indirect influence and significant on Employee Performance through Job Satisfacion with Coefficeint value 0,072. Job Satisfaction have positive direct influence on Employee Performance with coefficient value 0,43. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Pekanbaruyang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu kantor cabang terbaik di Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Pekanbaru sebanyak 73 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS dengan analisis Software Tool WarpPls 4.0. Hasil uji budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien 0,12. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien 0,27. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerjadengan nilai koefisien 0,161. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerjadengan nilai koefisien 0,072. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien 0,43.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of macro economy variables and the performance of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population consisted of all companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the automotive and equipments subsectors. The samples were collected using purposive sampling method. There were 12 automotive and equipment companies included as the samples. The hypothesis in this research stated that there is an influence of macro economy and financial performance on stock return in automotive industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research result showed that inflation, interest rate, and exchange rate have significant influence on company stock return. The interest rate and exchange rate have negative influence towards the profitability of automotive and equipment companies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel makro dan kinerja perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor otomotif dan komponennya di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu 12 perusahaan subsektor otomotif dan komponennya. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini ialah terdapat pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi dan kinerja keuangan terhadap return saham pada industri otomotif di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian inflasi, suku bunga dan nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan. Suku bunga dan nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan subsektor otomotif dan komponennya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the US macroeconomic announcements on financial markets of countries in Southeast Asia. The population of this research is all the countries in Southeast Asia. Sampling method using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques using GJR-GARCH. The results showed US inflation announcement had no effect on the Thailand stock market composite index. Announcement of the US unemployment rate, composite index influence on the countries of Southeast Asia. United States GDP announcement had no effect on the composite index for Indonesia and Thailand. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dampak dari pengumuman makro ekonomi Amerika Serikat terhadap pasar keuangan di negara-negara Asia Tenggara. Sampel didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah GJR-GARCH. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengangguran dan composite index di Amerika Serikat mempengaruhi negara-negara di Asia Tenggara. Pengumuman mengenai GDP Amerika Serikat tidak berdampak pada composite index untuk Indonesia maupun Thailand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically Influence of Internal Factors and External Factors on Stock Return with Beta Shares As Variable Intervening in the company Property Sector, Real Estate and Building Construction listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The population of this research is all property companies (property sector, real estate) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 until 2016, which is 49 companies. The sample research is 39 companies. The data type is secondary data. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) method. This research uses WarpPLS 5.0 and Sobel Analysis software. Based on the results of research, got some conclusions as follows: (1) Internal factors have a significant influence on Beta Share. (2) Macroeconomic factors have a significant influence on Beta Share. (3) Internal factors have a significant effect on Stock Return. (4) Macroeconomic factors have a significant influence on Stock Return. (5) Beta shares have a significant effect on Stock Return. (6) Beta stock able to mediate the influence of internal factors on stock returns. (7) Beta stock able to mediate the influence of macroeconomic factors on stock returns. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa secara empiris tentang pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal pada return saham dengan beta saham sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan property, real estate, dan building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup semua perusahaan property (sektor property dan real estate) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2012 hingga 2016, yaitu berjumlah 49 perusahaan. Sampel untuk penelitian berjumlah 39 perusahaan. Tipe data yang digunakan ada data sekunder. Analisis data dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan WarpPLS 5.0 dan software Analisa Sobel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Faktor-faktor internal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Beta Share. (2) Faktor-faktor makroekonomi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Beta Share. (3) Faktor-faktor internal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Stock Return. (4) Faktor-faktor makroekonomi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Stock Return. (5) Beta shares memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Stock Return. (6) Beta stock bisa memediasi pengaruh dari faktor internal terhadap stock return. (7) Beta stock bisa memediasi pengaruh dari faktor-faktor makroekonomi terhadap stock return.

Abstract

Semangat kerja merupakan hal yang penting bekerja. Beberapa penelitian menunukkan bahwa semangat kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja, mutasi dan kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan mutasi terhadap semangat kerja dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan menggunakan kuestioner. Responden penelitian sebanyak 134 orang Personil ditreskrimum Polda Riau. Analisis data dengan menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif dan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja secara langsung, namun akan berpengaruh apabila disertai kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa mutasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja baik secara langsung maupun dengan variabel kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening. kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa beban keja, mutasi dan kompetensi berperan dalam meningkatkan atau menurunkan semangat kerja anggota polisi bagian ditreskrimum Polda Riau. Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The aim is to determine the direct effect of workload, non-physical work environment, compensation for employee turnover mediated by organizational commitment. This study took a sample of 160 customers. The variables used are workload, non-physical work environment, compensation for employee turnover mediated by organizational commitment. The data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which was operated through the Smart PLS 3.2.8 . program.The results showed that there was a workload that had a significant effect on employee turnover at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Non-physical work environment, compensation, organizational commitment and workload have a significant effect on employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Every increase in workload will increase employee turnover, and every decrease in workload will decrease employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The better the non-physical work environment will reduce employee turnover, and the worse the non-physical work environment will increase employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Compensation has a significant effect on employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The greater the compensation received will reduce employee turnover, and the smaller the compensation received will increase employee turnover with organizational commitment as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze firm size, capital structure, dividend policy on the company's financial performance. To analyze biodiesel production strengthen the relationship between firm size, capital structure, dividend policy and company financial performance. The population in this study is the use of company data included in the palm oil processing sector companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014 to 2019. The sample in this study was 12 companies that met the sampling characteristics that have been determined. The analytical technique used in this research is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS.5.0 program. The results of the study show that the size of the company and capital structure on financial performance. Dividend policy has no effect on financial performance. Company size, capital structure have a significant effect on financial performance with Biodiesel Production as a Moderating Variable. The results of financial research on dividend policy have no effect on company performance with biodiesel production as a moderating variable
