Abstract

ABSTRAK Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan membangun kepercayaan hadirnya informasi dari luar wilayah masyarakat suku Baduy untuk memperluas wawasan dengan mempertahankan keluhuran budayaTeknik pendekatan dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan simulasi secara oral dan tanya jawab.Hasil kegiatan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta untuk menyeleksi informasi yang masuk kedalam lingkup wilayang kesukuan dengan mempertahankan kehidupan sosial dan budaya yang lestari secara turun temurun Kata Kunci :Informasi, Sosial Budaya

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui r pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Hero Kids cabang Teras Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 60 orang karyawan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, korelasi, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja pengujian terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F nilai  Fhitung > Ftabel : 43,390 > 3,09 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja PT.Gunung Agung, untuk mengetahui Suasana Kerja PT. Gunung Agung,  untuk mengetahui Kinerja Karyawan PT.Gunung Agung, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Suasana Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Gunung Agung Tangerang Selatan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian assosiatif kuantitatif, dengan semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, dan menyebar kuisioner. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Korelasi Product Moment, Uji Determinasi , Uji Hipotesis (Uji t) dan Uji Hipotesis (Uji F) dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 24.Hasil Penelitian, dari skor rata-rata variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 4,59, suasana kerja 4,48 dan kinerja 4,44 yang diperoleh berdasarkan rentang skala 4,20-5,00  yang berarti masuk penilaian tertinggi dengan menjelaskan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki disiplin tinggi dapat memanfaatkan waktu dengan baik, dengan suasana yang nyaman dapat bekerjasama sesama karyawan dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Pengaruh disiplin kerja dan suasana kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gunung Agung Tangerang Selatan, berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil korelasi 0,880 bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat. Hasil Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan disiplin kerja dan suasana kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 77,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sisanya sebesar 22,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Persamaan regresi linear berganda Y=1,421+0,204X1+0,626X2 bahwa jika disiplin kerja ditingkatkan satu satuan maka kinerja karyawan akan bertambah 0,204 dan jika suasana kerja ditingkatkan satu satuan maka kinerja karyawan akan bertambah 0,626. Pada uji hipotesis t hitung disiplin kerja 3,079 > t tabel 1,991 dan suasana kerja 6,481 > 1,991 maka Ho ditolak dan Hα diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja dan suasana kerja terhadap kinerja pada PT. Gunung Agung Tangerang Selatan. Pada uji hipotesis F hitung > F tabel yaitu 132,341 > 2,720 yaitu Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima, menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif anatara disiplin kerja dan suasana kerja terhadap kinerja PT. Gunung Agung Tangerang Selatan. Kata kunci: Disisplin Kerja, Suasana Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Humans as one of the resources that are dynamic and have the ability to continue to grow need to get the attention of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Sumber Sarana Berdikari in Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 58 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance by 47.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Leadership style and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 56.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of character education and social status on the culture of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (a study at Pamulang University). This research is a causal quantitative research (cause and effect by processing numerical data), using a survey method of data collection through distributing questionnaires to Pamulang University students of Management Study Program, by determining the sample using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test, and F test. Data obtained from respondents were processed using SPSS 26. The results showed that there was an influence between character education, social status and a humanist spirit towards K3 culture. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of the research results are as follows: the results of character education (X1), social status (X2) and a humanist spirit (X2) together have a very significant effect on the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) culture of students in the Management Study Program at Pamulang University.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (PERSERO), PUSDIKLAT (Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan) Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan. Penelian bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuisioner, dan teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier sederhana, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, uji F dan uji ℎ . Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (PERSERO) PUSDIKLAT (Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan) Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 4,940 + 1,073 X1 – 0,150 X2, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,958, nilai determinasi 91,7% dan nilai Fhitung 353,926 > Ftabel 3,13 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. dengan demikian keputusan yang diambil Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Yang berarti variabel disiplin dan lingkungan kerja mampu mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau R square sebesar 0,917 atau 91,7%. Variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan variasianya dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel disiplin kerja (X₁ ) dan lingkungan kerja (X₂ ) dan sisanya sebesar 8,3% dijelaskan diluar variabel yang digunakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance, and the effect of training and non-physical work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance at Pizza Hut Delivery Karawang, West Java. The population in this study were all employees of Pizza Hut Delivery Karawang, West Java, totaling 70 people, the sample technique used was the saturated sample technique, the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed Y = 11.955 + 0.282 X1 + 0.438 X2. While the correlation coefficient value shows 0.724, it can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously have a strong level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y). And the Coefficient of Determination Test obtained the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.525, it can be concluded that training (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) together have a contribution of 52.5% influence on employee performance

Abstract

Sampah yang di daur ulang dan diberdayakan dapat menjadi peluang atau berpotensi menjadi dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Persediaan barang bekas tidak perlu dikhawatirkan, hanya bermitra dengan bank sampah, maka barang bekas akan sangat mudah diperoleh. Jika barang-barang bekas ini dimanfaatkan dan didaur ulang sedemikian rupa, selain mendatangkan manfaat dan meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, juga membantu mengatasi permasalahan sampah yang menjadi pekerjaan rumah (PR) bagi suatu pemerintahan terutama kota-kota besar di Indonesia.Untuk itu, pengelolan barang bekas menjadi tanggung jawab kita semua, sebagai sumber atau penghasil sampah. Pada dasarnya sampah dihasilkan dari kegiatan atau aktivitas makhluk hidup. Untuk aktivitas tumbuhan dan hewan justru mendatangkan manfaat bagi makhluk yang lain, tetapi aktivitas manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari justru mengahsikan sampah yang sangat berbahaya bagi lingkungan atau ekosistem yang lain, seperti sampah plastic, sampah kaleng, kaca dan sebagainya, belum lagi limbah industry yang mengandung zat adiktif. Jika barang bekas ini dimanfaatkan dan bernilai ekonomi maka dapat menjadi sumber penghasilan bagi keluarga atau dengan bahasa lain dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Daur ulang barang bekas ini dapat dikemas dalam wirausaha home industry. Sekarang ini sudah banyak pelaku home industry daur ulang barang bekas, karena masyarakat sudah mulai sadar tidak mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan ditengah-tengah pesaing yang sangat kompetitif. Meskipun untuk menjadi wirausahawan tidak cukup hanya bermodalkan tekat menjadi wirausahawan tetapi butuh komitmen dan motivasi untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Karena untuk merintis usaha atau membuka usaha home indutry tidaklah semudah membalikan telapak tangan. Jatuh bangun dalam usaha itu hal yang sangat wajar, dan butuh tekat yang sangat kuat untuk tetap eksis, apalagi bahan bakunya barang bekas, terkadang masyarakat masih memandang rendah hasil karya yang berbahan baku barang bekas.Penyuluhan wirausaha home industry untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas, hadir untuk memberikan pengetahuan, wawasan dan peluang yang sangat potensial dikembangkan, karena bahan bakunya murah dan mudah diperoleh. Obyek pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pada ibu-ibu PKK RT.04 RW 03 Desa Cidokom Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat, karena pengusul pengabdian kepada masyarakat melihat potensi local baik dari sumber daya manusia yaitu ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan bahan baku dari barang bekas yang mudah dan murah diperoleh sehingga sangat memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan guna meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga masyarakat setempat. Tujuan dari penyuluhan wirausaha home industry untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas agar masyarakat setempat dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan berkreasi, berkarya dan berdaya juang untuk mengubah barang bekas yang tidak bernilai secara ekonomis menjadi barang yang bernilai guna serta bernilai ekonomi tinggi.Oleh karena itu, melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang ini diharapkan dapat turut berkontribusi membangun desa Cidokom melalui ibu-ibu PKK nya berbagi pengetahuan, mendorong masyarakat untuk pengembangan sumberdaya yang dimiliki secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Wirausaha home industry daur ulang barang bekas ini dimaksudkan dapat memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dan berkarya sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi dirinya dan masyarakat sekitar. Adapun luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini selain dipublikasikan di Jurnal Dharma Laksana juga diharapkan dapat digunakan referensi dan dibaca oleh masyarakat luas untuk pengembangan dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Wirausaha, Home Industry, Ekonomi Keluarga. Waste that is recycled and empowered can be an opportunity or potential be able to improve the family economy. Second hand inventory is unnecessary there is a concern, only partnering with a waste bank, then used goods will be very easy obtained. If these used goods are used and recycled in such a way, besides bringing benefits and improving the family economy, it also helps solve the problem of waste which is a homework (PR) for a government especially big cities in Indonesia.  For that, the management of used goods is the responsibility of all of us, as source or producer of waste. Basically, waste is generated from activities or activities living things. For plant and animal activities, it actually brings benefits other creatures, but human activities in daily life actually make it fun waste that is very dangerous to the environment or other ecosystems, such as garbage plastic, trash cans, glass and so on, not to mention industrial waste that contains addictive substances. If these used goods are used and have economic value, they can become source of income for the family or in other languages can improve the economy family. Recycled used goods can be packaged in a home industry entrepreneurship. Now there are many home industry players who recycle used goods, because of the community already starting to realize it is not easy to get a job in the midst of a very competitor competitive. Even though it is not enough to be an entrepreneur with determination become an entrepreneur but it takes commitment and motivation to become an entrepreneur. Because starting a business or opening a home industry business is not that easy turning the palm of the hand. Ups and downs in business are very natural, and necessary very strong determination to continue to exist, especially when the raw material is used goods, sometimes the public still looks down on the work made from used goods. Counseling home industry entrepreneurs to improve the family economy with used goods recycling, is here to provide knowledge, insight and opportunities very potential to be developed, because the raw material is cheap and easy to obtain. Object In this community service activity, PKK RT.04 RW 03 mothers Cidokom Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, West Java, because of the proposer community service sees the local potential both from human resources, namely housewives and raw materials from used goods that are easily and cheaply obtained  so it is very possible to be developed in order to improve the family economy of the local community. The purpose of home industry entrepreneurial counseling for improve the family economy by recycling used goods in order for the local community can improve the family economy by creating, working and fighting for converting used goods that are not economically valuable into valuable goods use and high economic value. Therefore, through community service activities carried out by It is hoped that the team of Pamulang University lecturers and students can contribute building the village of Cidokom through PKK women sharing knowledge, encouraging community for the development of resources that are owned sustainably for improve the family economy. Entrepreneurial home industry recycling this used goods intended to provide motivation for the community to improve ability and work so as to benefit himself and society around. As for the output of this community service activity besides being published in Dharma Laksana journal is also expected to be used as a reference and read by the wider community for the development and improvement of the community economy.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Home Industry, Family Economy.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is very important to be able to carry out the role of tasks, operationalize the available technology and provide innovative and creative thinking. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Effect of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Ciputat Sector Police, where the independent variables studied were Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2), while the dependent variable was Employee Performance (Y). This method uses a quantitative approach, with the nature of descriptive associative research. The statistical tool used in the form of multiple linear regression, and carried out through the SPSS program 20 populations taken were Ciputat Sector Police officers as many as 108 people and the sample technique used was using the Slovin formula so that the number of respondents sampled was 52 people. In testing the hypothesis the author uses the t test for partial hypotheses and the f test for simultaneous hypotheses. Based on partial hypothesis testing using the f test and t test where the test results show that the fcount is 201.736> and f table is 3.190 which means the independent variable (X) has an influence on employee performance while the results of the t test results in disciplinary variables produce t arithmetic 4,613> and t table 2,009 which means tcount> ttable and work environment variables produce t arithmetic of 6.353> and t table of 2.009 which means tcount> with a contribution value of 89.2% which means that the contribution of the Disciplinary variable ( X1) and Work Environment (X2) affect the variable Y (Employee Performance) that is equal to 89.2% while the remaining 10.8% variable Y (Employee Performance) is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.

Abstract

The role of HR management in carrying out aspects of HR must be managed properly so that policies and practices can be run in accordance with what the company wants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki Cikande Serang. And to find out how much influence the leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki Cikande Serang. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki Cikande Serang. The sample used in this study was 87 respondents. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, and data analysis techniques by instrument test, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test, t-test and F-test. The results showed that partially the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this could be proven from the tcount of 5.992> ttable 1.988 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style on performance the employee. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven from the value of tcount 7.088> ttable 1.988 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. Simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven from the value of Fcount 62.884> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of style leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of leadership style and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance by 60%, while the remaining 40% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. And the value of R (Correlation) of 0.774 means that the level of relationship between leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously on employee performance (Y) has a strong relationship level.
