Abstract

ABSTRACT As for the purpose of this study is to find and obtains evidence empirical and conclusions about influence style leadership and competence of the productivity employees infrastructure and facilities common (PPSU) in urban lebak bulus of south jakarta.            Research methodology used is associative with the quantitative approach. A method of the withdrawal of in the sample have used of these tests are the sampling method of saturated pt pgn promised to supply dating techniques in the entire household sample if all members of a percent of the population used as included in the research sample. Data collection method that we use is to a method of kuosioner and observation to the employees PPSU to officials in urban village lebak bulus of south jakarta . The method of analysis processing the data used was test validity, reabilitas test, test the assumption classical, regression analysis multiple, analysis koefisiensi determination ( r2 ), the hypothesis ( test f and t).            Based on the results of the analysis that has been done obtained that is the or relation a positive and welfare between style leadership and competence to productivity employees together or simultaneous is as much as r = 0,377, this showed that productivity employees at PPSU urban village lebak bulus south jakarta effected by force leadership and competence to a category strong contributing 37.7%, while or 62.3% influenced by other factors out variables tested in pengelitian this.The results of the regression equation is linear multiple namely y = 27,117 + 0,008X1 + 0,817X2 means if the force of leadership (X1) up 1 a unit of then will increase 0,008 and competence (X2) up 1 a unit of then will increase 0,817.Influence between leadership and competence to productivity employees is significant.This can be seen of the value of f count 25,972 > f table 3,10  Key Words : Leadership, Competence , Productivity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BJB Di Cabang Balaraja Banten baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh menggunakan dengan 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,500 + 0.563X1, koefisien korelasi 0,659 artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi 43,4% dan Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung> t tabel atau (8,587>1.985) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 15,802 + 0,607X2. Koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,607 artinya keduanya memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,8% dan uji hipotesis yang diperoleh t hitung> t tabel atau (7,482>1,985). Pelatihan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 11,164 + 0,394X1 + 0,366X2. Nilai koefisien korelasinya yang diperoleh sebesar 0,713 artinya variabel independen dengan variabel dependen memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,8% sedangkan sisanya 49,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai F>F tabel atau (49,032>2,700) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BJB Cabang Balaraja Banten.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Rekrutmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan seberapa besar pengaruh dampak gaya rekrutmen dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 50 responden yang terdiri dari staf dan karyawan PT Sinergi Inti Pelangi dan penulis mengambil sampel dari seluruh populasi, dengan metode uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji mulcholinearity, uji heteroskedastisitas , analisis uji regresi linier berganda, uji T (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan) dan uji koefisien determinasiBerdasarkan hasil penelitian, kesimpulan yang dapat penulis buat adalah sebagai berikut: (1) hasil yang diperoleh dari F yang dihitung adalah 41.491 dengan signifikansi 0.000. Sedangkan nilai F tabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 5%) harus 3,20. Itu berarti, rekrutmen (X1) dan Kompensasi (X2) secara kolektif memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan Kinerja karyawan yang diperoleh dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,555 akan menjadi pengaruh variabel independen lainnya yang tidak akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Rekrutmen, Kompensasi, Kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of character education and social status on the culture of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (a study at Pamulang University). This research is a causal quantitative research (cause and effect by processing numerical data), using a survey method of data collection through distributing questionnaires to Pamulang University students of Management Study Program, by determining the sample using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test, and F test. Data obtained from respondents were processed using SPSS 26. The results showed that there was an influence between character education, social status and a humanist spirit towards K3 culture. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of the research results are as follows: the results of character education (X1), social status (X2) and a humanist spirit (X2) together have a very significant effect on the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) culture of students in the Management Study Program at Pamulang University.

Abstract

Sampah yang di daur ulang dan diberdayakan dapat menjadi peluang atau berpotensi menjadi dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Persediaan barang bekas tidak perlu dikhawatirkan, hanya bermitra dengan bank sampah, maka barang bekas akan sangat mudah diperoleh. Jika barang-barang bekas ini dimanfaatkan dan didaur ulang sedemikian rupa, selain mendatangkan manfaat dan meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, juga membantu mengatasi permasalahan sampah yang menjadi pekerjaan rumah (PR) bagi suatu pemerintahan terutama kota-kota besar di Indonesia.Untuk itu, pengelolan barang bekas menjadi tanggung jawab kita semua, sebagai sumber atau penghasil sampah. Pada dasarnya sampah dihasilkan dari kegiatan atau aktivitas makhluk hidup. Untuk aktivitas tumbuhan dan hewan justru mendatangkan manfaat bagi makhluk yang lain, tetapi aktivitas manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari justru mengahsikan sampah yang sangat berbahaya bagi lingkungan atau ekosistem yang lain, seperti sampah plastic, sampah kaleng, kaca dan sebagainya, belum lagi limbah industry yang mengandung zat adiktif. Jika barang bekas ini dimanfaatkan dan bernilai ekonomi maka dapat menjadi sumber penghasilan bagi keluarga atau dengan bahasa lain dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Daur ulang barang bekas ini dapat dikemas dalam wirausaha home industry. Sekarang ini sudah banyak pelaku home industry daur ulang barang bekas, karena masyarakat sudah mulai sadar tidak mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan ditengah-tengah pesaing yang sangat kompetitif. Meskipun untuk menjadi wirausahawan tidak cukup hanya bermodalkan tekat menjadi wirausahawan tetapi butuh komitmen dan motivasi untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Karena untuk merintis usaha atau membuka usaha home indutry tidaklah semudah membalikan telapak tangan. Jatuh bangun dalam usaha itu hal yang sangat wajar, dan butuh tekat yang sangat kuat untuk tetap eksis, apalagi bahan bakunya barang bekas, terkadang masyarakat masih memandang rendah hasil karya yang berbahan baku barang bekas.Penyuluhan wirausaha home industry untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas, hadir untuk memberikan pengetahuan, wawasan dan peluang yang sangat potensial dikembangkan, karena bahan bakunya murah dan mudah diperoleh. Obyek pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pada ibu-ibu PKK RT.04 RW 03 Desa Cidokom Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat, karena pengusul pengabdian kepada masyarakat melihat potensi local baik dari sumber daya manusia yaitu ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan bahan baku dari barang bekas yang mudah dan murah diperoleh sehingga sangat memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan guna meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga masyarakat setempat. Tujuan dari penyuluhan wirausaha home industry untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas agar masyarakat setempat dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan berkreasi, berkarya dan berdaya juang untuk mengubah barang bekas yang tidak bernilai secara ekonomis menjadi barang yang bernilai guna serta bernilai ekonomi tinggi.Oleh karena itu, melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang ini diharapkan dapat turut berkontribusi membangun desa Cidokom melalui ibu-ibu PKK nya berbagi pengetahuan, mendorong masyarakat untuk pengembangan sumberdaya yang dimiliki secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Wirausaha home industry daur ulang barang bekas ini dimaksudkan dapat memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dan berkarya sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi dirinya dan masyarakat sekitar. Adapun luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini selain dipublikasikan di Jurnal Dharma Laksana juga diharapkan dapat digunakan referensi dan dibaca oleh masyarakat luas untuk pengembangan dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Wirausaha, Home Industry, Ekonomi Keluarga. Waste that is recycled and empowered can be an opportunity or potential be able to improve the family economy. Second hand inventory is unnecessary there is a concern, only partnering with a waste bank, then used goods will be very easy obtained. If these used goods are used and recycled in such a way, besides bringing benefits and improving the family economy, it also helps solve the problem of waste which is a homework (PR) for a government especially big cities in Indonesia.  For that, the management of used goods is the responsibility of all of us, as source or producer of waste. Basically, waste is generated from activities or activities living things. For plant and animal activities, it actually brings benefits other creatures, but human activities in daily life actually make it fun waste that is very dangerous to the environment or other ecosystems, such as garbage plastic, trash cans, glass and so on, not to mention industrial waste that contains addictive substances. If these used goods are used and have economic value, they can become source of income for the family or in other languages can improve the economy family. Recycled used goods can be packaged in a home industry entrepreneurship. Now there are many home industry players who recycle used goods, because of the community already starting to realize it is not easy to get a job in the midst of a very competitor competitive. Even though it is not enough to be an entrepreneur with determination become an entrepreneur but it takes commitment and motivation to become an entrepreneur. Because starting a business or opening a home industry business is not that easy turning the palm of the hand. Ups and downs in business are very natural, and necessary very strong determination to continue to exist, especially when the raw material is used goods, sometimes the public still looks down on the work made from used goods. Counseling home industry entrepreneurs to improve the family economy with used goods recycling, is here to provide knowledge, insight and opportunities very potential to be developed, because the raw material is cheap and easy to obtain. Object In this community service activity, PKK RT.04 RW 03 mothers Cidokom Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, West Java, because of the proposer community service sees the local potential both from human resources, namely housewives and raw materials from used goods that are easily and cheaply obtained  so it is very possible to be developed in order to improve the family economy of the local community. The purpose of home industry entrepreneurial counseling for improve the family economy by recycling used goods in order for the local community can improve the family economy by creating, working and fighting for converting used goods that are not economically valuable into valuable goods use and high economic value. Therefore, through community service activities carried out by It is hoped that the team of Pamulang University lecturers and students can contribute building the village of Cidokom through PKK women sharing knowledge, encouraging community for the development of resources that are owned sustainably for improve the family economy. Entrepreneurial home industry recycling this used goods intended to provide motivation for the community to improve ability and work so as to benefit himself and society around. As for the output of this community service activity besides being published in Dharma Laksana journal is also expected to be used as a reference and read by the wider community for the development and improvement of the community economy.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Home Industry, Family Economy.

Abstract

Abstract            This research is intended for analyzing the decreasing performance of employees. The purpose of this research is to identify phenomenon and obtain empirical evidence as well as conclusion concerning the effect of discipline, motivation, and competency on the performance of employees at the Production Unit of PT. L’Oréal Manufacturing Indonesia.             This research applies quantitative design, explanatory research, with hypothetical testing of survey technique, questionnaire using the scale of likert 4. The population is 240 employees from production department by employing 150 persons as samples. The technique of data analysis: (1) validity and reliability test; (2) classic assumption test; (3) determination coefficient (R2); (4) simple and multiple regression model; (5) hypothetical testing by partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The result of hypothetical and analytical test is as follows:1.   Variable of discipline (X1) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 58.2% and value of t count of 0.000 (<0.05). It means that the work discipline (X1) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)2.   Variable of motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 55.7% and value of t count of 0,000 (<0.05). It means that work motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)3.   Variable of competency (X3) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 47.6% and value of t count of 0.000 (<0.05). It means that the work competency (X3) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)4.   Variable of discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and competency (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 76.5 % and value of F count of (68.669) (<2.672). It means that the discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and competency (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)Based on the result of research, it is recommended that PT. L’Oréal Manufacturing Indonesia will reanalyze the too high target of the company, provide an activity that is entertaining, spiritual, and refreshing in nature, conduct a training of synergic building team, and provide a forum of open discussion and provide a suggestion box in order to find out complaints and obstacles faced by employees during their employment. Abstract

This study shall aim inestablishing the effect of work safety as well as the training on performance at PT Aerofood Catering ServiceLaundry Division, to specify the effect of training on the performance of employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division, and to find out how much influence work safety and training shall impact on performance of employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division collectively.The population and sample of this study shall be 50 respondents who are employees of PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division. The variables in this study consist of Occupational Safety (X1) and Training (X2) as independent variables while Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The method of data collecting shall be using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis shall be using multiple linear regression, analysis of product moment coefficient test, Test coefficient of determination (kd), significance test both partially (t test) and simultaneously / together (test f).In accordance with the results of the study, the variable Safety at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division which shall be categorized as Good while Training variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as Good and Employee Performance variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as GOOD. There is a positive influence between Work Safety and Training on Employee Performance with a regression value of 5,029X1 and 2,107X2. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) shall be 0.997. This means that work safety and training variables have a very strong relationship to employee performance and the value of determination (Kd) of 0.998, It can be concluded that work safety (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) shall be 99.8% while the rest of 0 , 4% shall be influenced by other factors. Obtained Work Safety (X1) t value or t table (5.629> 1.677), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and H1shall be accepted, which means, there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. While the value of t count Training (X2)> t table or (25,666> 1,677), this is also reinforced with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. The value of F count> F table or (5886.67> 2,800), this shall be also reinforced by a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so that it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and Ha shall be training on performance. Keywords: Work Safety, Training and Performance

Abstract

The success of an organization is influenced by the performance of individual employees.The purpose of this research is to identify phenomenon and obtain empirical evidence as well as conclusion concerning the effect of motivation and discipline on the performance of employees at the PT. Tunas Rental (Branch Thamrin, Jakarta). The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Total population in this study as many as 125 people. Samples taken as many as 95 people (respondens), based on the formula Slovin by using proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data analysis uses validity test analysis, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient determination analysis, t test, and f test. From the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 22%, while the remaining 78% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (12.970> 3.100), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.
