Abstract

Small area estimation (SAE) merupakan suatu teknik statistika untuk menduga parameter-parameter subpopulasi yang ukuran sampel nya kecil. Teknik pendugaan ini borrowing information memanfaatkan data dari domain besar (seperti data sensus, data susenas) untuk menduga variabel yang menjadi perhatian pada domain yang lebih kecil yang selanjutnya dikenal pendugaan tidak langsung. Adapun pendugaan langsungtidak mampu memberikan ketelitian yang cukup bila ukuran sampel dalam area kecil, sehingga statistik yang dihasilkan akan memiliki varian yang besar atau bahkan menghasilkan pendugaan yang bias. SAE dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan nonparametrik yang digunakan untuk menduga tingkat kemiskinan pada level kecamatan di Kabupaten Sumenep. Kecamatan Bluto merupakan wilayah dengan mayoritas penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Sumenep dengan rata-rata pengeluaran per kapita jauh dibawah garis kemiskinan. Abstract

Penduduk adalah orang yang mendiami suatu wilayah. Penduduk yang sudah memasuki usia kerja, baik yang sudahbekerja, belum bekerja, atau sedang mencari pekerjaan disebut angkatan kerja. Jumlah angkatan kerja yang tidak sebanding dengankesempatan kerja mengakibatkan tidak semua angkatan kerjadapat diserap oleh lapangan kerja disebut pengangguran. Pekerja tidak hanya dari Warga Negara Indonesia saja tetapi Warga Negara Asing yang bekerja di Indonesia juga disebut sebagai pekerja. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk anak-anak di Indonesia. Dari kasus ini akan dianalisis pengaruh jumlah Pekerja Warga Negara Asing dan Jumlah penduduk yang berpendidikan (dari SD sd S1) terhadap jumlah pengangguran di Kota Semarang. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa pendidikan seorang pekerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap jumlah pengangguran di Kota Semarang. Jadi untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dibutuhkan pendidikan dan keahlian dari calon pekerja agar bisa terserap dalam dunia kerja. Kata kunci : Penduduk, Tenaga Kerja, Pengangguran, Regresi Linier Berganda

Abstract

Abstract.Human Development Index (HDI) is one ofthe indicators that used to determine the human developmentofa country. The calculation of the value of HDI in Indonesia is carried out until the scale of the districteach year. Since the implementation of regional autonomy policy,the calculation of the HDI value is required with a smaller scale in the district. The calculation of HDI values with sub-scale is difficult because the sample is toosmall to estimate the value of HDI perdistrict. One of the component stocalculate the value of HDI is an indexof purchasing power that approximated by the value of percapita expenditure. Small Area Estimation is one of the indirect estimates that used to estimate the parameter values of the subpopulation. On this research, Small Area Estimation (SAE) is a statistics methode for estimate small sampel .The research purpose to estimate per capita expenditurefor HDI in Demak District. The results of the estimation with SAE methods in Demak District indicates that the Demak Sub-district has the largest per capita expenditure that can be said have the highest HDI value while Kebonagung Sub-district has the smallest per capita expenditure that can be said have the lowest HDI value.

Abstract

Masalah gizi muncul akibat masalah ketahanan pangan ditingkat rumah tangga (kemampuan memperoleh makanan untuk semua anggotannya), masalah kesehatan, kemiskinan, pemerataan, dan kesempatan kerja. Indonesia mengalami masalahsementara masalah gizi kurang belum dapat diatasi secara menyeluruh sudah muncul masalah baru. Dimana dalam gizi buruk dipengaruhi oleh beberapa indikator, yaitu di antaranya adalah faktor jumlah penduduk, banyaknya penduduk miskin, pengeluaran perkapita serta PDRB. Dalam analisis berikut ini hanya sebatas ingin mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap angka gizi buruk di Jawa Tengah. Sebelum melakukan analisis  terdapat beberapa asumsi yang harus di penuhi yaitu normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, multikolinieritas. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan semua faktor ada pengaruh terhadap angka gizi buruk, apabila nilai PDRB naik sbesar satu – satuan maka akan meningkatkan nilai Gizi Buruk sebesar 0.00000 dengan asumsi faktor lain tetap. Jika Jumlah Penduduk Miskin naik sebesar satu-satuan maka nilai Gizi Buruk akan meningkat sebesar 0.145. Apabila Jumlah Penduduk meningkat sebesar satu-satuan maka akan meningkatkan nilai Gizi Buruk sebesar0.000017. Dan jika Pengeluaran Perkapita meningkat satu-satuan maka akanmenurunkan nilai Gizi Buruk sebesar 3.16. dengan nilai 2106 di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstract

Strategies that successfully enhance the economic capacity of communities have high relevance in the current context of globalisation and digital transformation. With the rapid growth of technology and changes in the structure of the labour market, an in-depth understanding of effective methods to promote economic and social development is needed. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that investment in human capital development through education and training that matches the needs of the labour market is fundamental in increasing economic capacity. Infrastructure modernisation, which includes the development of physical and digital facilities, supports the efficiency of business operations and expands market reach. In addition, strategies that support the innovation ecosystem by facilitating collaboration between sectors encourage the development of new technologies and improve competitiveness. As a result, these strategies contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

The creative economy is an economic sector that generates value through intellectual creation and innovation. It encompasses a range of economic activities related to the creation, production, and distribution of goods and services based on knowledge and creativity. The creative economy empowers individuals by prioritising talents, skills, and creative ideas that contribute to job creation, economic growth, and social and cultural development. The research method conducted in this study is the literature research method. The results show that creative economy empowerment can be done through three main strategies: education and training oriented towards creativity and innovation; development of infrastructure and ecosystems that support synergies between creative economy actors; and utilisation of technology and digital platforms to expand market access. Moreover, a sustainable development model in the creative economy must incorporate elements of economic, social and environmental sustainability. This research reinforces the understanding that the creative economy must be managed with strategies that include sustainable development principles to realise wider benefits for society and the environment.

Abstract

Community-based marketing strategy is a marketing approach that emphasises building and managing an active community of consumers, users, or fans of a brand, with the aim of creating stronger bonds, increasing loyalty, and driving organic growth through positive social interactions. This approach relies on the creation of shared value between the brand and its members, where two-way communication and active customer participation in various activities are key. This strategy focuses on shared experiences, trust, and values shared within the community to drive engagement, positive word-of-mouth, and ultimately, sustainable market development over time. The research method conducted in this study uses the literature research method. The results show that community-based marketing strategies offer various benefits, including increased customer engagement, positive responses through word-of-mouth, and the ability to obtain real-time feedback that provides opportunities for innovation and fulfilment of customer needs more effectively. However, challenges such as the need for a large investment of resources and the difficulty in measuring short-term ROI mean that this strategy requires a patient and consistent approach. Community-based marketing strategies, with the right approach, can be the key for companies to develop markets in a more sustainable way and increase long-term profits.

Abstract

In the past decade, global awareness regarding sustainability has increased, fueling greater demand for socially and environmentally responsible business practices. This has led to the development of sustainable marketing as a key strategy for companies to not only meet consumer expectations but also to act as leaders in sustainability. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of sustainable marketing in creating value for consumers and companies. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that authenticity, transparent communication, and meaningful interaction with consumers are key factors in the effectiveness of sustainable marketing. Long-term success is also closely related to the company's ability to effectively integrate sustainability efforts into all aspects of business operations, from procurement to point of sale. The findings emphasize the importance of a holistic approach to sustainability marketing to create substantial value for consumers, increase brand loyalty, and positively influence firm performance.

Abstract

The implementation of a circular economy is at the forefront of global efforts to create a sustainable future. The circular economy aims to maximise the efficiency of material and energy flows by replacing the linear 'take, make, dispose' model with one that supports reuse, repair and recycling. This literature review explores the key success factors, key challenges, and potential benefits of implementing a circular economy. The findings show that multi-stakeholder engagement, supportive policies, as well as technological innovation and product design are critical for successful implementation. However, barriers such as limitations in product design, inadequate infrastructure, and lack of public awareness are challenges that must be overcome through cross-sector collaboration. The study also highlights the contribution of the circular economy to the achievement of sustainable development goals, including the creation of new jobs and driving innovation. With an integrative and strategic approach, the circular economy has the potential to be an important step in addressing global environmental challenges.
