Abstract

Background In tropical areas, Leptospirosis is still considered a public health problem, particularly in the event of heavy rainfall and flooding. Transmission of leptospira bacteria from infected animals, such as rats, takes place through the urine or blood. Different serovar leptospires can be found in different reservoir animals in the field. However, research on the presence of pathogenic leptospires in rats in Pati Regency, one of the areas with leptospirosis cases in Central Java, is very limited. Objectives: The purpose of this research is to identify Leptospira characteristics. Spp in rat and its distribution in Pati Regency. Methods: Rat capture was carried out in Bakaran Kulon Village in Pati Regency. Detection of pathogenic leptospires was carried out using the ropB gene and followed by phylogenetic analysis. As additional details, a buffer analysis was carried out to measure the distance between the positions of cases of leptospira and positive rats positions. Results: Pathogenic were found in 11.76% (2/17) of rats and shallows in the area of study. Based on DNA leptospires sequencing, Leptospira found in Bakaran Kulon Village Pati Regency were Leptospira interrogans serovar Bataviae and Leptospira borgpetersenii serovar Ballum, both of which are pathogenic. Based on a buffer analysis, Leptospira-positive rat was found around cases of leptospirosis at distances of 30 and 60 m. Conclusion: This study shows that Leptospira spp. in rats found around the location of leptospirosis cases, which indicates that rats have great potential as transmitters of leptospirosis to humans.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan metode bermain peran untuk perkembangan sosial emosional anak, berdampak pada perkembangan sosial emosional, faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan metode bermain peran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu para siswa, guru kelas dan orang tua siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan tehnik analisis tema kultural dengan tahap kondensasi data, display data, verifkasi dan simpulan. Keabsahan data di uji dengan tehnik Uji kredibilitas, uji dependabilitas, uji konfirmabilitas dan uji transferabilitas. Hasil penelitian penerapan metode bermain peran dilakukan dalam 4 tahap yaitu persiapan, pembukaan, inti dan penutup/evaluasi. Dampak yang dapat diperoleh anak yaitu praktik hubungan sosial; membantu perkembangan sosial emosional,perkembangan sosial emosional anak setelah penerapan metode bermain peran terdapat sebesar 11.6% atau ? 3 anak yang masih dalam tahap perkembangan. Sebesar 79.6% atau ? 20 anak yang perkembangan sosial emosionalnya berkembang sesuai dengan harapan dan sebesar 8.8% atau ? 2 anak yang perkembangan sosial emosionalnya sangat baik; memiliki rasa simpati dan empati; belajar berbagi, dan interaksi sosial yang baik. Bermain peran didukung oleh minat anak dan sarana prasarana. Faktor penghambat yaitu keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran dan tidak ada ruang tersendiri / sentra untuk bermain peran. Penerapan metode bermain peran dapat membantu perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun Kata Kunci : Bermain Peran, Anak Usia Dini, Sosial EmosionalAbstrack The purpose of this research is to know the application of role playing method for childrens emotional social development, impact on emotional social development, supporting and inhibiting factors the application of role playing methods. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are the students, class teachers and parents of students. Data were collected by in-depth interview method, participant observation and documentation. The data were analyzed by cultural theme analysis technique with data condensation stage, data display, verification and conclusion. Validity of data in test by technique Test of credibility, dependability test, confirmability test and transferability test. The results of research on the application of role play method is done in 4 stages: preparation, opening, core and cover / evaluation. Impacts that can be obtained by the child is the practice of social relationships; fostering emotional social development, emotional social development of children after application of role playing method is 11.6% or ? 3 children who are still in development stage. Of 79.6% or ?20 children whose emotional social development develops as expected and by 8.8% or ? 2 children whose emotional social development is excellent; have a sense of sympathy and empathy; learning sharing, and good social interaction. Role play is supported by childrens interests and infrastructure. Inhibiting factors are limited learning time allocation and there is no separate space / center for role play. Implementation of role playing methods can help the emotional social development of children aged 5-6 years. Keywords: Role Playing, Early Childhood, Social Emotional
