<![CDATA[Almost all countries in the world are facing the Covid-19 pandemic, which is spreading so massively. Affecting various aspects of life and causing a domino effect in many sectors including the economy. Indonesia's economy worsened in the second quarter (Q2) 2020, negative 5.32 percent and only started to recover in the second quarter of 2021, positive 7.07% thanks to investment and increased household consumption. The MSME sector plays a significant and strategic role in supporting and is predicted to be the engine of economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. The positive contribution of MSMEs to GDP before the pandemic could reach almost 60%. However, now in a condition full of uncertainty, it is necessary to strengthen various ideas, innovations and collaboration of various parties so that MSMEs can get out of pressure and support economic growth. This study will look at the potential for the adoption and implementation of digital literacy skills and information literacy by involving librarians (library institutions), academics, and literacy activists supporting MSMEs in contributing to economic recovery after Covid-19. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach in order to present a detailed description of the setting and literacy skills for MSME actors. This research is general in nature (generalization) with the scope of its location in Indonesia, without mentioning specific areas. Primary sources of research are obtained from literature studies, studies of various media and journal articles which are assumed to be able to capture the general condition of society. The results show that the idea of adopting and implementing digital literacy skills and information literacy for MSME actors has an urgency to be implemented immediately as a solution to the challenges of possible innovation (behavior) changes in the habits and operations of the MSME sector after Covid-19. Accelerate the transformation of MSMEs through strengthening the digital literacy and information literacy sectors to support MSME business functions (production, promotion, and marketing) after Covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Pulau Legundi Kecamatan Punduh Pedada Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung merupakan sebuah pulau yang terletak di lepas Selat Legundi. Potensi ekonomi wilayah ini sangat besar. Wilayah ini memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu elemen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkannya adalah melalui BUMDes. Bumdes adalah kependekan dari badan usaha milik desa, artinya, suatu lembaga/badan perekonomian desa yang berbadan hukum dibentuk dan dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Desa, dikelola secara ekonomis mandiri dan profesional dengan modal seluruhnya atau sebagian besar merupakan kekayaan desa yang dipisahkan. Melalui pengabdian yang Optimalisasi dan Penguatan BUMDes (Badan Usaha Miik Desa) Guna Meningkatkan Ekonomi Nelayan Di Pulau Legundi di Pulau Legundi Kecamatan Punduh Pedada Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung. Keberadaan BUMDes, memiliki urgensi karena dapat menjadi harapan masyarakat desa untuk meningkatkan ekonomi desa melalui pengelolaan keuangan desa yang di dasarkan pada Anggaran Pembangunan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes).]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian ini memuat tentang Optimalisasi Kemampuan Literasi Informasi Guru Relawan Melalui Pelatihan 21st Century Skills Guna Mewujudkan Sumber Daya Manusia Unggul bagi para guru sekolah satu atap di Desa Teluk Kiluan Negeri Kecamatan Kilumbayan Kabupaten Tanggamus, Provinsi Lampung dalam rangka pembelajaran di Tengah Covid19. Guru di sekolah maupun di masyarakat selalu memiliki peran penting sebagai garda terdepan untuk mentransformasikan pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada peserta didik, orang tua dan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Untuk menjawab tantangan revolusi industri 4.0 dan pembelajaran abad 21 guna mewujudkan sumber daya manusia unggul (guru) dalam mentransformasikan pengetahuan bagi generasi emas (anak usia dini, kanak-kanak dan remaja), maka pengabdian ini memiliki keutamaan dalam upaya mengoptimalisasi kemampuan literasi informasi guru relawan melalui pelatihan 21st Century Skills di Pekon Teluk Kiluan Negeri Kecamatan Kelumbayan Kabupaten Tanggamus. Tujuan pengabdian ini diharapkan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang konsep keterampilan pembelajaran abad 21 yang harus dimiliki guru, konsep keterampilan literasi informasi, dan mengoptimalisasi kompetensi profesional guru PAUD dan SD pada konteks pengetahuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam memanfaatkan sarana prasarana TIK yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran. Tahapan pengabdian terdiri atas tiga program, yakni (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD); (2) Training of Trainer (TOT); dan (3) Mentoring untuk menghasilkan relawan guru yang profesional. Lokasi pengabdian di Pekon Teluk Kiluan Negeri Kecamatan Kelumbayan Kabupaten Tanggamus. Khalayak sasaran adalah guru pada jenjang PAUD dan SD, baik negeri maupun swasta.]]>

<![CDATA[Sejarah merupakan sebuah peristiwa objektif, hanya sekali terjadi dan tidak akan terulang. Arsip sebagai rekaman peristiwa masa lalu sangat dibutuhkan untuk penulisan sejarah. Arsip dan metode sejarah menjadi kunci dalam merekonstruksi peristiwa sejarah. Metode sejarah berkembang mengikuti zaman. Konsep demokratisasi sejarah muncul pada era pascamodernisme sebagai babak baru sejarah manusia modern. Inti gagasan tersebut adalah pentingnya mengangkat tema-tema kecil sebagai tema sejarah. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan korelasi antara demokratisasi sejarah dengan kearsipan terkait penulisan dan sumber primer sejarah. Artikel ini akan menguraikan kemungkinan penerapan konsep demokratisasi sejarah yang diturunkan dan diadopsi menjadi demokratisasi arsip. Dari hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan, terdapat kecenderung minimnya pembahasan terkait konteks ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan metode analisis literatur, studi arsip dan penerapan arsip dari berbagai periodisasi. Dengan cara ini diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran menyeluruh dan sistematis tentang korelasi demokratisasi sejarah dan demokratisasi arsip dalam kerangka paradigma pascamodernisme. Hasil temuan penelitian mengungkap bahwa ada semangat kolaborasi antara konsep demokratisasi sejarah dan demokratisasi arsip dalam rangka menambah produktivitas penelitian dan penulisan pada era pascamodernisme yang berkembang dalam kerangka lintas keilmuan, termasuk sejarah dan kearsipan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa demokratisasi arsip dapat menjadi upaya dalam memperkaya penulisan sejarah, memori kolektif dan menguatkan identitas bangsa dalam era digital dan pascamodernisme.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the urgency of developing Information Literacy and Cultural Literacy in Early Childhood in the context of the application of the National Literacy Movement. The purpose of this paper is to photograph the concept and the extent of the urgency of the introduction of information literacy skills and cultural literacy in early childhood in supporting the application of the National Literacy Movement. Review the role and internalization of daily activities and teaching and learning activities in the classroom in the context of information literacy and cultural literacy. This research uses a qualitative research approach with literature study design and conceptual analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a need for early childhood recognition and planting in relation to the ability of information literacy and cultural literacy in responding to the development of global society and multiculturalism. From this study it was also revealed that there was a need and attention from stakeholders to facilitate and reduce the concept of information literacy and cultural literacy for young children in a more complete grand design and technical implementation in the community and schools.Keywords: information literacy, cultural literacy, early childhood, early childhood Education. <![CDATA[This research analyzes the possibility of hajj fund investment innovation in the field of superior product-based increasing ease of doing business (Ease of Doing Business) and competitiveness of the Indonesian economy. At the same time, we will try to examine the potential benefits of the UMKM hajj fund investment for the community and economic recovery after Covid-19. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Descriptive method is used to provide a detailed description or explanation of a problem. Collecting data in this study using the information literacy method, the information literacy model used is The Seven Pillars of Information Literacy. The results show that investing in the MSME sector has several advantages that can be optimized with the availability of supporting regulations and the choice of products and strategies for implementing MSMEs that are potential to be developed. The MSME sector has potential benefits with shared risks, such as the parable, "don't put eggs in one basket". So it can be said to be an innovation when the risk of investing in Hajj funds can be minimized with a deployment strategy. Another result of hajj financial investment in the MSME sector is also very compatible to be implemented with kafah (comprehensive) sharia.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was aimed to examine and tries to see the interrelationships and boundaries between the three components of library, information society and democracy in a pilot study. The study of the relationship of democracy as well as its boundaries with the information society and libraries will try to fill in the blanks regarding information that can be filled in to "patch all leaks" and "imperfection for imperfection". This study uses a qualitative method with the aim of knowing the role of library in information society and democracy . Data collection techniques in this study is to conduct literature reviews and experimental concept. The result of this research showed antara perpustakaan, information society has a strong connection to democracy. Democracy is a very broad term and libraries and society are one of its components.]]>

<![CDATA[Riset ini mengkaji tentang Pola Perilaku Pencarian Informasi Dosen CPNS Unila Berbasis Literatur Elektronik dan mengevaluasi keterpakaian sumber-sumber literatur elektronik yang diakses oleh dosen-dosen tersebut. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrument survey. Riset ini menghasilkan pola perilaku pencarian informasi dosen CPNS Unila, pemetaan keterpakaian sumber informasi elektronik. Jadi riset ini tidak hanya mengkaji soal perilaku pencarian informasi dan kebutuhan informasi dosen saja, akan tetapi berupaya melihat keterpakaian literatur-literatur elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model perilaku pencarian informasi dari Ellis. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh pola perilaku pencarian informasi dosen CPNS Unila dimulai dari tahapan starting sebesar 90%, chaining sebesar 93,4%, browsing sebesar 76,56%, differentitating sebesar 100%, monitoring sebesar 100%, dan extracting sebesar 94,25% yang merupakan model pencarian informasi dari teori model Ellis. Selain itu, sumber-sumber informasi yang digunakan oleh dosen CPNS Unila dalam ketermanfaatan literature-literatur elektronik yang dilanggan menggunakan Springer dikarenakan memiliki subject keilmuan yang beragam dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran maupun penelitian para dosen CPNS Unila.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the economy, from its emergence until now after this pandemic began to subside. In 2021 almost the whole world faces an economic downturn and causes a very deep contraction as almost all countries carry out strict mobility restrictions. In Indonesia itself, the economy has deteriorated starting in the second quarter (Q2) 2020. Then in the following periods it can start to rise, starting from the second quarter of 2021, which turned positive at 7.07% of the impact of investment and an increase in household consumption. It turns out that the MSME sector has a very significant and strategic role to support these improvements and even in the future it is predicted that it will continue to move as an engine of economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. It should also be noted that the positive contribution brought by MSMEs will be able to save the economy from conditions of lack of certainty. In order to strengthen this, support and various ideas, innovation and collaboration from various parties are needed so that MSMEs can get out of pressure and support economic growth. Therefore, this study wishes to contribute by looking at the potential for adopting and implementing social media strategies and digital literacy skills and information literacy implemented in various Siger Innovation start-up programs and activities in supporting MSMEs in contributing to economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, especially for Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach in order to present a detailed description of the setting and literacy skills for MSME actors. The results of the study show that the social media strategy and the adoption of ideas and the implementation of digital literacy and information literacy skills for prospective and MSME actors in Lampung Province have urgency to be implemented immediately as a solution to the challenges of possible innovation (behavior) changes (behavior) habits and operations of the MSME sector after Covid-19 . This can be seen from the trend of the positive contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia's GDP in the pre-pandemic period which increased by around 60%. However, in this uncertain condition, ideas and innovations are needed in order to get out of the pressures and the worst possible economic crisis. This research will look at the potential for adopting digital literacy skills in the MSME sector as a strategy for post-Covid-19 economic recovery. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with the application of the information literacy method, The Big 6. The application of this method is expected to be a way to build more detailed and in-depth arguments regarding the subject of research. The results showed that the idea of adopting MSME digital literacy skills was needed as an answer to the challenges regarding the possibility of innovative behavior change (behavior) in the post-Covid-19 field of MSME. The transformation of MSMEs in the field of digital literacy in all sectors (production, promotion and marketing) has the potential to support faster post-Covid-19 economic recovery.]]>
