Journal of Suboptimal Lands 9(1): 89-101.The purpose of this study were to analyze the production factors affecting corn farming, the efficiency and elasticity of the use of production factors in corn farming. This research was conducted in Mulia Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. A random sample of 30 corn farmers from 320 populations was employed in this research. The results showed factors that had a significant positive effect on corn production were the urea fertilizer and SP-36 fertilizer, while the factor of herbicides had a negative effect, and factors of labor, KCl fertilizer, insecticide and ZPT had no significant effect, labor and growth regulator were technically inefficient, while the urea, SP-36, KCl fertilizers, and insecticides were technically efficient. Overall, the use of production factors in corn farming was technically efficient in term of economy and price with the elasticity value by 0.925.

The Status of Phosphour Due To The Inoculation Of Mycorhiza Arbuscula on Various Soil Order On Tea PlantationABSTRACT. To increasing tea crop production and reducing of chemical fertilizer of growth of tea at the same time adjustment of technology of plantation by environmental friendliness of CMA inoculation and usage tea factory waste (fluff) at three tea plantation soil orders. The research aim obtain get CMA which compatible on tea plantation, to knows influence of CMA inoculation and giving compost of fluff to rate nutrient landground, growth and absorption of nutrient and also the improving colonization of CMA at tea crop root. This attempt is arranged Completely Block Design (CBD) of factorial. As first factor was soil orders: which consist of Andisols, Inceptisols and of Entisols. As second factor was CMA inoculation: consist of without inoculation, inoculation with CMA Andisol indigenous, inoculation with CMA inceptisols indigenous, inoculation with CMA Entisol indigenous, inoculation with Glomus fasciculatum, and of inoculation with Gigaspora margarita. While third factor is compost measuring of fluff, without compost, and 20 ton ha-1. From result of third isolation of plantation landground found CMA gender of Glomus sp, inoculation CMA influence rata of nutrient of P, growth of tea crop, absorption of nutrient of P. Indigenous CMA give rate of nutrient P, absorption and growth better of inoculation with CMA non-indigenous. Inoculation Glomus fasciculatum give of rate nutrient of P, growth, and absorption better with inoculation Gigaspora margarita. Giving of compost fluff with 10-15 ton ha-1 real improve rate of nutrient of P, growth of tea and absorption of nutrient P.

The objectives of this study were to: 1) calculate the cost, revenue and income of the organic ground coffee agro-industry in Gunung Terang Village, Way Tenong District, West Lampung Regency, 2) calculate the added value obtained from the processing of organic ground coffee agro-industry in Gunung Terang Village, District Way Tenong, West Lampung Regency, 3) to analyze the financial feasibility of the organic ground coffee agro-industry in Gunung Terang Village, Way Tenong District, West Lampung Regency. The results showed that the total production cost of the organic ground coffee agro-industry in Gunung Terang Village, Way Tenong District, West Lampung Regency in one production process was Rp. 3,675,191, the average income was Rp. 4,550,000, the income received was Rp. 879,809. The R / C ratio value is 1.24 indicating that the organic ground coffee agro-industry is profitable. The added value of the organic ground coffee processing agro-industry in Gunung Terang Village, Way Tenong District, West Lampung Regency is IDR 27,459 / Kg. This shows that every sale of 1 kg of organic ground coffee will provide an added value of Rp. 27,459. The organic ground coffee agro-industry in Gunung Terang Village, Way Tenong District, West Lampung Regency is financially feasible to be developed, this can be seen from the calculation of the NPV value of IDR 631,745,317, the IRR value is 31.17% and the Net B value. / C of 3.64.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan petani bertanaman nanas (Ananas Comusus (L) Merr) di lahan tumpangsari. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja di Desa Seri Kembang III Kecamatan Payaraman Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 petani contoh dari 300 anggota populasi. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi binari logistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor umur, pendidikan, pengalaman bertani nanas dan jumlah anggota keluarga mempengaruhi keputusan petani bertanam nanas. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan petani di Kecamatan Tanjung Lago Kabupaten Banyuasin. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian dengan cara acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 petani contoh dari 502 anggota populasi petani. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan Skala Linkert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara peran penyuluh terhadap tingkat pengetahuan sikap dan keterampilan petani di Kecamatan Tanjung Lago Kabupaten Banyuasin.

The objectives of this research are (1) To determine and analyze the strategy for developing the sagarurung smoked fish agroindustry business in the fish processing group in Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency; (2) Identify and identify the factors that influence the development of the smoked sagarurung fish agro-industry business in the fish processing group in Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency. This research was carried out in the sagarurung fish processing and marketing group in Talang Ubi District, PALI Regency. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the most appropriate business development strategy to implement is: (a) Increasing the quality and quantity of sagarurung fish production so that it is able to compete with other business actors; (b) taking advantage of the government's role in supporting the development of the sagarurung fish business; (c) Innovating to always develop sagarurung fish products, attend training on how to package processed fish products properly and correctly; (d) Learn knowledge about technology in the production and marketing of a product. Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk mengedukasi pemanfaatan pupuk organik cair dari limbah air kelapa. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal (26-28) Oktober 2023 di Balai Desa Simpang Empat, Kecamatan Jejawi Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI). Peserta yang mengikuti penyuluhan sebanyak 25 orang petani, 15 orang laki-laki dan 10 orang perempuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan dialog interaktif antara peserta petani dan pemateri penyuluhan. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan penyuluhan pembuatan pupuk organik cair dapat disimpulkan : (1) Para peserta penyuluhan memiliki respon yang baik dan mau mengadopsi dalam pembuatan pupuk organik cair untuk meningkatkan produktivitas cabai, (2) Petani lebih memahami terkait dengan pembuatan langsung pupuk organik cair dan cara mengaplikasikannya sesuai dengan waktu dan teknik yang tepat pada komoditi cabai.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pengadaan pelatihan pembuatan keripik biji karet muncul sebagai respons terhadap kondisi ekonomi dan potensi lokal yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat di Desa Spantan Jaya. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga diarahkan untuk merangsang inovasi lokal dan mengembangkan usaha kecil di tingkat komunitas. Dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperbaiki strategi pemasaran, dan memberikan pemahaman tentang manajemen usaha kecil, diharapkan masyarakat dapat melihat peluang bisnis yang lebihbaik dan berkelanjutan dalam produksi keripik biji karet. Dengan demikian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan ini bukan hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga untuk menciptakan dampak positif secara ekonomi dan social dalam komunitas tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan keripik biji karet di Desa Spantan Jaya telah memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat setempat. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini tercermin dari partisipasi aktif peserta, peningkatan keterampilan, dan potensi pengembangan usaha mikro di wilayah tersebut

One of the activities an organization performs involves providing services to both internal units and external parties. Within an organization or institution, administration serves as a hub for the exchange of goods and services. Teacher satisfaction within the personnel administration process of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Service holds significant importance, as it can yield considerable impacts. The research employs a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with percentages to analyze data, effectively portraying and elucidating the collected data. The data analysis results reveal that teacher satisfaction with personnel administration services indicates a 54.6% overall satisfaction rate across five aspects and 30 service indicators. Among the aspects studied, the highest satisfaction level pertains to reliability, while the lowest satisfaction level belongs to empathy and assurance aspects, albeit remaining within the satisfaction range. This demonstrates that the services delivered by the Manpower Division at the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office are categorized as good, resonating with a notably high level of teacher satisfaction.
