Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui siklus hidup produk dan mendapatkan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan posisi produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pelaksanaan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik analisis data mencakup analisis Polly & Cook, Evaluasi Faktor Internal, Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal, matriks Internal - Eksternal, dan Matriks Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk berada pada fase pertumbuhan dan alternatif strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yaitu strategi pemasaran yang agresif melalui pemasaran secara digital, brand activation, serta penambahan saluran distribusi.Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Siklus Hidup Produk, Keripik Jamur AbstractThis study aimed to determine the product life cycle and obtain alternative marketing strategies that are in accordance with product positioning to increase sales. The research method used quantitative descriptive methods with the implementation of case study research. Data analysis techniques include Polly & Cook analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation, External Factor Evaluation, Internal - External matrix, and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) matrix. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the product is in the growth phase and alternative marketing strategies to increase product sales, namely aggressive marketing strategies through digital marketing, brand activation, and additional distribution channels.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Mushrooms Chips, Product Life Cycle

Abstract

Magelang Regency, located in Central Java Province possesses significant potential in various sectors, especially in tobacco cultivation. This study aims to analyze the contribution of tobacco products to the plantation sub-sector in Magelang Regency, analyze the sub-districts as the basis for tobacco products in Magelang Regency, and mapping the sub-districts that have the potential for the tobacco sub-sector in Magelang Regency. A quantitative method was used for this research. This research used secondary data sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Magelang Regency. Documentation and interviews were conducted as data collection methods. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of a contribution analysis, Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) analysis, and Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis with ArcGIS. The results show that in 2017, the contribution of tobacco products to the plantation sub-sector in Magelang Regencies reached 50.7% and recorded as the highest value compared to other years. The sub-districts that are the basis (LQ≥1) for the tobacco commodity are Sawangan, Kaliangkrik, Windusari, Pakis, and Ngablak. Prospective sub-districts (DLQ≥1) are Borobudur, Ngluwar, Salam, Srumbung, Shaman, Sawangan, Candimulyo, Kajoran, Windusari, Tegalrejo, Pakis, and Grabag Sub-district. The mapping results show that Pakis Sub-district is the most potential sub-district for tobacco commodities. Keywords : contribution, potential, role, tobacco commodities

Abstract

This research was conducted in response to the growing business landscape, which requires companies to carefully strategize their marketing approaches to enhance sales performance. CV. Buana Citra Sentosa, a company offering four variants of canned gudeg, positions its Gudeg Kaleng Bu Tjitro 1925 original variant as the flagship product. The objective of this study is to assess how the marketing mix at CV. Buana Citra Sentosa affects purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Ensuring the timely supply of raw materials and inventory management is critical for maintaining an efficient and rapid production process, thus meeting both consumer demand and the company's operational goals. The research surveyed 80 customers who had purchased the Gudeg Kaleng Bu Tjitro 1925 original variant. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 24 for Windows, the findings revealed that all marketing mix variables—product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process—collectively have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Additionally, each variable independently influences purchase decisions for the Gudeg Kaleng Bu Tjitro 1925 product at CV. Buana Citra Sentosa in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

UD Rindang Hj Suryati is a presto milkfish producer in Juwana District. High competition followed by non-optimal social media management has an impact on the narrow market reach. This study aims to identify the internal and external factors of UD Rindang Hj Suryati to formulate a strategy that is in accordance with the company's position; analyze the best marketing strategy for UD Rindang Hj Suryati's presto milkfish products using the Blue Ocean Strategy approach. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive analysis through case studies. The method of determining respondents consists of purposive for internal business respondents and non probability sampling for external respondents. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires, FGDs and documentation. The analysis techniques used, namely using IFE and EFE analysis, IE Matrix, and Blue Ocean Strategy. The results showed that UD Rindang Hj Suryati has the highest strengths, namely having MUI halal certification and using traditional production processes. The highest weakness is unstructured online marketing. The highest opportunity is the close and abundant availability of raw materials, and receiving orders directly or indirectly. The highest threat is that there is no expedition that supports the delivery of wet products. Based on the IE matrix, UD Rindang Hj Suryati is in quadrant 4 so the right strategy is an intensive strategy. The formulation of strategies with the Blue Ocean Strategy approach, namely increasing branding and engagement through Instagram; increasing labor competence in creating product and service innovations to consumers; improving visual packaging design; creating vacuum milkfish product innovations; and opening a market place as a means of selling products.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis masing-masing komoditas perkebunan yang mempunyai pertumbuhan cepat dan daya saing disubsektor perkebunan serta menjadi komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Purworejo sehingga memiliki prospek untuk dikembangkan; 2) menganalisis lokasi komoditas perkebunan yang menjadi unggulan di Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian adalah survei. Metode pengambilan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara purposive. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, data yang diperlukan adalah data citra satelit wilayah Kabupaten Purworejo, data produksi dan nilai produksi komoditas perkebunan dari tahun 2014-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis analisis Shift share dengan komponen pertumbuhan proporsional dan komponen pertumbuhan pangsa wilayah, dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Komoditas perkebunan yang mempunyai pertumbuhan cepat dan berdaya saing sehingga memiliki prospek untuk dikembangkan di Kabupaten Purworejo diantaranya cengkeh, kopi robusta, jambu mete, dan kapuk randu 2) Komoditas perkebunan yang menjadi unggulan di Kabupaten Purworejo terdapat di Kecamatan Ngombol, Kecamatan Bener, Kecamatan Bruno, Kecamatan Kaligesing, Kecamatan Pituruh, Kecamatan Kemiri dan Kecamatan Gebang.Kata kunci: berdaya saing, komoditas perkebunan, pertumbuhan, unggulan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Divisi Bogasari Flour Mills. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis indeks produktivitas pada bagian produksi tepung terigu PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Divisi     Bogasari Flour Mills, Jakarta Utara. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan metode pelaksanaan menggunakan studi kasus. Penentuan responden menggunakan purposive sampling, terdapat 4 responden diantaranya Manager Mill III, Deputy Head Miller III, Miller Mill G dan Foreman Mill G. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, data sekunder dan metode pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Objective Matrix (OMAX) dengan menggunakan metode pendukung yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk analisis produktivitas. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 5 kriteria yang diukur untuk menganalisis produktivitas, diantaranya Kriteria 1 (Produktivitas Jam Kerja), Kriteria 2 (Produktivitas Pemakaian Energi), Kriteria 3 (Produktivitas Mesin), Kriteria 4 (Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja) dan Kriteria 5 (Produktiviats Jam Kerja Lembur). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah indeks produktivitas terendah adalah bulan Agustus yaitu -79,48%, sedangkan indeks produktivitas tertinggi adalah bulan September yaitu sebesar 817,39%. Abstract

Pacarejo Village in Semanu District Gunung Kidul Regency is a village where is still a lots of potential lands under Tree forest stands.  Land Proverties taht belonging of  Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta  (UPNVYK) located in this place. It is available to cultivate Porang stalk. Porang is going to growing well, if there are shading plants, in the form of stands.There are still capable of about 50 percent light. The land in Pacarejo Village is overgrown with teak, sonokeling, mahony and sengon trees. It is rich and get benefits apart from the timber, soo the land underneath can be used for plant that can provide yields well. In other hand, this activities provide economic added value to the community around the forest and get the better welfare. This Community servises activity aims to cultivate land, including UPNVYK land which has not been utilized as well as to be used as a forum for education for the community and can obtain additional results, thereby improving the local community's economy. The program dedicated to improve the commnunity empowerment. In program implementation, we conduct with communities approach methode. It was carried out using the RRA (Rapid Rural Approach) and PRA (Participatory Rural Approach) methods, which are the  philosophy  model to close the village community deeply. All of Activities have been doing by Focus Group Discussion (FGD), get the extention to the community, dissemination commodities of Porang and its benefits of commodities.  The program are cultivate land with Porang and make the derivative product after harvest handling. To get the ideal of the program, to be done through scheduled mentoring,  implementation of technology, controlling and monitoring. The application of the method, in the form of activities by presenting a "demplot" of Porang cultivation and assistance properly and correctly. It is able to carry out the cultivated of post-harvest handling and calculated  revenue to be get economical benefit. The results of the activities showed that the program is useful and able to get the   land use optimal and the end of the program will increase household community income.

Abstract

The aimed of the research were: 1) to analyze the procedures for cultivating Spirulina at PT Munda Green Energy, 2) to analyze the role of factors production in Spirulina cultivation at PT Munda Green Energy, and 3) to analyze the profit of the Spirulina cultivation business at PT Munda Green Energy. The type of research used in this research was quantitative research with descriptive analysis and a case study approach method. The types of data used in this research were primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research were descriptive analysis techniques and analysis of farming. The results of the research showed that: 1) Spirulina cultivation procedures at PT Munda Green Energy include preparing planting media, spreading and transferring seeds, fertilizing and providing additional minerals, plant care, harvesting and drying, 2) seed production factors, fertilizer, water, labor, and temperature play an important role in Spirulina cultivation at PT Munda Green Energy, and 3) the revenue was received by PT Munda Green Energy from Oktober until December 2023rd was IDR 59.850.000/production with explicit costs of IDR 29.665.578,75/production and implicit costs of IDR 22.699.910/production resulting in a profit amounting to IDR 7.484.511,25/production.
