The problem of learning mathematics cannot be separated from the teacher's style in implementing learning. In addition to the style of the media teacher, it must also increase the ability to think critically and creatively. Efforts that can be used to improve the learning process through making teaching materials by asking for STEM. The STEM approach integrates Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics in one learning that is carried out by the teacher. The dedication was held for two days, 4-5 February 2020. The location of the activity in SDN Weragati I, Palasah, Majalengka with elementary school participants in Palasah, Majalengka. In conclusion STEM is suitable to be used to lure students to be active in class and conduct experiments in learning to find concepts that are being learned. Through this training there was an increase in the understanding of trainees about STEM teaching materials by 32% very good, 55% good and the remaining 13% answered enough. This activity can be followed up with training for further evaluation activities after the teacher carries out the learning process with STEM in their respective schools

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan penelitian yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru dalam memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di kelas. PTK sebagai bentuk pengembangan profesionalisme guru dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan terstruktur yang dilakukan secara virtual zoom meeting. Jumlah seluruh peserta yang mendaftar sebanyak 143 orang. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta pelatihan dalam memahami PTK dengan baik. Hasil lain juga menunjukan bahwa melalui kegiatan pelatihan pemahaman peserta pelatihan mengenai PTK menjadi lebih baik.

Intuition is the first way humans get knowledge. A worker in making a traditional West Java house works using his experience to be able to determine how many building materials are needed to become a house. The roof of the house is one part that is quite complicated to determine the amount of wood needed. Workers using intuition based on experience that has been experienced greatly determine the accuracy of the measure. Through this research, the researcher hopes that the method of determining the amount of wood used to make the roof (suhunan) of houses in West Java has added scientific value because it is related to existing mathematical concepts. The subjects of this study were workers who made traditional houses in West Java Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. This study aims to describe an in-depth study of how to determine the amount of wood used to make traditional houses and its relation to mathematical concepts. The results showed that the workers who made the traditional houses started outing for the first time by calculating the number of wood chips needed to make the KAP intact to make the roof from it, they were easier to determine the amount of wood needed.

The problem-solving ability is still a big problem for students. Many studies show that Indonesian students are still low in solving math problems. One thing that is needed in solving problems is self-resilience, so that students have resilience in facing problems. This study aims to analyze the differences in problem-solving abilities of pre-service elementary school teacher in terms of self-resilience. This study used a Quasi-Experiment method with the type Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group. The population of this study were all elementary school teacher candidates at Majalengka University with a sample of 60 respondent. This study resulted in a significant difference in the increase in problem-solving abilities of student-teacher candidates. Based on Self Resilience, the group of students who received Problem Based Learning had higher problem-solving abilities than the group of students who received expository learning. Mathematical problem-solving ability requires students to have self-resilience because in solving problems, a person needs to have confidence in his ability to face problems.

Kemampuan literasi statistika merupakan salah satu aspek pentingpembelajaran matematika yang perlu di kuasai oleh mahasiswa.Beberapa hasil studi menggambarkan kemampuan literasi satistikamasih belum memuaskan. Alternatif yang dapat meningkatkankemampuan literasi statsitika adalah penggunaan pembelajaranberbasis masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menganalisisperbadaan kemampuan literasi statistika dan implikasi terhadap prosespembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-Eksperimentdengan tipe One-shot Case Study. Populasi penelitian ini adalahseluruh mahasiswa administrasi publik di Universitas Majalengka,dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanyaperbedaan signifikan kemampuan lietarasi statistika. Implikasiterhadap proses pembelajaran berbasis masalah, penting untukmempersiapkan materi ajar yang berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa tidakhanya sebatas bagaimana membuat aktivitas siswa mengkontruksipengetahuannya.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced many educational institutions to implement online learning through distance learning. However, there are many obstacles that occur in its implementation, one of which is the low level of digital literacy as a mandatory ability in distance learning. This study aims to determine students' digital literacy skills based on factors within students, namely the ability of Cognitive Style and Self-Regulated Learning. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of expost facto research. The population in this study were all prospective elementary school teacher students at one of the universities in Majalengka Regency who carried out distance learning, with a sample of 33 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of a digital literacy ability questionnaire, cognitive style and self-regulated learning during distance learning. The results showed that students with cognitive style and self-regulated learning in the high category had better digital literacy skills than the medium and low categories. The conclusion obtained from this study is that Cognitive style and self-regulated learning affect digital literacy skills.

Mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di berbagai jenjang pendidikan adalah matematika, karena matematika berperan disegala aspek kehidupan. Salah satu kemampuan kognitif siswa yang harus ditingkatkan adalah kemampuan literasi matematis. Hasil tes PISA menunjukkan bahwa siswa Indonesia memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis yang rendah. Indonesia menduduki ranking 10 terbawah dari 79 negara yang terlibat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa sekolah menengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Hasil penelitian dari beberapa artikel yang telah di-review dapat disimpulkan bahwa model problem-based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa ditinjau pada jenjang SMP maupun SMA.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the project-based learning (PjBL) model to students' mathematical communication skills and self-confidence. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR), meaning that this research is the result of a systematic review of literature on related topics. A search for relevant articles was carried out in article published from 2016 to 2022 which examine project-based learning, mathematical communication and self-confidence. The literature review comes from online articles from Google Scholar and Mendeley. Based on the research results, there is a positive impact on the application of the project- based learning (PjBL) model on students' mathematical communication abilities and self- confidence. Among them are student-centered learning, learning becomes more meaningful, students can explore knowledge, relate to contextual problems, are active and enthusiastic in discussing

Membuat karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru dalam mengambangkan kompetensi profesionalnya. Dengan menulis karya ilmiah, guru dapat mengembangkan kemampuan menulisnya, mengembangkan diri agar mampu mengintegrasikan gagasan serta menuangkannya secara terstruktur. Namun kenyataanya guru masih kesulitan dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah. Kondisi ini terlihat dari rendahnya hasil uji kompetensi guru, terutama pada ranah pedagogik dan profesional. Rendahnya kompetensi guru terjadi di beberapa daerah di Indonesia termasuk para guru di Kabupaten Majalengka. Rendahnya kompetensi guru di Kabupaten Majalengka terungkap dari hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG). Rata-rata hasil UKG Kabupaten Majalengka pada tahun 2018 hanya sebesar 58,91. Kondisi inilah yang menggugah penulis untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian berupa pelatihan kepada guru. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang diterbitkan pada jurnal elektronik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan seminar, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai karya tulis ilmiah, khususnya artikel jurnal ilmiah serta meningkatnya jumlah karya ilmiah yang diunggah ke jurnal elektronik.
