Abstract

Abstract– The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain public perceptions of the implementation of social distancing during the pandemic as the implementation of social capital. This study was motivated by the phenomenon of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in a number of countries, including Indonesia. This condition not only affects the economic condition of a country, hinders social interaction among the community, and also has an impact on the health condition of every human being. To avoid the wider spread of Covid-19, the government was forced to adopt social distancing and physical distancing policies in the form of staying at home, working from home, studying, and worshiping at home. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is the impact of social distancing for the community in Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency. Sources of data come from several communities with a total of 50 respondents. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, record, and continue to take notes. The results of the research can be concluded that with the implementation of social distancing in the pandemic period, at least the community can implement social capital which includes informal values ​​or norms that are shared among members of an interrelated community group, which is based on the values ​​of beliefs, norms and networks social and they respect each other, the development of social capital is the creation of increasingly independent groups of people who are able to participate more meaningfully. Social capital can solve citizens' problems, especially with regard to strengthening friendship, repairing and maintaining public service facilities because it has advantages and is the most appropriate, even though there are other social capital in the community. Abstrak– Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Persepsi masyarakat terhadap pemberlakuan social distancing di masa pandemi sebagai implementasi modal sosial. Kajian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena merebaknya pandemik Covid-19 di sejumlah negara, termasuk pula di Indonesia. Kondisi ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kondisi perokonomian suatu negara, menghambat interaksi sosial di kalangan masyarakat, serta juga memiliki dampak terhadap kondisi kesehatan setiap manusia. Untuk menghindari penyebaran Covid-19 yang lebih luas, pemerintah terpaksa mengambil kebijakan pembatasan sosial (social distancing) dan pembatasan kontak fisik (physical distancing) berupa tinggal di rumah, bekerja dari rumah, belajar, dan beribadah di rumah. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah dampak adanya social distancing bagi masyarakat di Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul Kabupaten Garut. Sumber data berasal dari beberapa masyarakat berjumlah 50 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, rekam, dan dilanjutkan catat. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya Pemberlakuan Social Distancing Di Masa Pandemi setidaknya masyarakat dapat mengimplementasikan Modal Sosial yang meliputi nilai atau norma-norma informal yang dimiliki bersama diantara para anggota suatu kelompok masyarakat yang saling terkait, yang didasarkan pada nilai kepercayaan, norma, dan jaringan sosial dan mereka saling menghargai, pengembangan modal sosial adalah terciptanya kelompok masyarakat yang semakin mandiri, yang mampu berpartisipasi secara lebih berarti. Modal sosial dapat menyelesaikan permasalah warga terutama berkenaan dengan penguatan tali silaturahim, perbaikan dan pemeliharaan sarana pelayanan publik karena memiliki kelebihan dan paling sesuai, meskipun pada komunitas tersebut terdapat modal sosial lain.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami kontribusi kreativitas dalam inovasi. Inovasi yang menjadi fokus masalah adalah inovasi sebagai proses yang berasal dari kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Inovasi sebagai keterampilan lunak diintergrasikan dalam kemapuan pemecahan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskrptif kualitatif. Responden penelitian adalah 33 orang siswa kelas 11 dari SMA di Sumatera Utara, Lampung Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Nusa Tenggara Barat, dan Kalimatan Barat. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa siswa kelas 11sebagai berikut (a) belum mampu menyusun identifikasi masalah secara lancar dan lentur, (b) telah mampu menyusun pembatasan masalah secara lentur. (c) belum mampu menganalisis masalah dengan sudut pandang yang berbeda. (d) evaluasi dari alternantif solusi dalam pemecahan masalah sangat normatif belum ada keunikan dan gagasan baru, (e) perencanaan aksi telah dilakukan digagas secara original dan telah dielaborasi dengan baik, (f) pelaksanaan aksi dapat diungkapan dengan lancar, lentur dan original, (g) tindak lanjut dari solusi belum dapat diungkapkan secara lancar, lentur, dan original. Kata kunci: Kreativitas, Inovasi, Pemecahan Masalah Abstract This study aims to include the contribution of creativity in innovation. Innovation that is the focus of the problem is innovation as a process that comes from the ability to think creatively. Innovation as a software skill is integrated into problem solving abilities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research respondents were 33 grade 11 students from high school in North Sumatra, Lampung, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, West Nusa Tenggara, and West Kalimantan. The results of the study stated that the 11th grade students as follows (a) have not been able to arrange problems smoothly and flexibly, (b) have been able to arrange problems flexibly. (c) have not been able to analyze the problem from a different point of view. (d) evaluation of alternative solutions in problem solving is very normative with uniqueness and new ideas, (e) action planning has been carried out originally initiated and has been well elaborated, (f) action implementation is expressed smoothly, flexible and original, (g) The follow-up to the solution has not been smooth, flexible, and original.Keywords: Creativity, Innovation, Problem Solving

Abstract

Buta aksara kembali dari sebagian warga belajar yang sudah mengikuti pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional tingkat dasar terbukti adanya. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan tidak terpelihara dan/atau tidak digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di sisi lain tingkat keaksaraan orang dewasa merupakan komponen penting dari aspek pendidikan yang dapat menaikkan indeks pembangunan manusia. Penelitianinididesaindenganmenggunakanpendekatan PenelitiandanPengembangan, atau Research and Development dengan tehnik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan keadaan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pelatihan kecakapan hidup dan pendampingan kewirausahaan (before-after) terhadap satu kelompok (one group pretest-posttest design) dengan satu macam perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model baru terbukti efektif dalam upaya memelihara kemampuan keaksaraan warga belajar pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional tingkat dasar.

Abstract

This research aims to find information on student learning outcomes using the talking stick learning method in class VII of SMPN 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, a quasi-experimental research design using pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research was class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut. Samples taken using purposive sampling technique were 1 experimental class, class VII-C and 1 control class, class VII-F. The instruments used in this research were test question sheets and observation sheets. Based on the results of SPSS 27 statistical analysis research, the initial abilities of the two groups were different from the average test scores. Meanwhile, for the final test results, the Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.000 and ɑ was 0.05, meaning 0.000 < 0.05, so it was rejected and accepted. The results of statistical tests regarding the influence of the talking stick learning method on social studies learning outcomes for class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut are in accordance with the results of the gain test. The N-Gain obtained by the experimental class was 0.44. So the medium level category. So it was concluded that it was rejected and accepted so that there was an increase in student learning outcomes using the Talking Stick learning method.
