Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competition readiness of the FISIP Cenderawasih University Women’s Futsal Team through integrated technical, managerial, and psychological assistance. The initial assessment showed that the athletes’ average technical score was 66.1, management knowledge among team administrators was 49.6, and mental readiness was 64.2%. The program used a Participatory Action Research approach consisting of diagnosis, action planning and implementation, observation, and reflection involving 16 athletes, 2 coaches, and 5 administrators. The intervention was conducted from January to February 2026 through structured technical drills, tactical simulations, team management workshops, and mental strengthening sessions. The outcomes showed measurable improvement: the average technical score increased to 85.5 (up 29.4%), managerial knowledge rose to 85.2 (up 71.8%), and mental readiness reached 90.1% (up 40.3%). Tactical understanding also improved, indicated by 93.8% of athletes being able to apply team formations correctly and a 71% reduction in positional errors during match simulations. The team subsequently reached the final of the AAFI Series 1 Ramadhan Cup and won second place. The novelty of this program lies in the integration of technical, managerial, and mental assistance within one short-cycle mentoring model for women’s university futsal.

Abstract

Village funds are a fiscal policy specifically provided to village governments to support broad village autonomy. Demands for collaboration among stakeholders have emerged for implementation in various public organizations, one of which is village government. However, the implementation of collaboration has not been optimal, resulting in suboptimal management, low human resource capacity, and minimal transparency and oversight, resulting in misuse of village funds. This study was conducted to determine the collaboration process and the driving and inhibiting factors in village fund management. The study was qualitative and descriptive. Primary data were obtained through a series of observations and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders in village fund management. Secondary data were obtained through official documentation issued by relevant agencies. The research instrument used was theory collaborative governanceby Ansell and Gash (2008) which includes (1) Initial conditions, (2) Facilitative leadership, (3) Institutional design, (4) Collaborative process. The research results show that the collaborative process in the management of village funds that has been implemented has not run optimally. Therefore, improvements are needed from the village government as the implementer of village fund management to implement better collaborative governance so that village fund management can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Transformasi Kota Jayapura dan wilayah Danau Sentani menampilkan ketimpangan yang semakin melebar antara Orang Asli Papua (OAP) dan Kelompok Pendatang. Penelitian ini menyajikan sintesis kritis berdasarkan studi literatur yang dipilih melalui penyaringan berdasarkan relevansi dengan tema, yaitu ekonomi politik papua, integrasi pasar dan ketimpangan ekonomi, serta diprioritaskan dari publikasi tahun 2000–2025 untuk menangkap perubahan kontemporer yang terjadi, meskipun literatur klasik juga disertakan. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam dua dekade terakhir, ketidaknetralan yang terjadi melalui struktur kekuasaan yang mengontrol tanah, modal, dan peluang ekonomi, menyebabkan komunitas Danau Sentani mengalami perampasan dan marginalisasi. Ketimpangan pendapatan rumah tangga OAP disebabkan oleh relasi kekuasaan dan ekspansi kapital. Artikel ini menyoroti kesenjangan penelitian dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan akses pasar serta mengurangi marginalisasi ekonomi OAP perkotaan.
