Abstract

Biosecurity is one of the government's recommended risk management to limit the exposure of disease agents, but the implementation of biosecurity in supply chain is reportedly still not optimal. This study aims to identify supply chain of layers especially live chicken chain in Bogor and Sukabumi and to analyze the level of application of biosecurity in the chicken chain. Survey method with checklist questionnaire was used to obtain the required data. The results show that the chicken chain of layer involves the farmers and selllers of layers including collectors, poultry market sellers, and butchers, and end consumers. Culled layers are distributed in the form of live birds that can increase the risk of disease due to the accommodation time and market system which are mostly not first in first out (FIFO). The application of layer farmer biosecurity is at a moderate level (score 33.4 in Bogor and 40 in Sukabumi from a maximum score of 60). In the sellers of layers, the application of biosecurity is at a low level (score 21.9 in Bogor and 25 in Sukabumi from a maximum score of 69). Differences in biosecurity practices of farmers in Bogor and Sukabumi areas lie in the protection of wild birds. The differences in the biosecurity practices of layer bird sellers in the areas of Bogor and Sukabumi lie in the action against new poultry and action on transportation equipment. Biosecurity scores that have not been optimal indicate that the implementation of biosecurity still needs to be improved at each point of the chicken chain. Increasing biosecurity in each chicken chain point will help reduce the risk of exposure to AI viruses in layer birds through the chicken chain so that losses can be minimized. Keywords: supply chain, biosecurity, disease, poultry, unggas hidup

Abstract

Studying of the Qur'an continuously, integrated and comprehensively becomes a necessity if we want to practice the teachings of Islam “kaffah”. At least, this is the basis of dakwah implemented by the Chinese Muslim community in Makassar. One indicator of being “kaffah” in embracing Islam is always showing moderate religious attitudes in all aspects of life, both individual and collective, at the level of faith, worship, muamalah, and morals. In understanding and practicing the teachings of Islam, the Chinese Muslim community in Makassar reflects religious moderation; therefore, their presence did not cause conflict in Makassar locally, but a blessing for the local community. Their Chinese identity is maintained by reconstructing the religious value of their traditions and culture. In this community, the belief of Islamic theology is not religiously indicated as elements of syncretism. As a result, their Chinese identity survives copes with their Islamic belief. Ultimately, moderate of Islamic teachings, as a religion of “rahmatan lil al alamiin”, is then reflected in their daily lives, including in their religious attitudes and behavior.

The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each of which contained 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The result of the average value in the pre-cycle was 64.07 with a completeness percentage of 25.92%. In the first cycle, the average value became 75.37 with a percentage of 66.66% completeness. In the second cycle it increased again with an average score of 86.48 students with a passing percentage of 92.59%. Thus it can be concluded that learning using the Snowball Throwing Method can improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Education in class VI SD No.107 / IX Lopak Alai in 2017/2018. Abstract

Egg Drop Syndrome (EDS) is a poultry disease marked by a decrease of egg production up to 40% with a declined quality of eggs. In Indonesia, EDS is astrategically infectious disease that must be eradicated. Until now, EDS vaccines are available, vaccinations on egg-laying chicken have been conducted nevertheless the case of EBS are still found. This research collaborates with PT Sanbio Laboratories (Poultry vaccine producer in Bogor) aimed to prepare EDS seed vaccines from local isolates. Isolate samples are collected from ten egg-laying chicken farmswith signs of declined production and egg quality as well as unevenly shaped and thinning of egg shells. Virus isolation was conducted on embryonated duck eggs at the age of 11 days through the allantoic space. Embryonated duck eggs are then incubated for 3 days in the incubator at 370C and are observed daily. On the third day, the eggs are taken out of the incubator and then inserted in the cooler overnight. The allantoic fluid is harvested on the third day post inoculation; it is identified with haemaglutination test and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Six isolates are positively identified as EDS virus: two from the Medan isolates, there from the Rumpin isolates, and one from Surabaya isolate. One isolate is chosen; which was the EDS isolate of Medan, with the highest titer for passaging and characterization. The content of the virus is calculated with Reed and Muench formula and expressed in a unit of Egg Lethal Dose 50 (ELD50). Research results shows titer of Medan EDS virus isolate after the second passage was 1012 HA Unit, with virus content of 109,5 EID50, length base product of PCR that was successfully amplified as 500bp. Therefore the Medan isolate is a recommended candidate for EDS vaccine seeds.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are the foundation of the Indonesian economy. Indonesia is unique in its economic system, namely an economic system that is based on economic democracy or people's economy. It can be interpreted that the Indonesian economic system has unique characteristics that differentiate it from the economic systems of other countries. MSMEs have a very important role in the economy in Banda Aceh City and MSMEs also absorb a lot of labor. The city of Banda Aceh also still has homework (homework), namely to reduce the poverty rate, the existence of MSMEs can be one solution in alleviating unemployment and poverty in the city of Banda Aceh. One of the MSME locations that is currently developing is in Gampong Lampulo, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City, where local residents are starting to develop MSME businesses such as wooden fish processing businesses (Keumamah), spice processing, food processing, and several other businesses. As we all know, the existence of Gampong Lampulo, which is located on the coast, is a place where fishing boats dock and is also a place for fish auctions, so that fresh fish as a basic ingredient for public affairs is always available. Bookkeeping of financial transactions is one of the important tasks in carrying out or recording business transactions. This bookkeeping is often rarely carried out by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because of limited information in the field of accounting and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) focus only on how to do marketing. The MUI Halal Certificate is a written fatwa from the Indonesian Ulema Council which states that a product is halal in accordance with Islamic law.  Keywords: Simple Bookkeeping, Halal Certification, MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and online customer reviews on TikTok Shop on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 100 students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Data collection was carried out using observation, literature study, and survey methods using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using two statistical test methods, namely the t test (partial test) and the f test (simultaneous test) using Statistical Product and service Solution (SPSS). Based on the research results, the results of the F test hypothesis show the value of F count (74.023) > F table (3.09) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the independent variables (content marketing X1, and online costumer review X2) simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the t test results obtained the t value on the Content Marketing variable (3.232) > t table (1.660) with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, which means that the Content Marketing variable (variable X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (variable Y). The Online Customer Review variable has a t value (4.701) > t table (1.660), with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the Online Customer Review variable (variable X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (variable Y).
