Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan situasioanal terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo. Data dalam penelitian ini di dapatkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner pada pegawai yang ada di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 orang pegawai, kemudian pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 57 orang pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien regresi yang bertanda positif dari variabel dukungan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai gaya kepemimpinan situasional akan meningkatkan nilai kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan perhitungan model persamaan regresi yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,147. Nilai ini berarti bahwa sebesar 14,7% variabel kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi variabel gaya kepemimpinan situasional, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Saran yang peneliti dapat diberikan terkait penelitian ini antar lain sebagai berikut untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, pemimpin dapat memberikan motivasi bagi pegawai agar semnagatbekerja dan memiliki kreatif dalam bekerja, pemimpin perlu menciptakan iklim komunikasi organisasi yang baik dengan membangun iklim komunikasi menjadi lebih terbuka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pelaksanaan program Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Pemerintah Kecamatan Lobu Kabupaten Banggai, dengan subfokus yaitu Penentuan Kebutuhan, Penentuan Sasaran dan Penentuan Program Pengembangan Sumber daya manusia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara yang mengindikasikan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Wawancara dilakukan kepada pegawai Kantor Camat, Kecamatan Lobu Kabupaten Banggai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada Pemerintah Kecamatan Lobu Kabupaten Banggai telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Keikutsertaan Pegawai pemerintah kecamatan Lobu dalam program peningkatan kapasitas melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan bimtek terkait pemahaman aparatur dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan IT. Penjabaran penentuan kebutuhan, penentuan sasaran dan penentuan program pengembangan sumber daya mansusia sudah sesuai kebutuhan Pegawai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan pegawai dalam mengelola aplikasi dan perangkat komputer dalam hal pelayanan publik secara daring. Akan tetap masih kurang maksimal dikarenakan pegawai secara konsep sudah memahami bagaimana pelayanan sistem online tapi terkendala jaringan dan teknologi yang kurang memadai, sehingganya diharapkan Kepada pemerintah kecamatan Lobu untuk dapat mengupayakan dalam penambahan fasilitas perangkat komputer dan jaringan yang dapat membantu memaksimalkan kinerja pegawai Pemerintah Kecamatan Lobu Kabupaten Banggai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil uji komparasi Kinerja Pegawai Sebelum dan Sesudah Mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari data primer dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner serta data sekunder dari dokumen yang diperoleh dari instansi tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data primer adalah sebanyak 37 responden dari pegawai instansi tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Uji Beda (Paried Sampel Test). Berdsarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Sebelum dan Sesudah Mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (diklat) dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 5,51351 dan nilai t sebesar 7,665 dengan tingkat signifikan r Value 0.000 α = 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara kinerja pegawai sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (diklat).

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the impact of work environment and career development on worker loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Branch of Gorontalo, to determine the impact of work environment on worker loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Branch of Gorontalo and to determine the impact of career development on worker loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Branch of Gorontalo. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaire and conducting observation. the research data were analyzed by using quantitative method. The research findings signified that partially, the work environment impacted the worker loyalty significantly for 56.8%, and so did the career development for 27.0%. Simultaneously, an R square value was 0.493, indicating that the worker environment and career development had a significant impact on worker loyalty by 49.3%. meanwhile, the rest 50.7% was impacted by other factors outside the variables studied, therefore further research is recommended to add other independent variables besides the one used in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Self Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Hard Skills have on the work readiness of final students of the economics faculty, State University of Gorontalo (study of final semester students class of 2019). The sampling technique taken in this study used non-probability sampling, the number of samples taken in the study used the slovin formula, namely 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a population of students from the 2019 class of the Faculty of Economics, Gorontalo State University. The analytical test tool used in testing this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the Self Efficacy test had a significant positive effect on work readiness, Soft Skills and Hard Skills had an insignificant positive effect on student work readiness. The variables of Self Efficacy, Soft Skill and Hard Skill in explaining the work readiness variable are 61.5% while the remaining 38.5% are influenced by other variables not examined and explained in this study. Abstract

This study used a quantitative approach to measure the extent to which the implementation of aspects of Internal Marketing can increase job satisfaction of PNM Ulamm Gorontalo employees and their impact on customer satisfaction. The study involved 144 respondents from employee and customer clusters. Data sourced from questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the internal marketing variable indicator namely service training program had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicator namely performance incentive has positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicators namely vision of service excellence have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicators namely service training programs do not significantly influence customer satisfaction; indicator of internal marketing variable, performance incentive, does not significantly influence customer satisfaction; internal marketing variable indicator namely vision about service excellence has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; job satisfaction of Ulamm PNM employees has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Employee job satisfaction in this research model plays a full role as a mediating variable. From the conclusions obtained, the researcher recommends further researchers to be able to broaden the scope of research by involving other banking companies to obtain research results with a broader level of generalization.

Abstract

Today's society is undergoing a very rapid and complex change, due to advances in science and technology. Overall change occurs in almost all aspects of life. The job market has changed dramatically, both due to the influence of information and global technology. Changes that are so fast have an impact on the demands of society. The impact of these changes requires changes in patterns and institutional management strategies that are more appropriate, so that they can provide an appropriate response to the challenges that exist. Likewise, what happens in the management of the Production Unit requires effort in order to develop it. Guidance on product development and its quality is needed. Product development (produck development), basically is an effort to always create new products, improve old products in order to meet market demands and customer tastes. The demands and desires of customers always develop in line with the development of science, technology and information, therefore developing products, including product diversification is a challenge that must be sought. Customers need products that are always new and specific. To realize this, continuous innovation is needed so that the production unit as a business will continue to live and develop.
