Abstract

The challenge in realizing quality education requires educators to be more creative, innovative, and inspiring in designing learning activities. This is carried out as well as preparation to welcome Indonesia's golden generation in 2045. In addition, in the accounting world, the role of educator accountants is very important to form reliable millennial accountants with high competitiveness. This research is a media development research that raises the incorporation of interactive media using the word square learning model with the aim of facilitating the understanding of accounting material for students so that it can motivate students to be enthusiastic about learning and obtain maximum learning outcomes. Learning activities through interactive media are learning using technology-based tools. Meanwhile, the model in word square learning is a learning model with the same level of similarity as the crossword puzzle learning model. In word square learning, answers are available but they are disguised using the addition of letters or numbers, as well as the addition of boxes as a distraction with the aim of training students' critical and conscientious attitude. The method in this study, namely the research and development method of the ADDIE model. Based on the research results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that the learning process is more interesting if it uses a combination of technology-based interactive media with the word square model. This research reaches the design stage of the application to be developed. This research can be improved later with practical trials in the field on students in the classroom.

Abstract

The emergence of the Corona-19 Virus Disease Pandemic encourages the importance about socialization about health educating and raising public awareness about clean and healthy lifestyles. The community needs to know how to avoid Covid-19 so that it does not becomean epidemic in around Pandansari Lor Jabung Village, Malang Regency. The health education video is a practical tool that can be used to promote Covid-19 participation. The purpose of community service is talkable assistance that is easily understood and understood to be healthy and healthy living in Pandansari Lor Jabung Village, Malang Regency to encourage the outbreak of Covid-19. The activity stage was planned for 2 weeks, which was preceded by coordination and communication with the Pandansari Lor village. This socialization is presented in the form of a video which contains health education about clean and healthy lifestyles which contains sports tutorials (gymnastics) at home, hand washing tutorials according to standards of WHO (World Health Organization), tutorials on making and using disinfectants at home, and tutorials on making herbal medicine to increase body immunity. So that through the educational videos provided can be understood well by the community.

Abstract

Desa Pandansari Lor, Jabung, Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi yang luar biasa di bidang pertanian yaitu berupa tanaman singkong, sehingga dikenal sebagai desa yang memproduksi tanaman singkong terbesar se-Malang Raya. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari tingginya kegiatan perekonomian dalam sektor pertanian singkong. Namun ditengah tingginya kegiatan perekonomian, sektor UMKM dirasa belum cukup optimal dalam mengolah, mengembangkan dan memasarkan jenis olahan yang dapat dihasilkan dari potensi yang ada. Untuk meningkatkan potensi UMKM di daerah Pandansari Lor, perlu upaya berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN ini digunakan untuk membuka wawasan masyarakat mengenai olahan makanan yang menggunakan bahan utama singkong. Hal tersebut dimanfaatkan untuk menjaga kestabilan perekonomian di daerah Pandansari Lor.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is an activity carried out by a company as the responsibility of its operational activities. This is also done as an effort to increase profitability and company value. This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. This research was conducted by simple regression analysis and path analysis. The result is that Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable because the direct influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on company value is 0.255 greater than the standardized coefficient beta value of the indirect effect of CSR on firm value through profitability of 0.0180.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest contributor to plastic waste after China. Despite the regulation, waste management in Indonesia has not met the standards of waste management that are environmentally sound. This forfeits the benefits of the waste management itself and brings negative impacts on public health and environment. This condition is aggravated by the costly access towards health facility. For this reason, socialization regarding waste management is needed. In addition, this program is equipped with an introduction towards waste bank and waste insurance as a practical solution. The existence of both options are expected to solve the problem of waste and health services for the community. The program aimed to help residents of RW 014 Kelurahan Tulusrejo, Malang City to comprehend the types of waste, separation of waste by category, impact on health, recycling and other details. The meetings were carried out twice from March to October 2020. The result of the agenda is that the residents continue to process waste using composter and are expected to form an independent waste bank management for local residents. Further, they are encouraged to learn more about waste insurance to manage the local waste in a more environment friendly manner.

Abstract

Educators are continually faced with new challenges to keep up with rapid technological changes in order to help students prepare for their futures. The 21st-century learning involves students in the learning process that could develop their knowledge and skills in terms of Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) literacy. This study aimed to measure students’ ICT literacy of using Augmented Reality (AR) in the accounting learning process. The result of this study found that students could develop their ICT literacy through the application of Android-based AR technology. This study showed that the use of AR holds the potential to be innovative multimedia in 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning style of accounting students in the 4.0 industrial revolution era which is seen from the meaning of 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era and revealing that meaning to the learning style of accounting students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenology approach to reveal the meaning of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era so as not to interfere with other perceptions outside the subject's self. The subjects in this study were four accounting students. The research data was collected using interview methods, documentation, and observation. The results of this study conclude that the meaning of the industrial revolution 4.0 era for accounting students is a time when all information can be easily obtained without any space and time limits. According to accounting students, this era greatly influenced their learning styles, because with this era the way to get the latest material and information about the subjects can be done very easily anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of information and communication technology requires an educator to be able to understand and apply technology in the learning process in the classroom. This is done in order to face the industrial era 4.0 which can be interpreted as the digital era. Technology integration can be in the form of teaching materialsd development and technology based learning media. The training held aims to provide knowledge for educators in providing variations in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This activity uses training method where the teacher is given material on the preparation of teaching materials and technology-based learning media and followed by direct practice. The training is explain about the importance of preparing teaching materials for teachers to enlighten students on the material delivered in the classroom and the practice of using the Ncsoft Flipbook Maker application. The training also presented how to use of the O-matic Screencast application, where the teacher makes recordings containing learning material which can later be stored in the form of videos with MP4 format. Keywords: Learning Material, Learning Media, Teacher ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut seorang pendidik untuk dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka menghadapi era industri 4.0 yang dapat dimaknai sebagai era digital. Integrasi teknologi dapat berupa pengembangan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Pelatihan yang diadakan bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan bagi tenaga pendidik dalam memberikan variasi dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan, dimana guru diberikan materi tentang penyusunan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung. Pelatihan tersebut menjelaskan tentang pentingnya menyusun bahan ajar bagi guru untuk memberikan pencerahan bagi siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan di dalam kelas serta praktik menggunakan aplikasi Ncsoft Flipbook Maker. Pada pelatihan ini disampaikan juga bagaimana menggunkan aplikasi Screencast O-matic, dimana guru membuat rekaman yang berisi materi pembelajaran yang nantinya dapat disimpan di dalam bentuk video dengan format MP4. Abstract

The problem faced by Vocational High Schools Accounting teachers in Tulungagung Regency is that the concept of higher order thinking skills has not been implemented optimally in compiling accounting questions. The purpose of holding this community service is to increase understanding of by Vocational High Schools Accounting teachers in compiling accounting questions based on higher order thinking skills. The method of community service activities is in the form of training for members of the Vocational High Schools Accounting Teachers Organization in Tulungagung Regency. This activity consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation of this activity showed that vocational Accounting teachers in Tulungagung Regency had a better understanding of the concept of higher order thinking skills and their application in compiling accounting questions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan organizational capabilities ada pemilik UMKM di Klampok Kasri melalui pelatihan Organization Management Based Community (OMC).   Metode penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan eksperimen yaitu quasi eksperimen. Quasi eksperimen dipilih karena penelitian ini dilkukan tanpa pengacakan (random), namun melibatkan penembatan partisipan kedalam kelompok atau penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan treatment pada kelompok yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Treatmen dilakukan dengan mengobservasi hasil pelatihan OMC terhadap masyarakat terutama UMKM di Klampok Kasri Jaman Biyen. Hasil penelitian bahwa kegiatan pelatihan Organization Management Based Community (OMC) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas organisasi UMKM. Melalui pelatihan OMC, UMKM di Klampok Kasri mendapatkan peningkatan keterampilan manajerial dan operasional, memperkuat kolaborasi antar anggota komunitas, dan mendorong inovasi. Dampak positif tersebut dirasakan baik pada tingkat individu maupun secara kolektif, meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan daya saing, serta kontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.
