Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce pada saat ini semakin pesat ditandai dengan semakin meningkatnya pengguna internet di Indonesia. Business to Customer merupakan salah satu model e-commerce yaitu suatu proses bisnis dimana penjual  (produsen) berhadapan langsung dengan pembelinya. Sifat dari bisnis tersebut adalah terbuka dan bebas dimanfaatkan oleh khalayak umum, cara mengaksesnya melalui sebuah website yang disediakan oleh sang penjual. Proses jual beli yang bersifat konvensional saat ini masih banyak digunakan di era perkembangan teknologi internet yang semakin pesat. Namun proses jual beli konvensional dirasa kurang efisien karena mengharuskan penjual dan pembeli bertemu secara langsung dan juga daya cakup penjualan dirasa kurang luas, sehingga dibutuhkan media penjualan yang efisien dan mempunyai daya cakup yang luas. Agar permasalahan tersebut tidak berkelanjutan maka akan dibangun sebuah website e-commerce model business to customer. E-Commerce yang dibangun akan menyediakan halaman kuesioner bagi pelanggan yang nantinya akan diimplementasikan metode customer satisfaction index (CSI) yang menghasilakan index kepuasan pelanggan terhadap e-commerce yang telah dibangun. Untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak, menggunakan PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) dan HTML (HyperText Markup Language) sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai database server, Sublime Text 3 sebagai alat penunjang pemrograman.

Abstract

The challenge of lecturers in improving competency and competition is one of the references in the development of higher education institutions. Lecturers become one of the elements of success in achieving the vision and mission of universities or colleges. So that in order to achieve the target or goal, it is supported by achieving good lecturer performance. In this study, we will discuss how the relationship of improving the quality of performance and motivation of all levels in achieving a superior university through. University performance can be influenced by work motivation, workload and work rules. In order to achieve the most effective performance, special attention is needed for the performance of lecturers as the primary implementers of the education process in higher education. The purpose of this study was to analyse the positive direct effect of work motivation, workload and work rules on the performance of lecturers in universities. The object of this study took data at the University of X. Where in this study the analysis carried out on the performance of the lecturer with this variable showed the direct work motivation results on the performance of the lecturer. Other variables can also be seen from the organisation's work and workload in the organisation, if appropriately needed, it will produce good competence and quality of service from the three things needed by associations, research and community service in higher education.

Abstract

Online services at Educational Institutions are currently an essential means of interacting with customers both for promotion, academic services or various information on agency activities. The problem that occurs is limited service time that cannot be continuously online, outside working hours and customers who do not have time, to come to the institution to get various information. This study seeks to develop a solution to create a service interaction system that can provide answers automatically online, known as chatbot. The method developed in this chatbot uses text-based data mining that combines database work processes using Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The results of this study found that the relationship between customer interactions, institutions and chatbot applications were reviewed with CRM in the information service satisfaction level of 82% of the use of chatbot. Chatbot can help meet customer and institutional information needs.

Abstract

Toko kelontong adalah usaha yang tergolong masuk di Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah(UMKM) yang merupakan toko tradisional  yang menjual bahan-bahan dibutuhkan masyarakat. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah(UMKM) adalah pilar penting untuk pembangunan ekonomi negara. Dalam pelaksanaan toko kelontong ini memiliki permasalahan dalam memanajemen keuangan yang menjadikan kendala dalam usahanya. Penelitian ini membantu masalah tersebut menggunakan metode apriori untuk mendukung pengelolaan uang usaha toko kelontong. Dengan menerapkan sistem metode apriori di mobile android dengan menggunakan bantuan software Android Studio, Postman, dan Database dalam membangun sistem ini. Aplikasi ini menjadikan dalam memanajemen keuangan lebih baik dengan dukungan metode Apriori untuk memilih transaksi yang paling banyak untuk menangani permasalahan keuangan sebagai rekomendasi pelunasan dalam keuangan usaha toko kelontong.

Abstract

This study describes the introduction of classical dance movements using the Laban Movement Analysis (LMA) method which consists of 3 main components, namely Body, Space, and Shape. How to carry out the classical motion recognition process using Kinect which is then read by the screen using the Brekel Kinect and produces dance motion pictures in different formats (. * BVH). After that, it is calculated using the LMA method by obtaining the results obtained in the form of numerical data from each joint from the direction of the axis (xyz), then classification is carried out using the J48 classification method provided at WEKA tools after 50 training data is carried out. 96% truth is recognized, because it guarantees those who meet the requirements, 12 data tests are carried out apart from training data, which can be 92% accurate on average, so it is very possible that this method can be used in dance preparation, especially in classical dance.

Abstract

Toko Channel Computer adalah perusahaan perdagangan yang terletak di daerah Kabupaten Ciamis. Toko ini dimiliki dan dijalankan secara pribadi, ketika konsentrasi utamanya adalah menjual dan jasa perbaikan komputer dan laptop. Pembukuan manual masih digunakan untuk melacak inventaris barang yang diperdagangkan oleh Toko Channel Computer. Sistem yang ada saat ini sering mengalami ketidakakuratan dalam pencatatan persediaan barang, laporan persediaan barang inventory yang tidak sesuai dengan stok barang, dan prosedur pencarian yang melelahkan karena harus membuka satu per satu berkas untuk menemukan barang yang dibutuhkan. Maka dari itu, penulis membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis website untuk mencatat dan membuat laporan persediaan barang inventory yang lebih baik dengan dukungan metode First In First Out (FIFO).Kata Kunci: Inventory, Sistem Informasi, First In First Out (FIFO), Web, PHP

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan hasil penetapan hasil biaya produksi dan menelaah penetapan total biaya untuk menentukan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) dengan kaidah full costing. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini berasa dari perusahaan bakpia di Yogyakarta dengan hasil wawancara pemilik perusahaan dan melakukan pengambilan dari internet. Pengolahan data ini menggunakan software excel, perhitungan didasarkan pada metode full costing. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi yang dilaksankan perusahaan bakpia X Yogyakarta menggunakan metode perhitungan perusahaan bakpia. Penelitian ini menggunakan kaidah full costing dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih rinci. Berdasarkan analisis hasil antara metode perhitungan HPP menurut perusahaan dan kaidah full costing, nilai harga pokok produksi yang dihasilkan memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pemilik perusahaan yang kurang mendalam dalam melakukan perhitungan HPP.

Abstract

In today's modern era, cafes serve a variety of food and beverage menus to their customers. However, this high diversity often leads to problems in selecting menus that suit customer preferences. The main problem faced is the difficulty for customers in choosing the menu that best suits their personal tastes and preferences, given the large number and variety of menus offered by the cafe. The purpose of this research is to find a solution to the problem of selecting a cafe menu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is applied to analyze cafe menu data and provide the most suitable menu recommendations based on individual preferences. There are 6 criteria applied in this study to match customer preferences, namely price, portion size, level of popularity, quality of ingredients, compatibility with taste, and aesthetic aspects. It is hoped that this research can provide better guidance for cafe customers in choosing a menu that suits their tastes, as well as help cafe owners in increasing customer satisfaction and sales. The results of calculations using the SAW method that has been carried out get the results of 5 menus that become recommendations because they get the top rank, first Alternative A1 menu Oatmeal Protein Shake has the highest rank with a score of 0.86, second alternative A7 menu Pepperoni Pizza with a score of 0.847, third alternative A4 menu Ramen Noodle with a score of 0.813. fourth alternative A1 menu Alfredo Spaghetti with a score of 0.766 and the fifth Alternative A8 menu Seafood Fried Rice with a score of 0.738.

Abstract

Jepara Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java that has great tourism potential. However, this potential has not been fully exploited due to a lack of information and promotion. To address this issue, a tourism information system application is needed that can provide complete and accurate information and promotion to tourists. This study uses the design thinking method to design the UI/UX of the tourism information system application of Jepara Regency. This method was chosen because it can involve users in the design process to produce a product that meets the needs and desires of users. The results of the study show that the designed tourism information system application of Jepara Regency has a user-friendly and responsive UI/UX. The application is also equipped with various features that can make it easy for tourists to get information and promotion about tourism in Jepara Regency.

Abstract

The city of Solo or commonly dubbed as “Solo The Spirit of Java” is a city famous for its tourism and cultural sectors. The lack of information about Batik Solo Trans public transportation is one of the obstacles to mobility in Solo, including mobility in the tourism sector. With the lack of information about Batik Solo Trans Public Transportation, it gave birth to an idea to develop a website designed to provide information about Batik Solo Trans Public Transportation. The information contained is about route details, operational hours of Batik Solo Trans public transportation, and the cost required to use Batik Solo Trans public transportation. The Website-Based Batik Solo Trans Public Transportation Service System with the Prototype Method is specifically designed to help passengers to use public transportation more easily and get to their destination smoothly using Batik Solo Trans Public Transportation. With this website, access to Batik Solo Trans becomes easier, and is expected to increase mobility in Solo City, especially in the tourism sector.
