Abstract

The poultry feed industry is one of the industries that has the potential to be developed. A descriptive feasibility study was conducted to examine the development of the poultry feed industry in Central Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, based on socio-cultural and socio-economic conditions. This study was conducted in Central Halmahera Regency from May to October 2021. The research method consists of preparation, pre-survey, survey, SWOT analysis, and socio-economic analysis. The results showed that the development of the animal feed industry in Tilope Village, South Weda District, Central Halmahera Regency, was feasible, while production and marketing were still technically very prospective. The needs for poultry feed so far are still imported from outside North Maluku.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Personal Selling, Sales Promotion has an effect on Increasing Sales Volume at Cv. Lion City of Ternate. The population in this study is all sales reports for 2013-2017 on CV. Lion Honda Ternate City. The sampling method uses saturated samples or sampling census where all members of the population are sampled. So that the sample in this study amounted to 60. The technique of collecting data used was by means of documentation observation techniques by collecting lists of increasing sales volumes. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0 Software. The results of this study found that the Personal Selling variable had an effect on Sales Volume, and the Sales Promotion variable had no effect on Sales Volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) terhadap niat beli dengan menggunakan citra merek sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan masker Axis-y Mugwort Pore sebagai objek penelitian. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Axis-y Mugwort yang menggunakan aplikasi TikTok. Purposive sampling digunakan oleh peneliti sebagai strategi non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 140 responden. Untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul, kami menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021. Namun saat penyusunan penelitian ada perbaikan hingga 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Semakin baik electronic word of mouth maka semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan minat beli konsumen. E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Semakin baik electronic word of mouth maka semakin baik pula citra merek yang terbentuk di benak konsumen. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Semakin baik citra merek, semakin banyak konsumen akan membeli produk tersebut. Electronic word of mouth terhadap niat beli yang dimediasi oleh citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategic steps that can be applied by MSMEs, in order to be able to utilize their resources to achieve competitive advantage, especially in conditions of uncertainty, such as the current covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is library research. The steps for collecting information and data are carried out in stages, starting from: (i) Design, (ii) Implementation, (iii) Analysis, and (iv) Compiling and writing a review. The results show that in achieving competitive advantage there are many resource variables that influence it. The results showed that the variables of innovation ability and creativity are resources that have a dominant influence on competitive advantage. In addition, another dominant variable that also affects competitive advantage is HR, because HR holds an important key in running the MSE business, including in creating various innovations and creativity. For this reason, the strategic steps that must be taken by MSMEs are to increase innovation and creativity, if they want to survive and be able to compete in any conditions, especially in conditions of uncertainty. Like Darwin's theory of evolution: The Survival of the Fittest, SMEs must be prepared to adapt to changes in the environment that affect business. Abstract

Education is one of the driving forces for progress in the global community, one of which is through the emergence of innovations. With innovations in various fields of science and knowledge, changes have emerged that can positively impact people's lives. Higher Education, as one of the places of development of science, is a very appropriate place to develop innovations, both in the technological and social fields. On the other hand, changes in people's mindsets and behaviors demand changes in higher education institutions. The rapid development of science, supported by technological advances, demands changes in education and teaching patterns, including in higher education. With information disclosure and existing social and technological changes, science can develop further and more rapidly if the education system can adjust to the changes.This study used a survey method with the distribution of questionnaires. The population of the study was students of Khairun University. Sample takers with non-probability sampling method, by convenience sampling. The analysis method used in this study used Smart PLSVersion 3.0The results showed that out of 10 hypotheses, five hypotheses were accepted, and five hypotheses were rejected.Keywords: Service Innovation, University Reputation, Academic Culture, University Student Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and servicescape on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research was a quantitative research. The population in this study was the other coffee consumers in the city. The number of research samples was 140 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research used path modeling analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product innovation has no significant effect on customer loyalty; (2) Servicescape has a significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) Product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (4) Servicescape has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (5) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty; (6) Product innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction; (7) Servicescape has no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions through purchase interest. This research was a quantitative research. The population in this study was Indomaret consumers in Ternate City with a non-probability sampling method and a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique in this research used path modeling analysis using smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle has a significant effect on purchase decisions, store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchase decisions, lifestyle has a significant effect on puerchase interest, store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Innovation and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at the Vocational Training Center and Ternate Productivity). This research is a quantitative research. The population in the study were students from the Ternate Vocational and Productivity Training Center. The number of research samples is 122 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.0 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Service innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Ternate Vocational and Productivity Training Center; and (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Ternate Vocational and Productivity Training Center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Customer Satisfaction Memediasi Pengaruh Service Quality Terhadap Repurchase Intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pada pengunjung Hotel Grand Tabona Kota Ternate. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 252 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis path modeling dengan menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0 sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention di Hotel Grand Tabona Kota Ternate; (2) Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction di Hotel Grand Tabona Kota Ternate; (3) Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention di Hotel Grand Tabona Kota Ternate; dan (4) Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui customer satisfaction di Hotel Grand Tabona Kota Ternate
