Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) Motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali dan untuk objek penelitiannya adalah disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner serta dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 22.0 dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) ada pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) ada pengaruh secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja pada Puri Lumbung Cottages Restaurant and Spa Munduk. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Puri Lumbung Cottages Restaurant and Spa Munduk dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 87 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada Puri Lumbung Cottages Restaurant and Spa Munduk.

Tracer study is an approach that allows college institutions to obtain information about possible deficiencies in the educational process and learning process. It can also be the basis for future improvement planning activities. This tracer study research could see the illustration of two sides, namely the graduates’ side as the service user of the education institution and the stakeholder side as the graduate user. This tracer study aimed at getting an overview of the lecture program that had been obtained by the graduates, as well as the quality of graduates produced by the Department of Management. The target of this tracer study was the alumni of Management Department graduates in 2013 - 2015 and the stakeholders in this case were the service users of Management department graduates. The results of this study indicated that the graduates produced by the Management Department had an average waiting time of less than 12 months (1 year) to obtain a job. The types of jobs graduated from Management Department were mostly in the private sector, there was only one person who decided to become an entrepreneur. Most of the graduates earned 1 million rupiah - 3 million rupiah per month as the first income. Most graduates were satisfied with the aspects of learning gained during their study in Management Departments as well as the response about learning experience. Graduates were quite satisfied with the learning experience during the course in Management Department. The graduates complained about inadequate lecture facilities condition. It was certainly a serious significance to be addressed immediately. Most of the users of the graduates (stakeholders) were satisfied with the ability of management department graduates. It was just the aspect of English language skills that were still considered less. In accordance with English language skills, communication skills were also complained by graduate users (stakeholders). This study aimed at determining the effect of (1) job stress and job satisfaction toward collector's performance, (2) job stress toward collector's job satisfaction, (3) job stress toward collector's performance, and (4) job satisfaction toward collector's performance at PT. Federal International Finance Singaraja Branch Office. The design of this study was causal quantitative. The populations of this study were 40 people. Data were collected by questionnaire, and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: (1) job stress and job satisfaction had significant effect toward collector's performance (2) job stress had a negative and significant effect toward collector job satisfaction, (3) job stress had a negative and significant effect toward collector's performance, and (4) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect toward collector's performance at PT. Federal International Finance in Singaraja

This study aimed at examining the effect of (1) job satisfaction mediating the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity on turnover intention, (4) job satisfaction on turnover intention. The method of data collection was done by observation, interviews and questionnaires by using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used was path analysis (path anaylsis) with the SPSS 17.0 for windows program. The analysis shows that (1) job satisfaction was able to mediate partially the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) satisfaction work had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

Salah satu tantangan terbesar bagi UMKM selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah bertransformasi ke teknologi digital. Beberapa tantangan besar tersebut antara lain yaitu, tingkat konektivitas ekosistem digital masih terbatas. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam strategi yang dilakukan UKM kerajinan anyaman dalam beradaptasi dengan dunia digital di masa pandemi Covid-19. Transformasi digital bagi UMKM merupakan keharusan di masa pandemi saat ini, namun juga tidak terlepas dari tantangan yang mengiringinya. Para pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun khususnya memiliki strategi yang harus menghadapi berbagai kendala. Salah satu kendala terpenting adalah sulitnya beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital, dalam hal ini pemasaran online dalam berbagai bentuk. UMKM dipaksa untuk merancang strategi untuk memasuki ekosistem digital. Artikel ini berpendapat bahwa UMKM akan diuji ketahanannya di tengah krisis untuk mengeksploitasi sumber daya mereka dan mengambil langkah-langkah inovatif. Artikel ini menjadikan pengrajin tenun di Kabupaten Gianyar sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Klasifikasi dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan prinsip metode kualitatif.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam strategi yang dilakukan oleh UMKM kerajinan tenun dalam beradadaptasi dengan dunia digital pada masa pandemic Covid-19 ini. Transformasi digital bagi UMKM menjadi keniscayaan masa masa pandemic sekarang, namun juga tidak terlepas dari tantangan yang menyertainya. Para pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun di lapangan memiliki strategi untuk beradaptasi saat situasi krisis. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa UMKM akan diuji resiliensinya (kebertahannya) di tengah krisis untuk untuk mengeksploitasi sumber daya yang dimilikinya dan melakukan langkah-langkah inovatif. Artikel ini menjadikan para pengerajin tenun di Kabupaten Gianyar sebagai subyek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Klasifikasi dan analisis data dilakukan dengan kaidah metode kualitatif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pelaku UMKM kerajinan tenun menghadapi kesulitan dalam melakukan adaptasi dengan teknologi digital, terutama pada pemasaran dalam jaringan (daring). Implikasinya, UMKM harus merancang strategi masuk dalam ekosistem digital.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konflik keluarga dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pengerajin sokasi di Desa Tigawasa baik secara simultan dan parsial. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengerajin sokasi di Desa Tigawasa dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah konflik keluarga, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 35 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Konflik keluarga dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 86,2%. (2) Konflik keluarga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 16,5%. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 54%.Covid-19.

Objective –The provision of customary village funds in Bali can be viewed as a governmental initiative aimed at the preservation of cultural heritage. For the effective implementation of customary village development, it is imperative to involve the community directly and also acknowledge the role of the government.Methodology –The research was conducted in the Province of Bali with 94 customary villages as research objects. The methodology employed for data collection involved the distribution of questionnaires to the leaders of customary villages. The data was subsequently processed using moderation regression analysis, supplemented by interviews to augment the information provided by the respondents.Results –The study's findings indicate that the involvement of the community had a significant impact on the growth of conventional villages in Bali. The mobilisation of resources by the village government can potentially enhance the impact of community participation on the development of customary villages in Bali.Research limitations/implications –This research only reveals the success of customary village development in terms of community and government participation. This research has the impact that it is necessary to pay attention to the development of traditional villages to maintain local wisdom so that harmonization in society can be realized.Novelty/Originality –The originality of this research found that even though there is a separation of authority between the village government and customary village, the village government is still allowed to mobilize the community to be involved in the development of customary village so that environmental and cultural preservation can be achieved.

Conducting an analysis of the role of digital financial applications, competitiveness, and a green economy for village development innovation is the aim of this research. The research uses an explanatory approach with research locations in the Province of Bali. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Respondents included 165 owners of micro, small, and medium enterprises and were determined purposively which were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study provide evidence of a positive and significant relationship between the variables of implementing digital finance, competitiveness, and the development of village development innovations. The application of the green economy has not fully influenced village development innovations. In the future, it is expected to provide optimal opportunities to encourage a low-carbon economy. The digital village has contributed to improving the village government service system, community, and empowerment based on information technology.
