Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of lifestyle and promotion on the decision to purchase Spotify Premium service to Millennials in Bali both simultaneously and partially. The research method used is a caesal quantitative research method. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, with a total sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection instruments using questionnaires. The results of this study are: (1) Lifestyle and promotion have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Music Spotify Premium service to millennials in Bali, (2) Lifestyle has a significant influence on the decision to purchase Spotify Premium Music service to millennials in Bali, (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Spotify Premium Music service to millennials in Bali.

Abstract

Prosperity provides opportunities for households to achieve economic resilience. Economic resilience is a condition and ability to recover and rise from problems in economic aspects. The welfare condition of women in freelance daily labor households in Tiyingtali Village has not been able to reflect the economic resilience of households. This research reveals the motivation and role of women in Tiyingtali Village who work as casual daily laborers in the household to achieve prosperity and economic resilience. By using a qualitative approach, these two problems become a complex thing to discuss. Through qualitative analysis with stages: 1) data collection; 2) Data reduction; 3) Presentation of data; 4) Conclusion drawing/Verification, the welfare and economic resilience problems of women's freelance daily laborer households can be explained. To ensure the validity of the research data obtained, triangulation of sources is then carried out. Research findings show that "Gunakaya" (fighting spirit to have wealth alone or with husband) is a motivation. This motivation leads to the condition of a prosperous family. Not having savings for supplies, makes for a lack of household economic resilience. The inability of freelance daily working women to set aside their income makes it an obstacle to realizing household economic resilience. Efforts to fulfill the household economy of husband and wife must help each other to create economic resilience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of civil servants regarding the equalisation of structural positions into functional positions and their influence on work productivity at Ganesha University of Education. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 59 employees who have the position of head of section and subsection. Collection using interview techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis using a mixed method approach through qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using paired sample t-test. The results showed that (a) the implementation of equalisation of structural positions into functional positions at Ganesha University of Education is a bureaucratic reform in accordance with Permenpan-RB Number 17 of 2021 concerning Equalisation of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions; (b) the perception of civil servants towards the transfer of positions shows that the implementation of the transfer of positions has not optimally increased work productivity due to the determination of functional positions that are limited in number and type so that they do not match employee competence; (c) the results of the paired sample T-test test on there are differences in the work productivity of civil servants at Ganesha University of Education before and after equalisation of structural positions into functional positions

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi internal. BNI Singaraja sebagai salah satu cabang Bank BNI memerlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan di BNI Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan internal BNI Singaraja, yang berjumlah 159 orang. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel, dengan fokus pada pegawai tetap. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin, diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi internal sebagai variabel independen, serta kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal dan lingkungan kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,750 untuk komunikasi internal dan 0,398 untuk lingkungan kerja, dengan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Nilai R-squared (R²) sebesar 0,909 menunjukkan bahwa 90,9% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel komunikasi internal dan lingkungan kerja. Sisa 9,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua item pertanyaan valid, dengan nilai rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel (0,212). Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,886 untuk komunikasi internal dan 0,849 untuk kinerja karyawan, yang berarti instrumen penelitian reliabel. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan komunikasi internal dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Weekly meeting sebagai bagian dari strategi komunikasi internal terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di BNI Singaraja. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus memperbaiki strategi komunikasi internal dan lingkungan kerja guna mencapai kinerja yang optimal.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed workplace dynamics, particularly within public institutions such as BAPPEDA Bengkalis and PT PLN ULP Singaraja. This study investigates the influence of digital workload, employee loyalty, and individual innovation on employee performance, moderated by digital adaptation and analyzed across generational cohorts. Simultaneously, a quantitative explanatory study was conducted at PT PLN ULP Singaraja to examine how work environment, internal communication, and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Data were collected from 125 employees using a saturated sampling method, with statistical analysis conducted through multiple linear regression. Results show that work environment, internal communication, and job satisfaction each have a significant positive effect on performance both individually and simultaneously. Practical implications suggest enhancing workplace facilities, strengthening internal communication, and increasing job satisfaction through career development and welfare programs. Future research should broaden the scope to other organizational units and include additional internal and external factors such as digital competence, intrinsic motivation, and leadership style to gain deeper insights into performance determinants.
