Abstract

Disinfeksi merupakan langkah mencegah penularan dengan membunuh virus [COVID-19] yang mungkin masih bertahan di benda atau tempat tertentu. Penyemprotan disinfektan, selain di rumah, sebaiknya dilakukan juga di tempat ramai dan fasilitas umum atau benda lainnya yang sering disentuh manusia. Pada saat ini, upaya pemerintah untuk melakukan mencegah peyebaran virus adalah dengan melakukan penyemprotan desinfektan di jalan raya. Adapun kedua model penyemprotan yang digunakan oleh pemerintah, yaitu dengan menggunakan water canon dan dengan menggunakan drone. Oleh sebab itu, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti keefektifan model penyemprotan dari segi kemudahan penggunaan dan efisiensi biaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat terdapat perbedaan hasil posttest terkait penyemprotan water cannon dan penyemprotan drone antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol pada saat posttest yaitu diperoleh nilai signifikansi pada kolom Levene's Test sebesar 0,009. Nilai signifikansi tersebut menunjukkan 0,05. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini berjalan dengan baik serta penyemprotan disinfektan menggunakan water cannon lebih efektif ditinjau dari segi efisiensi biaya dan kemudahan pengoperasian daripada menggunakan drone.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKemandirian belajar menjadi faktor penting dalam implementasi pembelajaran daring di perguruan tinggi. kemandirian belajar adalah kemampuan seseorang dalam mewujudkan keinginannya secara nyata tanpa bergantung dengan orang lain, memiliki tanggung jawab sendiri, dan dapat menentukan belajar yang efektif. Kemandirian belajar akan mendorong mahasiswa untuk berprestasi dan berkreasi. Mahasiswa yang memiliki sikap mandiri akan lebih berani memutuskan hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan dirinya, mampu berinisiatif, dan mengembangkan kreativitas serta memotivasi untuk mendapatkan yang terbaik dalam belajarnya. Bertanya merupakan teknik pembelajaran yang paling umum digunakan oleh dosen dalam proses pembelajaran, ini dikarenakan pertanyaan merupakan pemandu untuk mengarahkan mahasiswa memahami topik topik pembelajaran, juga membantu menunjukan koherensi antara unit-unit dalam pembelajaran. Pemberdayaan Berpikir Melalui Pertanyaan (PBMP) merupakan pola pembelajaran yang memfokuskan pada pemberdayaan penalaran mahasiswa melalui pertanyaan, tidak ada proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung secara informatif, seluruhnya dilakukan melalui rangkaian atau jalinan pertanyaan yang telah dirancang secara tertulis dalam lembar-lembar PBMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian quasy ekperiment dengan menggunakan rancangan intact group comparasion. Data kemandirian belajar menunjukan Secara keseluruhan terdapat berbedaan pada semua aspek kemandirian belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil analisis uji-t juga menunjukan PBMP berpengaruh lebih baik terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran yang tidak menggunakan PBMP. Kata Kunci:Pembelajaran daring, PBMP, kemandirian belajar. ABSTRACTSelf regulated learning  is an important factor in the  implementation of online learning in higher education. Self regulated learning is a person's ability to manifest his desires  in a real way without control with others, has his own responsibility , and can  determine effective learning. Self regulated learning  will encourage students to excel and be creative . Students who have an independent attitude will be more willing to decide things related to themselves , be able to take initiatives , develop creativity and motivate them to get the best in their studies. Asking is the most common learning technique used by lecturers in the learning process, because questions are helpful for understanding students in understanding the topics of learning topics, as well as helping to show coherence between units in learning. Thinking Empowerment by Questioning (TEQ) is a learning pattern that is focused on empowering student reasoning through questions, there is no learning process that takes place  informatively, it is all done  through a series or thread of questions that have been compiled in writing on TEQ sheets. This study aims to develop students' learning independence. This type of research is classified as a quasy experiment research using a complete group design. Self regulated learning  data shows that overall  there are differences in all aspects of the independent learning in the experimental class and the control class. The results of the t-test analysis also  show that (TEQ) has a better effect on self regulated learning  than learning that does not use TEQ Keywords: Online learning, TEQ, self regulated learning.

Abstract

APPLİCATİON OF SEMİ-AUTOMATİC CRACKER CUTTİNG MACHİNE AND MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS TO INCREASE PRODUCTİVİTY OF CRACKER PRODUCERS İN SİDOARJO. This PKM partner is a cracker SME “UD. SETUM JAYA” belongs to M. Faisol Hidayat, whose address is at Tlasih village, Tulangan sub-district, Sidoarjo district. The production capacity of this partner SME is ± 400 kg/day. The purpose of implementing PKM is to help solve priority problems in the production and management aspects of Mitra cracker SMEs. The priority problem in the production aspect is the low productivity of cracker cutting and the problem in the management aspect is production management and financial management that have not been managed properly. The process of cutting crackers in partner SMEs is done manually, the average production capacity is ± 100 crackers / minute, the quality of the products cut is not uniform, some are too thick and some are too thin. To solve the problem of the low priority of the quality and quantity of cracker cutting production, it is done through the application of a semi-automatic cracker cutting machine which has 6 blades mounted on a mechanical rotating disc of an electric motor. This cracker cutting machine has a production capacity of at least 1,376 crackers/minute, so that it can increase the production capacity of cutting crackers by ± 14 times compared to manual cutting of ± 100 pieces/minute. Meanwhile, to solve the problems of production management and financial management of partner cracker SMEs, this is done through training and assistance on how to organize the production environment, production process flow, preparation of raw materials and application of machines for production activities and to solve financial management problems, this is done by recording business financial flows using books. simple cash. The results of the implementation of this PKM program are: (1) a semi-automatic mechanical electric motor cracker cutting machine, and (2) changes in the production management and financial management of partner cracker SMEs that are better according to the training.

Abstract

Sebagai industri manufaktur yang telah berkarya selama 42 tahun, PT. PAL Indonesia terus berdedikasi dalam menghasilkan produk-produk unggulan di bidang kapal maupun non kapal. Produk non kapal salah satunya yaitu tube bundle dari heat exchanger. Untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang baik, maka dalam proses produksinya perlu dilakukan pengendalian mutu atau kualitas. Bergerak di bidang pekerjaan pada benda kerja yang relatif besar, pengendalian kualitas dilakukan dengan pengujian yang bisa berupa dimension check, magnetic test, ultrasonic test, hydrostatic test dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa quality control pada salah satu komponen tube bundle yaitu fixed tube sheet. Metode quality control yang digunakan yaitu Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dengan alat bantu peta kendali, diagram batang, dan fishbone diagram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acceptance sampling. Sampel yang diambil yaitu alur dalam pada komponen fixed tube sheet yang berjumlah 300 dari total keseluruhan 1036. Analisa dilakukan terhadap ketidaksesuaian diameter alur dalam fixed tube sheet. Setelah diketahui sebab-akibat kegagalan dari komponen tersebut, proses produksi dapat dilakukan dengan hasil akhir sesuai standar.

Abstract

The community service program conducted at the "Bu Sila" Fish Bread SME aims to enhance the capacity and quality of fish bread production by implementing sustainable strategies within the framework of the green economy. This program was carried out over six months, from July 28 to October 20, 2024. The main focus of the program was to provide appropriate technology support, including a hygienic oven machine, fish bread molds, and corrosion-resistant worktables. The provided technology was designed to improve production efficiency, maintain product quality, and support environmental sustainability by reducing waste and energy consumption. With the assistance of a baking oven and stainless steel or corrosion-resistant composite molds, the business partner was able to increase production capacity by 30–50%. This program not only enhances the partner's market competitiveness but also promotes a transition toward more environmentally friendly business practices. This aligns with the principles of the green economy, emphasizing resource efficiency and reducing negative environmental impacts. Overall, the program offers a long-term solution to improve productivity, quality, and business sustainability while strengthening the market competitiveness of fish bread products in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The community service program carried out in Sidoarjo Regency aims to help solve priority problems experienced by shoe MSME partners. There are two priority problems that must be resolved to empower partner MSMEs to improve the quality and quantity of their production, namely: (1) low quality and quantity of leather shoe brand labeling production, and (2) poor financial management. Methods to overcome the problem of low quality and quantity of brand labeling production are carried out through the application of semi-automatic leather embossing machines with electric energy and to overcome poor financial management through training and mentoring of financial management with a participatory approach. The results of this community service program are: (1) Electric energy semi-automatic leather embossing press machine, 2) a simple cash book. The conclusion of the results of the implementation of PKM activities that have been carried out with partners is that by increasing the quality and quantity of partner shoe brand labeling production with a magnitude of 30 times faster or (3000%) increase besides that the financial management of partner SMEs has been carried out properly through recording business financial flows using simple ledger.

Abstract

The herbal washing process at CV. Dipa Kuncara, Driyorejo, Gresik, is still carried out manually, namely washing fresh and dirty herbal ingredients weighing around 5-6 kg into a basin filled with around 10 L of water, brushing, and rinsing/sprayed with running water up to 3-4 times. One washing session takes around 40-50 minutes to remove dirt and other things. In addition, stirring and washing herbal ingredients that still contain a lot of soil and dirt is often very tiring. On the other hand, manual washing of herbal ingredients also results in very low stability of the quality of herbal medicines. This can cause the resulting herbal products to have a less fresh taste and a slightly unpleasant odor. The solution offered in this PKM activity is the need to prepare a Herbal Washing Machine. The purpose of this community service is to assist MSMEs in the process of washing ingredients/initial materials by building a herbal washing machine. The methods and stages of community service activities include: 1) preparing herbal washing machines and testing them, 2) providing operational assistance for tools/machines to partners, 3) monitoring and evaluating the use of tools/machines, and 4) distributing questionnaires for all PKM implementations. The results: 1) herbal washing tools/machines have been made, 2) partners are able and skilled at using the tools/machines, 3) monitoring and evaluation results report that partners have used the herbal washing tools/machines well, routinely and no longer do it manually, and 4) partners feel satisfied and happy with all the PKM training and assistance provided by the implementation team. By using this tool/machine, the process time can be saved up to 10–15 minutes for one washing-to-rinsing process, herbal products become fresher and odorless, and of course, will produce clean and healthy instant herbal powder products.
