Abstract

The research focus is to discuss about a leadership of the head madrasah-based quality in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mukmin Muhammadiyah, Tembarak, Temanggung, Central Java. It was used qualitative research. The result shown that the head of the madrasah had a strong desire to realize the vision and mission of the madrasah. He strongly built the quality culture of madrasah based on five principles. There are (1). always being a mukmin and Muslim everywhere and anytime. (2). always friendly in service. (3). having a high professionalism in carrying out administrative duties and adoring the work. (4). creative, dynamic, and innovative in scientific development, and (5). Behave and trustworthy manner, akhlaqul karimah and be role model to other academic community.Abstrak Fokus penelitian adalah untuk membahas tentang kualitas kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Al Mukmin Muhammadiyah, Tembarak, Temanggung, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi madrasah. Dia sangat membangun budaya kualitas madrasah berdasarkan lima prinsip. (1). selalu menjadi seorang mukmin dan Muslim di mana saja dan kapan saja. (2). selalu ramah dalam pelayanan. (3). memiliki profesionalisme yang tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas administrasi dan mengagumi pekerjaan. (4). kreatif, dinamis, dan inovatif dalam pengembangan keilmuan, dan (5). berperilaku dan dapat dipercaya, akhlaqul karimah dan menjadi teladan bagi komunitas akademis lainnya.

Abstract

This study discusses psychology for students in Islamic boarding schools who have taken psychological tests and who have never taken a psychological test. The research method used is a comparison of research with data analysis of comparative test Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale between students who have taken a psychological test and who have never received a psychological test at a boarding school. Bandura's Self-Efficacy Theory uses work theory, while the sample in this study uses cluster random sampling with a total of students (N = 22). Data collection was carried out through a direct survey consisting of 25 question items about self efficacy. The results of the t-test different test analysis showed no significant difference between students who had received a psychological test and who had never taken a psychological test in junior high school students in a boarding school based school. With the results of IQ tests (t (22) = 1,076, p> 0.05), aptitude tests (t (22) = 1,731, p> 0.05) and, interest tests (t (22) = 1,137, p> 0 , 05). These results indicate that there is no significant difference between students who take psychological tests who take IQ, aptitude, and interest tests, and who have never taken a psychological test, one of the contributing factors is representing irregular beliefs or relationships with what is on almighty will in providing sustenance, as long as his servant wants to succeed.

Abstract

OVERCOMING STUDENT BULLYING BEHAVIOUR THROUGH ROLE-PLAYING TECHNIQUE GROUP COUNSELING. This study aims to determine the impact of group counselling on role-playing techniques on student bullying behaviour at SMP Negeri 1 Terisi Indramayu. The pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group experimental design was used in this study by involving a total of 14 students of class VIII who were selected using the purposive sampling technique as participants and divided into two groups. Bullying behaviour data were collected through a form of bullying scale-perpetration. The data analysis technique used is nonparametric statistics using the Wilcoxon test with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in bullying behaviour in the experimental group (M=18.71) compared to the control group (M=33.43).

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar merupakan kurikulum yang hadir untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital ini. Manusia yang unggul berpendidikan dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi perubahan teknologi yang pesat di era digital ini. Dalam rangka menyiapkan manusia yang unggul berpendidikan, perguruan tinggi sebagai intitusi pendidikan perlu mengambil langkah untuk berkolaborasi dengan dunia industri dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemaparan tentang kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dan industri dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, yaitu menggali dari dokumen berupa buku dan jurnal penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dan industri dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk penyusunan kurikulum bersama, magang, dan penelitian bersama. Manfaat penelitian untuk masyarakat adalah memberikan wawasan pentingnya kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dan industri dalam rangka menyiapkan manusia unggul yang siap dengan perkembangan di era digital.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil-hasil penelitian di negara barat, diketahui bahwa penyandang disabilitas mengalami kendala dalam memeroleh pekerjaan. Hal ini disebabkan masih ada diskriminasi untuk mereka. Pemberi kerja dan masyarakat masih beranggapan bahwa mereka kurang produktif dalam bekerja. Bagaimana dengan Indoensia ?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research, yaitu menggali hasil-hasil penelitian di Indonesia yang mengangkat tentang karir dan disabilitas. Sumber diperoleh dari sinta.kemendikbud.goid. Jurnal yang dipilih adalah jurnal yang terakrditasi SINTA 1 dan 2. Melalui hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut, diketahui bahwa ada faktor internal dan eksternal yang menghambat penyadang disabilitas dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. Penyandang disabilitas berminat untuk membuka wirausaha tetapi masih mengalami kebingungan. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut perlu ada bantuan dari luar yang dapat mendukung penyandang disabilitas dalam berkembang. Sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dengan pemerintah dan industi diharapkan dapat membantu penyandang disabilitas dalam membuka wirasuaha.

Abstract

Kecenderungan siswa yang kuat terhadap konformitas ini untuk mengikuti harapan kelompok mengenai seharusnya bertindak di berbagai situasi. Perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh remaja merupakan karena tekanan kelompok yang menimbulkan cara berpikir, motivasi serta tindakan yang tidak normatif atau irasional. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan konformitas siswa secara baik. Metode penelitian mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, desain penelitian pretest and multiple posttest design, uji efektivitas repetead measure ANOVA dan teknik pengumpulan data teknik delpi, instrument penelitian yaitu skala psikologis tentang konformitas siswa. hasil analisis pengukuran pretest (T1), postest pertama (T2) dan follow up (T3), diketahui adanya perubahan skor rerata konformitas siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelaah diberi perlakukan berupa konseling kelompok untuk mengembangkan konformitas siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa konseling kelompok efektif mengembangkan konformitas siswa pada kelompok eksperimen setelah diberi layanan konseling kelompok. Manfaat hasil penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi kepada konselor bahwa konsleing kelompok dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan konformitas siswa.

Abstract

Abstract. Based on the results of previous studies, informing that parents who have children with developmental disorders experience greater parenting stress than parents who care for normal children. Mothers experience more parenting stress than fathers. This study aims to determine the factors that cause the emergence of parenting stress in mothers. To obtain these data, the researchers used a systematic literature review of international journals (data base: Sage, Science Direct, Emerald Insight, Taylor and Francis) in 2011-2021. This method is what distinguishes this research from previous research. Previous research, in looking for factors using interviews. The result of SLR is that there are internal factors (example: understanding of diagnosis, coping strategies) and external factors (example: family resilience, social support of friends) that form parenting stress on mothers. Therefore, the suggestion for future researchers is to provide interventions that are able to suppress the emergence of factors. For example with cognitive behavior therapy intervention.

Abstract

Based on developmental tasks, adolescents have increased social interest in peers. This has an impact on mental health, so it needs to be analyzed in depth. This study aims to explore the profile of peer support in adolescents. The research approach is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research is teenagers who study at the junior and senior high school level in Central Java which were selected randomly. The results show that on average, adolescents get peer support at a moderate level. The biggest aspect is support in obtaining awards while the lowest aspect is in terms of emotional support. This has implications for guidance and counseling services in schools in the future fostering the students to grow well.
