Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara struktur modal dan likuiditas ditinjau dari profitabilitas pada subsektor industri bar di BEI dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “purposive sampling”. analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the level of influence of online customer review and online customer rating variables on purchasing decisions for fashion products at Shopee using a population of all students of the Faculty of Economics, Tidar University by taking a sample of 96 respondents with certain criteria. This research is a quantitative research that uses regression analysis with the help of SPSS to solve problems. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study uses the analysis technique of the F test, t test, and determination test which then results in the online customer review and online customer rating variables having a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The percentage level of influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions is 35.2%, while the other 64.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Objectives - This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on stock prices with the object of research being health sector companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period year 2017-2020. Design/methodology/approach - Quantitative research using secondary data and sample determination using a purposive sampling technique. Findings - 1. Return on Equity (ROE) has no effect on stock prices. 2. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant positive effect on stock prices. 3. Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has no effect on stock prices. 4. Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) together have a significant positive effect on company stock prices in the health sector. Limitations/implications – This study focuses on financial ratio analysis and does not include other factors that influence investment decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze profitability at PT. BPR BANK BAPAS 69. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with Stata 16.0. The data used is secondary data from the website PT. BPR BANK BAPAS 69 during 2016-2020 period. Based on the research results, it is known that CAR, NPL, and LDR as independent variables have a significant effect on ROA as the dependent variable with a significance value of 0.0447. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, found that the CAR and LDR variables have a negative and insignificant effect on ROA. The NPL variable has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Of the three independent variables, NPL has the biggest effect on ROA with a coefficient value of -2.892877.

Abstract

Desa Gunungpring di Magelang, Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu desa wisata religi yang menjadi destinasi bagi wisatawan untuk melakukan ziarah ke makam ulama yang ada di daerah ini. Kawasan ini memberikan kebermanfaatan ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Banyak warga yang mengandalkan penghasilan keluarganya dari usaha yang dijalankan di desa wisata Gunungpring. Namun, kendala yang dialami pelaku usaha yaitu kedatangan wisatawan yang bersifat musiman. Jumlah wisatawan akan meningkat pada bulan-bulan tertentu, namun akan menurun di bulan lainnya. Hal ini memberikan pengaruh pada pendapatan masyarakat yang tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, Program kemitraan masyarakat ini berusaha mengatasi kendala yang dialami oleh para pelaku usaha dengan melakukan pendampingan strategi marketing digital. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman strategi marketing digital yang baik dan pentingnya pemasaran digital yang semakin berkembang sehingga mampu menjangkau masyarakat atau konsumen yang lebih luas. Pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat bekerjasama dengan perangkat desa Gunungpring dan kelompok sadar wisata “Adiluhung” yang ada di Gunungpring. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi, edukasi dan pendampingan. Hasil dari program ini yaitu masyarakat Gunungpring khususnya pelaku usaha yang berada di kawasan Gunungpring memahami pentingnya pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan jangkauan konsumen yang lebih luas, sehingga pelaku usaha tidak hanya bergantung pada wisatawan yang datang berkunjung. Para pelaku usaha yang semula hanya melakukan penjualan secara konvensional, kemudian dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi online atau e-commerce dalam melakukan penjualan produknya.Gunungpring Village in Magelang, Central Java, is a religious tourism village that is a destination for tourists on pilgrimages to the tombs of scholars in this area. This area provides economic benefits for the surrounding community. Many residents rely on family income from businesses run in the Gunungpring tourist village. However, the obstacle experienced by business actors is the arrival of seasonal tourists. The number of tourists will increase in certain months but will decrease in other months. It has an impact on unstable people's income. Therefore, this community partnership program seeks to overcome the obstacles experienced by business actors by providing digital marketing strategy assistance. This program aims to provide a good understanding of digital marketing strategies and the importance of digital marketing, which is growing so that it can reach a wider audience or consumers. The Community Partnership Program is implemented in collaboration with Gunungpring village officials and the "Adiluhung" tourism awareness group in Gunungpring. The methods used are outreach, education, and mentoring. The result of this program is that the people of Gunungpring, especially business actors in the Gunungpring area, understand the importance of digital marketing in increasing sales and reaching a wider audience so that businesses do not only depend on tourists who come to visit. Business actors who previously only made conventional sales can then use online or e-commerce applications to sell their products.

Abstract

Islamic financial technology (fintech) has experienced rapid development but is still not comparable to conventional fintech developments. This study aims to examine the construct of Islamic fintech in the view of the philosophy of science from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Islamic fintech is an interesting research area and continues to grow in the field of management, especially financial management. The method used is a literature review, which discusses the meaning, history, theory, and benefits of Islamic fintech to get a more detailed picture of Islamic fintech from previous researchers. This research also identifies the antecedents and consequences of Islamic fintech. The antecedents of Islamic fintech consist of resources, risks, profits, and competition which are factors of the company, as well as literacy, attitude, and acceptance, which are factors of consumers, and regulations from policymakers. The consequence of Islamic fintech is a sustainable finance system.

Abstract

Company value is one of the factors that investors pay attention to in investing because it describes the company's sustainability in the future. In addition, the value of the company is a long-term goal for the company. The value of the company is important to note, including what variables affect it so that the achievement of company value can be maximized. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of gender diversity, corporate social responsibility, and capital structure in influencing firm value. The population in this study are all energy sector companies listed on the IDX Industrial Classification of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The number of research samples consisted of 34 companies with a study period of five years, so that the total observations in this study were 170 observations. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data in the form of panel data. The data was obtained by looking at the 2016-2020 financial statements of the energy sector companies included in the research sample. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously gender diversity, corporate social responsibility, and capital structure have an effect on firm value in energy sector companies for the 2016-2020 period. Partially, gender diversity has not significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, corporate social responsibility and capital structure has significant effect the value of companies in the energy sector for the period 2016-2020. Nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang diperhatikan oleh investor dalam menanamkan modalnya karena menggambarkan keberlanjutan perusahaan di masa mendatang. Selain itu, nilai perusahaan menjadi tujuan jangka panjang bagi perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan penting untuk diperhatikan, termasuk variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhinya agar pencapaian nilai perusahaan dapat dimaksimalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai peran diversitas gender, corporate social responsibility, dan struktur modal dalam memberikan pengaruh kepada nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di IDX Industrial Classification Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian terdiri dari 34 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian selama lima tahun, sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 170 observasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dalam bentuk data panel. Data diperoleh dengan melihat laporan keuangan tahun 2016-2020 perusahaan sektor energi yang masuk dalam sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan diversitas gender, corporate social responsibility, dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi periode 2016-2020. Secara parsial diversitas gender tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan corporate social responsibility dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi periode 2016-2020.

Abstract

Perbankan sebagai lembaga keuangan berperan penting dalam pengadaan dana dari pihak yang kelebihan dana dan masyarakat serta menyalurkannya kepada pihak yang membutuhkan. Penyaluran dana pinjaman ini disebut juga dengan istilah lending. Dalam penyaluran dana tersebut terdapat masalah yang bernama Non Performing Loan (NPL), yaitu ketidak mampuan debitur atau Pelanggan harus membayar kembali pinjaman dan bunga dalam waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini guna menguji pengaruh ROA, CAR, dan LDR terhadap tingkat NPL perbankan BUMN pada tahun 2018-2021. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data panel yaitu gabungan antara cross section dan time series, dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan pada perbankan BUMN periode 2018 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh terhadap NPL, sedangkan CAR dan LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti secara empiris mengenai peran kualitas keputusan investasi, risiko bisnis dan efisiensi terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan. Kualitas keputusan investasi diproksikan dengan ROA (Return on Assets), risiko bisnis diproksikan dengan DAR (Debt to Assets Ratio), dan efisiensi diproksikan dengan ATR (Asset Turnover Ratio). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan format data panel. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh perusahaan yang tercatat dalam indeks SRI KE-HATI dari tahun 2017-2021. Penarikan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 15 perusahaan atau sebanyak 75 observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi STATA. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kualitas keputusan investasi, risiko bisnis, dan efisiensi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hasil pengolahan data menjelaskan bahwa variabel kualitas keputusan investasi, risiko bisnis, dan efisiensi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the determination of concentration and type of ownership on the performance and risks of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2000-2018. This research was quantitative research using panel data regression analysis methods. The main characteristic of panel data regression analysis is the use of the Hausman test. Data were obtained and collaborated from several data providers such as Osiris, Bloomberg, and the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or OJK) website. Secondary data were collected from 42 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using a purposive sampling technique. The data was processed using Stata software. The ownership concentration was measured using the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) and foreign and domestic ownership as the proxy using the dummy variable. To measure bank performance, this research was used ROA and ROE proxy while the standard deviation of returns was used to measure bank risks. The results of the research showed that there was no effect of ownership concentration on bank performance. Also, domestic ownership has a positive effect on bank performance. In terms of risks, ownership concentration has a positive effect on bank risks. The more concentrated the ownership of the bank, the bank will more at risks. Besides, foreign and domestic ownership affects bank risks. Foreign ownership has a positive effect on bank risks. The level of foreign ownership of the bank affects bank risks. High foreign ownership puts the bank at risk.
