Abstract

The existence of technological developments that are increasingly developing can cause changes in values, norms, rules, and morals of life adopted by society, or what is called moral degradation. All platforms can be accessed by all people, from adults to early childhood. Moral education needs to be introduced to children from an early age as an effort to form a generation that is spiritually strong and polite in terms of morals.or parenting style is one of the factors that significantly help shape the morals or character of children. This is based on the fact that family education is the primary and first education for children that cannot be replaced by any educational institution. However, what is happening at this time is that most parents have not implemented good parenting for their children in accordance with the needs and development of children. This study aims to describe the moral development of early childhood in the digital era and to describe the relationship of parenting patterns to the moral development of early childhood in the digital era in grade A and B students of TA Al Kautsar Malang in the 2021/2022 academic year.   The research method used in this study is a quantitative correlation method.   The subjects of this study were students of class A and B of TA Al Kautsar Malang in the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 57 students and 57 parents. The results of the analysis state that the moral development of early childhood is based on three factors, namely psychological factors, factors of good behavior and bad behavior and there is a significant relationship between parenting patterns and the moral development of early childhood in the digital era.

Abstract

Education is an effort to grow the potential of every human being to become a good human being. One component of education is the teacher. Teachers play an important and main role in the continuity of learning for students, so teachers are very influential in the creation of quality educational processes and outcomes. In carrying out their duties, roles and functions, teachers are required to have competency standards that must be met, one of which is professional competence. This study aims to describe the characteristics of the professional competence of Raudhatul Athfal teachers in the Sukun District and the contribution of professional competence to the teaching performance of Raudhatul Athfal in the Sukun District. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a population / sample of all Raudhatul Athfal teachers in the Sukun District. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires. The results showed the results of the analysis of the hypothesis that the significance value was 0.000 <0.005 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which meant that there was a contribution of professional competence to the teaching performance of teachers.

Abstract

Children who are in Islamic school institutions usually also have an Islamic character. But usually they change when they are in the home environment. So there is a need for collaboration between educators and parents. The goal is to find out the influence of the Islamic school environment on the growth of Islamic character..This research includes quantitative research. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative analysis, analysis of prerequisite tests: normality and linearity tests and simple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used is an analysis with SPSS 24.The results showed that the average value of the Islamic character of the children of group A Tarbiyatul Athfal Malang City as a whole was 3.33. This value is in the good category. The characters of group A children grow because of the guidance from their parents. Results of simple linear regression analysis show that the significance value  is 0.714 > 0.05, while the results of hypothesis testing can be seen that the t arithmetic value is -0.370 < 2.042. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. It means that there is no influence between the Islamic school environment (X) and the growth of Islamic character (Y).

Abstract

This research is entitled Improving Early Qur'an Literacy Skills through Matching Activities in Group B in Ra Al-Qur'an Sunan Kalijogo Genitri Karangploso Malang. The background of this research is about improving the literacy skills of the early Qur'an through matching methods. This research method uses classroom action research methods (Classroom Action Research). Data collection techniques are carried out using observation methods, documentation, and interviews. From the results of preliminary research in RA Al-Quran Sunan Kalijogo Karangploso Malang shows that the increase in the first cycle of the beginning of 33% increased to 89% in cycle II. With the matching method, it can improve the literacy skills of the early Qur'an in group B RA Al-Quran Sunan Kalijogo Karangploso Malang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the initial condition of children recognizing number symbols, describe how to apply rattling buttons media and analyze teacher barriers in applying rattling buttons media to improve logical mathematical intelligence in introducing number symbols to children aged 3-4 years in KB/TK Trisula 01 Perwari . The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research subjects were children aged 3-4 years, class teachers, and guardians of students. The primary data of this study were obtained through in-depth interviews followed by observation and documentation as a process for analysis. The location of the institution is on Jl. Ronggolawe No. 11 Rt 07 Rw. 03 Pagentan Kec. Singosari Kab. Malang. The conclusions in this case are (1) the initial condition of children recognizing number symbols in children aged 3-4 years or KB in KB/TK Trisula 01 Perwari Singosari, namely developing according to age but not being stimulated to the maximum. (2) how to apply the jingle button media as an interesting learning medium. (3) the obstacles experienced by the teacher when applying the jingling button media are the limited number of media and the number of children, then when learning is done online this obstacle lies in the teacher who cannot directly supervise the child's development and the lack of attention by parents.

Abstract

Learning the Method of Reading the Quran which is carried out at Nurul Ulum Rambang Muara Enim Kindergarten is currently still difficult to apply learning that suits the needs of children. So far, nurul Ulum Rambang Muara Enim Kindergarten still uses the traditional method, namely the iqro' method, although the iqro' method is good for learning the Quran, but requires a new innovation and adapts to the comprehension ability of each individual child. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Yanbu'a method in reading the Quran in early childhood. The research method used is a qualitative research method, with a type of case study research where the subject used in the research is students at Nurul Ulum Rambang Muara Enim Kindergarten for the 2021/2022 academic year. In accordance with the data analysis, the results of the study were obtained that the yanbu'a method for early childhood in Nurul Ulum Kindergarten was very influential, this was due to the use of a very clear method regarding the beginning of the location of the letter makhorijul, short long information, and there are 7 volumes of application but each volume is measured by the level of ability of the child. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the application of the yanbu'a method in learning the Quran in early childhood in Nurul Ulum Kindergarten can help improve children's ability to learn the Quran.

Abstract

The development of an educational institution cannot be separated from the intervention of a capable leader. The leadership in this case is the principal. The principal has a strategy used to develop the institution he leads. In this study, it will be explained how the strategies determined by the principal to increase learning motivation. The strategy consists of planning, implementing and evaluating the principal's program. The researcher uses a qualitative approach, as well as the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the principal had been planned, implemented according to the existing schedule, adjusted to the conditions around it, reported to the madrasa supervisor and solutions were sought if there were obstacles that arose during the implementation of the work program.

Abstract

To make changes to improve teacher competence, the right principal strategy is needed. This study aims to find out the principal's strategy and what obstacles are experienced by the principal in improving teacher competence and to find out the competencies possessed by teachers in RA Wachid Hasyim, Batu City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers. The results showed: 1) Of the four elements of competence that must be possessed by teachers, they cannot be fully implemented properly and need to be improved again. 2) The principal plays a very important role for the progress and sustainability of the school so that the strategy carried out by the principal is in accordance with his duties. 3) The obstacles faced by the principal are internal factors are cost, time, teacher interest, and external factors are facilities and infrastructure, as well as the family environment.

Abstract

Education as an important means to prepare students to develop a variety of values and skills that are applied from an early age to adulthood. Education is used as a reference in society, nation and state. The importance of education for each individual is emphasized in Law Number 20 of 2003 about the National Education System. The professionalism of teachers at RA Habibie is still low. This can be seen in the ability of teachers when teaching using the monotonous method and some teachers have not met the qualifications of S-1. This study aims to determine the role of school principals in improving teacher professionalism and the obstacles that exist in RA Habibie. Researchers determine the focus of research on teacher professionalism, the role of school principals in improving teacher professionalism, and principal obstacles in improving teacher professionalism. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The researcher acts as a key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation. The results of this study are that in teaching and learning activities, teacher preparation in teaching must be ready, the teacher understands the material to be delivered; the principal's role as educator, supervisor, manager, administrator, leader, innovator, motivator has been implemented but needs to be improved again; and the obstacles are low support for school programs from all parties, weak teacher competence, inadequate budget and infrastructure for educational success.

Abstract

The problem encountered in Trisula Perwari Singosari Kindergarten is the lack of teacher stimulus for children to relax paper by squeezing, flattening, touching, on their fingers. The purpose of this study was an activity of squeezing newspapers into the shape of a caterpillar to improve fine motor skills in children at Trisula 01 Perwari Kindergarten. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were 21 children. The results of the discussion in the pre-cycle cycle are: (29%) because children experience delays in moving their fingers. And there was an increase in cycle I (62%) because the child was able to move his fingers in squeezing newsprint. Then the researcher continued the second cycle (86%) because the children were able to relax.
