Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to find the necessary basic to be developed in integrated personality of lecture to enhance education quality in Indonesia. The approach used in the study was qualitative approach with grounded theory method. Data was obtained from literature source and respondents were selected by using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used documentation studies, interviews, and observation. Data analysis used inductive analysis. The results showed that the necessary basic values to be developed in well-integrated personality of lecture to improve education quality in the Indonesian context, those are: first; accepting his own self, second; accepted by other people, third; efficiency in job and study, fourth; free from internal conflict. Keywords : education, quality, personality, lecture.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain fact data, and valid and correct information, and can be trusted about the influence of Leadership, Education and Training, and Career Development on Employees Performance in the Main Secretariat of the National Population and Family Planning Board. This research is conducted by using quantitative research approach, by using survey method, including survey, consolidation, test instrument through validity and reliability test, and data collection and processing of research result. The sample of this study is the entire population is affordable, and has the same character, that is as many as 76 employees echelon IV for the sample of research, taken at random simple, qualified research. The measurements in this study were conducted by giving the value of each item in question of all variables, the size of the values given in each statement using "Likert Scale". Based on result of research analysis: 1) There is influence of Leadership (X1) to Career Development (X3) equal to 22,8% 2) There is influence of Education and Training (X2) to Career Development (X3) equal to 25,1% 3) There is influence of Leadership (X1) to Employees Performance (Y) equal to 32,6% 4) There is influence of Education and Training (X2) to Employees Performance (Y) equal to 10,7% 5) There is influence of Career Development (X3) to Employees Performance (Y) equal to 30,3%.Key Words: Leadership, Education and Training, Career Development, Employees Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dan membuktikan pengaruh komunikasi, Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada PT Penerbangan ABC.. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, meliputi kegiatan survei, konsolidasi, uji coba instrumen melalui uji validitas, dan reliabilitas, serta pengumpulan dan pengolahan data hasil penelitian dengan sampel berjumlah 136 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling, artinya pengambilan sampel secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan jalur path: 1) terdapat pengaruh Komunikasi (X1) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (X3) sebesar 0,413 2) Terdapat pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (X3) sebesar 0,207; 3) Terdapat pengaruh Komunikasi (X1) terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Y) sebesar 0,216; 4) Terdapat pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X2) terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Y) sebesar 0,159; 5) Terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja (X3) terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Y) sebesar 0,371

Abstract

AbstractOrganization  is  a  structured  connection  frame  which contains privileges, responsibilities, and roles of work to do specific function. Organization theory is not only sees the achievement and attitude of the member, but also the organization ability as a whole to adapt and achieve the purposes. The Air Power organization which has the control of the air function, air strike, and air support, each need Unity of Command as its function. Besides, the Unity of Command concept at the air battle, the power cannot be divided, but must under Unified Commander to achieve the purpose. The Air Force of Operations Command, right now is an organization which the power usability is under command of Commander-in-Chief of TNI and to prepare is under Chief of Staff of Air Force. The roling function of Operations Command is based on Air Power doctrines, which still has the privileges duplication, and will break the flow of  the operation. This paper will analyze those problems and give the alternative solution as suggestion to formulate the organization, especially divides to two Operations Commands, one has the Air Strike function, and another has Air Support function.                                                                                                          Key Word :    The   Organization   of   Operations  Command (Koops),Benchmarking,   Air Power,  Control of  the  Air, Air Strike, Air Support, Unity    of    Command,    National    of     Air    Defence    Command (Kohanudnas)  and   Air Force Operations Command (Koopsau).

Abstract

AbstrakSistem Nasional Indonesia, secara terus-menerus menerima dampaklingkungan, sehingga diperlukan pengayaan sepanjang waktu, yang menyebabkansistem tersebut bersifat dinamis. Tingkat sistem kehidupan nasional dalam kurunwaktu tertentu, adalah kemampuan bangsa (power) yang diistilahkan denganketahanan nasional. Kemampuan nasional sebagai ketahanan nasional,merupakan integrasi segenap aspek kehidupan nasional yang tertuang dalam aspekIpoleksosbud Hankam.Pasang surut perjalanan kehidupan bangsa Indonesia dapat dilihat darimenurunnya ketahanan pangan dan energi, akibat tidak terpolanya pengelolaansumber daya yang tersedia. Dalam perkembangan akhir-akhir ini, Indonesia yangmerupakan Negara agraris sudah tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pangan bagiseluruh penduduk Indonesia dari Sabang hingga Merauke, terlihat dari kebijakanpemerintah untuk melakukan impor beras.Di sisi lain dalam ketahanan energi, Indonesia telah menjadi sebagai salahsatu negara peng-impor bahan bakar minyak. Harga minyak dunia yang meroket,memaksa pemerintah untuk mengambil kebijakan subsidi dalam menjagakesetabilan ekonomi. Namun kebijakan ini menyebabkan anggaran pemerintahmembengkak. Eksploitasi sumber daya alam lainnya hampir tidak terkendali dantelah merusak lingkungan, tanpa ada upaya rehabilitasi pasca tambang. Untuk itudiperlukan kebijakan terpadu dan pengawasan sosial terhadap kinerja pemerintahdalam melaksanakan pembangunan nasional, baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah.

Abstract

AbstraksKonsep kemandirian merupakan topik yang sering didiskusikan antara PTS dan Yayasantempat bernaung PTS yang bersangkutan. Dalam kenyataan mandiri tidak dapat diwujudkantanpa di awali oleh konsep berkualitas, bahkan sebaliknya kualitas dapat diwujudkan dengandukungan semua pihak (belum mandiri). Oleh karena itu PTS tidak punya pilihan, selainmeningkatkan kualitas agar mendapat legalitas dalam ikut mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa.Menurut UU RI No.2 tahun 2012 Perguruan Tinggi berkualitas yang menghasilkan lulusan yangmampu secara aktif mengembangkan potensinya dan menghasilkan Iptek yang berguna bagimasyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Salah satu upaya untuk mendapatkan PTS berkualitas adalahmeningkatkan sinergisitas, dengan mengedepankan integritas dan komitmen seluruh komponenterkait. PTS yang berkualitas akan selalu eksis dan mendapat tempat dihati masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Kemandirian, Berkualitas, Sinergisitas, Integritas dan Komitmen.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to objectively analyze and examine the legal protection of the community regarding the status of area land in West Lampung Regency. This research is sociolegal because it only determines law as a social phenomenon. This research was conducted in West Lampung Regency the research location was in Sukapura Village, Sumberjaya District, West Lampung Regency, and in the location of the forest land in the disputed area. The results of the authors can be concluded, firstly, that the regulation of tenure over forest area land in West Lampung Regency cannot provide legal protection for indigenous peoples because, in several findings, it is known that the land and the holder of rights over it are recorded for the first time in the registration book. Second, the regulation of valid land tenure rights in order to provide protection to the community regarding the status of forest area land in West Lampung is to check the status of the land. In the event that the means of proof as referred to in paragraph 1 are not available or are no longer available, proof of rights can be carried out based on the fact that the land parcel in question has physically been in possession for twenty years or more consecutively by the applicant for registration and preliminary introduction with conditions.

Abstract

The Indonesian Air Force faces complex challenges with technological advances and changing times. The operations service non-commissioned officer at Sultan Hasanuddin Air Force Base, Makassar, is responsible for supporting flight operations. However, in reality, the performance of personnel, especially the operations service non-commissioned officers, in carrying out their duties did not show the results expected by the Indonesian Air Force. Some non-commissioned officers do not meet organizational competencies, do not have a conducive work environment to increase motivation, and lack discipline in implementing the rules. These three variables influence their performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of competency, work environment and work discipline on the performance of non-commissioned officers at the Sultan Hasanuddin Air Force Base Operations Service. This research uses a quantitative approach, survey methods and path analysis. The population was 70 people, with a saturated sampling technique, 70 respondents were obtained, consisting of 20 people for the instrument test and 50 people for the research test. The data was processed and analyzed using Excel and SPSS version The research results showed that: Competence had a direct positive and significant effect on work discipline of 0.359; The work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on work discipline of 0.566; Competency has a direct positive and significant effect on performance of 0.427; The work environment has a direct positive andsignificant effect on performance of 0.405; Work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of the Non-Commissioned Officer of the Sultan Hasanuddin Air Force Base Operations Service by 0.253.

Abstract

Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Jakarta Timur memiliki peran vital dalam menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan masyarakat. Namun, rendahnya motivasi dan etos kerja di kalangan anggotanya dapat menghambat efektivitas tugas mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan etos kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan etos kerja anggota Satpol PP Jakarta Timur melalui serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terencana dan terarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan, workshop, dan sesi diskusi interaktif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif anggota Satpol PP dan menghadirkan narasumber yang kompeten di bidang motivasi dan pengembangan SDM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner sebelum dan setelah kegiatan untuk mengukur perubahan tingkat motivasi dan etos kerja. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi dan etos kerja anggota Satpol PP setelah diberikan materi tentang bagaimana membangun lingkungan kerja yang sehat.   The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of East Jakarta plays a vital role in maintaining public order and security. However, low motivation and work ethic among its members can hinder the effectiveness of their duties. Therefore, there is a need for efforts to enhance motivation and work ethic. This study aims to cultivate motivation and work ethic among Satpol PP members in East Jakarta through a series of well-planned community service activities. The methods employed in this initiative include training, workshops, and interactive discussion sessions. These activities involve active participation from Satpol PP members and feature competent speakers in the fields of motivation and human resource development. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires administered before and after the activities to measure changes in motivation and work ethic levels. The results indicate a significant increase in both motivation and work ethic among Satpol PP members following the delivery of content focused on building a healthy work environment.
