Abstract

SMK An-Nur Slawi is one of the private vocational schools located in the Tegal Regency. Currently, the process of managing data and calculating employee salaries at the school is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. This manual method has a fairly high risk of error and requires a relatively long time to complete. Given the importance of managing accurate and efficient financial information in supporting decision-making, an integrated accounting information system is needed to manage financial transaction data more optimally. This study aims to develop a computer-based employee payroll information system by applying the V-Model method in the software development stage. The V-Model method was chosen because it can ensure the verification and validation process at each stage of development so it is expected to improve the quality of the resulting system. The purpose of this study is to implement an automated payroll system that can reduce the error rate in salary calculations, speed up the payroll administration process, and increase the accuracy of employee data recording. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the payroll process that previously took a relatively long time can be completed in a faster time and the error rate in salary calculations can be minimized. Currently, the employee payroll information system has been successfully designed and is in the trial stage. Interim results show an increase in efficiency in the payroll process, as well as a significant decrease in data input errors compared to the manual method used previously.

Abstract

Undang-Undang RI no. 6/2016 tentang desa menyatakan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah berkewajiban mengembangkan sistem informasi desa dalam menjalankan e-government menuju good governance.  Website Desa Jagalempeni yang telah dikembangkan pada tanggal 22 Februari 2017 akan menjadi wajah desa di dunia maya dengan menyediakan informasi untuk publik, promosi potensi desa dan terciptanya interaksi layanan masyarakat dengan perangkat desa tanpa sekat tempat dan waktu baik untuk masyarakat di dalam maupun luar lingkungan Desa Jagalempeni. E-government di Indonesia hingga saat ini jumlahnya terus meningkat, tetapi secara kualitas masih banyak yang belum memenuhi standar kualitas yang baik. Padahal faktor layanan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar dari keberhasilan sebuah e-goverment. Begitu pula dengan website Desa Jagalempeni di alamat www.jagalempeni.desa.id untuk mencapai cita-cita pemerintah desa menuju good governance tentu harus memenuhi standar kualitas yang baik dari kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan kualitas visual, oleh karenanya pengukuran kualitas website desa perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini mengukur kualitas website Pemerintah Desa Jagalempeni dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dan menggunakan 4 (empat) instrumen yaitu Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality dan Visual Quality. Data penelitian ini menggunakan 122 data dan diolah dengan software SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, korelasi dan regresi linier. Hasil pengukuran memberikan kesimpulan bahwa website Desa Jagalempeni saat ini dari sisi Usability Quality, Information Quality, dan Visual Quality sudah mempunyai kualitas yang baik, sedangkan dari sisi Service Interaction Quality belum mempunyai kualitas yang baik, karena kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction) belum terpenuhi. Dengan demikian maka website Desa Jagalempeni perlu adanya pengembangan khususnya di kualitas layanan interaksi, agar website Desa Jagalempeni menjadi lebih baik, berkualitas, mempunyai daya saing dan kebanggaan Desa Jagalempeni sesuai dengan cita-cita menuju good governance. Kata kunci: Kualitas Website, Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Visual Quality, User Satisfaction,  Webqual AbstractLaws of the Republic Indonesia 6/2016 about the village said that the local government is obliged to develop village information system in running e-government towards good governance. The Jagalempeni Village site built on February 22, 2017 will be the face of the village in cyberspace by providing information for the community, promoting village potential and creating interaction services with village apparatus with no space and time for people inside and outside Jagalempeni Village. E-government in Indonesia to date is still increasing in number, but still very many who do not meet the standards of good quality. The service factor has a major influence on the success of an e-Government. Similarly, the Jagalempeni Village website at www.jagalempeni.desa.id address to achieve the ideals of village governance of good governance must meet good standards of  quality of use, quality of information, service quality and visual quality, so the quality of website measurement should be do. This study measures the quality of the Jagalempeni Village Government website using the Webqual 4.0 method and uses 4 (four) instruments of Quality, Quality of Information, Quality of Service Interaction and Visual Quality. This research data uses 122 data and processed with SPSS software through test of validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, and linear regression. The result of the measurement gives conclusion that the website of Jagalempeni Village now from the side of Quality, Information Quality, and Visual Quality have good quality, while the Quality of Service Interaction does not have good quality, because the user satisfaction (user satisfaction) has not been fulfilled. Thus, the website of Jagalempeni Village needs to be developed especially in the quality of service interaction, so that the website of Jagalempeni Village become better, qualified, have the competitiveness and pride of Jagalempeni Village in accordance with the ideals towards good governance. Keywords: Website Quality, Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Visual Quality, User Satisfaction,  Webqual

Abstract

Bisnis oleh-oleh khas daerah saat ini sedang populer. Banyak artis idonesia yang sudah berhasil dalam menjalankan bisnis oleh-oleh tersebut. Di sisi lain, sudah banyak kelompok masyarakat yang memproduksi makanan atau kerajinan khas daerah. Bukan berarti hanya menjual makanan tradisional tanpa memberikan modifikasi. Dengan sistem konsinyasi,  modal awal dapat ditekan sehingga bisa dipakai untuk keperluan lain. Namun kekurangan dari sistem ini adalah belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi, sehingga para karyawan dituntut lebih teliti dalam pengolahan data dari toko yang satu ke toko lain agar tidak terjadi kesalahan. Dengan melihat perkembangan saat ini, banyak perusahaan  yang mulai menggunakan sistem penyimpanan digital salah satunya dengan menggunakan aplikasi mobile (android). Untuk itu dikembangkanlah aplikasi penjualan secara konsinyasi berbasis android dengan menggunakan  metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis android, diharapkan membantu perusahaan dalam mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pencatatan penjualan serta mempermudah pembuatan laporan yang lebih aktual.Local souvenir business is currently popular. Many Indonesian artists have succeeded in running the souvenir business. On the other hand, there are already many groups of people producing regional foods or handicrafts. Not that it only sells traditional food without giving modification. With a consignment system, initial capital can be reduced so that it can be used for other purposes. But the drawback of this system is that there is no computerized system, so employees are required to be more careful in processing data from one store to another so that errors do not occur. By looking at current developments, many companies are starting to use digital storage systems, one of which is by using a mobile application (Android). For this reason, Android-based consignment sales applications are developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. With the Android-based application, it is expected to assist companies in accelerating and simplifying the process of recording sales and simplifying the making of more actual reports.

Abstract

The provision of hotspot services is currently very necessary, not only students, teachers, lecturers, employees but also the general public also need hotspot service when they are in a place. KPKNL Purwokerto, as a state asset and auction service agency, also provides hotspots for employees to support work activities. However, at KPKNL Purwokerto, for the security side of the network using WPA2-PSK, many unauthorized parties can still penetrate because the password has been leaked. Then, the absence of a bandwidth limitation for each user is one of the causes of uncontrolled internet use. From some of these problems, it is proposed to add an access point for hotspot facilities for guests for their convenience, move the access point to a place where the signal can be reached properly by all client PCs and optimize the mikrotik routerboard that has been used in the network to solve network security problems. and bandwidth. Mikrotik is used to create a captive portal / login page using the hotspot server feature as well as for bandwidth management. The result of the configuration on this proxy is that each employee and guest must enter the username and password that has been registered on the proxy to be able to access the internet with limited bandwidth according to the user profile.

Abstract

Learning the introduction of computer device for children is will very monotonous. Of course, this is not effective and efficient in the learning of children who tend to see something that attracts attention. In addition, very few elements that help learning include images and text. In teaching and learning activities, the learning method is the key to the success of the learning activities carried out. The method used in this research is by means of observation and literature study where researchers make direct observations and study, research and examine various literatures related to the subject related to the background of this educational game. Therefore, the game “Si Koko’s journey” was made as a learning medium which is a game with an educational concept and makes the game fun learning medium. Games are on of the entertainment media that are currently favored by children and adults as mere pleasure, but it would be better if games were created as learning tool so that children can be more creative in thinking. Games that have educational values are better known as educational games. This educational type game aims to provoke interest in learning about the subject matter while playing, so that feelings of pleasure arise in the hope that children can more easily understand the subject matter provided.

Abstract

In a business or trade, the process of keeping stock of goods is one way to provide customer satisfaction. To fulfill this, business owners must be able to analyze which goods or products are selling well, selling well and not selling well in the market, not an easy thing if the business has hundreds or even thousands of products sold every month. This problem can be solved by clustering sales products using the K-Means method. In the clustering process using the Python programming language which is object oriented which produces 3 clusters, where 1 cluster is for products that sell well, the next 2 clusters for products that are selling well and not selling well. The results of this clusterization can later be used by business owners in maintaining inventory and establishing sales strategies.

Abstract

BUMDes Sumber Rejeki Desa Karangkemojing is a business activity managed by the apparatus of Karangkemojing Village, Gumelar District, Banyumas Regency. These BUMDes exist with the aim of improving the standard of living and economy of rural communities. For now, the products in BUMDes Sumber Rejeki are coffee products. Based on the results of interviews with the management of Sumber Rejeki BUMDes by doing business and helping the community introduce home industrial products or household-scale businesses in the area of Karangkemojing Village, it is possible for other products to be provided or deposited in Sumber Rejeki BUMDes, so that the industrial products of the people of Karangkemojing Village are better known to the wider community. Based on this case, the community service group (PM) and Sumber Rejeki BUMDes collaborated with to hold content creation and product promotion training utilizing the Canva application and Google MyBusiness to help Sumber Rejeki BUMDes introduce MSME and home industry products online. The results obtained by participants in PM were able to get to know, utilize and use the Canva application to create content and then upload it to social networks for product promotion and marketing tools.

Abstract

Indonesia experiences two seasons, the rainy season and the dry season, which often result in unpredictable weather and hinder household activities such as drying clothes. This study aims to design and construct an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic clothesline system capable of detecting weather conditions using an LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensor and a rain sensor, controlled via NodeMCU ESP8266. The system enables the clothesline to close automatically during rain or when sunlight intensity is insufficient. The research employs the prototype method, which involves the stages of design, development, testing, and evaluation. This study contributes to the development of logic that integrates rapid rain protection and light-based drying efficiency into a single system monitorable in real-time. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. Test results indicate that the device operates automatically based on weather conditions and can be remotely controlled using the Blynk application. Although the device has limitations, such as not closing at night in the absence of rain and limited manual control within the application, the system has proven effective in reducing user reliance on manual monitoring and offers a practical solution for modern IoT-based households.

Abstract

UMKM Sale Pisang di Desa Karangkemojing memiliki potensi ekonomi besar namun terkendala pemasaran konvensional, rendahnya literasi digital, dan ketergantungan pada tengkulak yang membatasi jangkauan pasar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital pelaku UMKM melalui penguatan strategi digital marketing. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi secara klasikal, tutorial penggunaan media promosi, serta simulasi pembuatan konten kreatif menggunakan aplikasi  Instagram, dan Facebook Pro. Temuan penting menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran mitra serta kemampuan teknis dalam memproduksi aset visual dan narasi promosi secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan membuktikan bahwa adopsi teknologi mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar mitra hingga ke tingkat nasional. Kesimpulannya, pend  ampingan digital terpadu efektif mentransformasi strategi pemasaran UMKM dari tradisional ke digital, yang berdampak pada peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi dan optimalisasi potensi ekonomi lokal Desa Karangkemojing secara berkelanjutan
