Abstract

Abstract: The library is part of the source of educational facilities because it provides additional information or knowledge for students and also for the general public. The demand for library services quickly is a top priority in the information field. The variety of data that is processed by libraries, as well as people who are increasingly intelligent in choosing and using library services, make these institutions have to think of appropriate solutions. At this time in processing data in the library is still using a manual system. Therefore a system is needed that can facilitate library processing data and facilitate library members or the public in obtaining information. The development of technology is increasing, so from the problem it is proposed that there is a change in the old system into a new system with web-based computer technology. The method used in the development of this software uses the Waterfall Model which is a systematic development model. Data collection methods that the authors use to collect data needed in this paper are: Observation, interview methods, and library methods. Through a computer connected to the internet network users can search and get various information, anywhere and anytime by accessing the website. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of users to obtain information and facilitate librarians in processing library data.Keywords: Information Systems, Library, WebsiteAbstrak - Perpustakaan merupakan bagian dari sumber sarana pendidikan karena memberikan tambahan informasi atau pengetahuan bagi siswa dan juga bagi masyarakat umum. Permintaan pelayanan perpustakaan secara cepat merupakan prioritas utama dari bidang informasi. Beragamnya data yang diolah oleh perpustakaan, serta masyarakat yang semakin cerdas dalam memilih dan menggunakan jasa perpustakaan membuat institusi tersebut harus memikirkan solusi yang tepat. Pada saat ini dalam pengolahan data di perpustakaan masih menggunakan sistem manual. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat mempermudah perpustakan dalam mengolah data serta mempermudah anggota perpustakaan atau masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat, maka dari permasalahan tersebut diusulkan adanya perubahan sistem lama kedalam sistem yang baru dengan teknologi komputer berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak ini menggunakan Model Waterfallyaitu model pengembangan yang sifatnya sistematis. Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang di perlukan dalam penulisan ini yaitu: Observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode pustaka. Melalui komputer yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan internetuser dapat mencari dan mendapatkan berbagai informasi, dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan mengakses website. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kebutuhan user untuk memperoleh informasi serta mempermudah pustakawan dalam mengolah data perpustakaan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Perpustakaan, Website

Abstract

Abstract: In the current era of globalization, information technology advancing rapidly. Developments in information technology have led to a new revolution in the form of a conventional shift working system into the digital era. This change has also changed the perspective of each person in doing various activities one of which is on the activities of government agencies. The number of managed data and the need for rapid delivery of information in the public service activities at the Village Office Sambeng Kulon, Banyumas District. Public services such as the pcopulation census should be carried out continuously, continuous, timely and accurate. Because every day people must have come to the village office for various purposes such as making a written request KTP, KK, cover letters moving, death certificates, birth certificates and a letter was not able to take a long time and every resident who apply for the required letter is not uncommon back to the house to complete the necessary requirements for at least information about the documents needed to make the required letter. It is of course not efficient. To solve the above problem, a computerized system should be applied over existing systems to ensure the accuracy of the data. With so all processes can be fully realized public services effectively and efficiently because it does not have to require a longer time. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find a higher or better level of accuracy, we make a comparison between the Neural Network method based on Particle Swarm Optimization and the Particle Swarm Optimization-based support vector machine method, from evaluation on e-learning based learning systems is very important to determine the level. accuracy in learning.. In addition, the purpose of this study is to find the attributes of the highest predictive results of student learning who follow the e-learning learning system. The data we use are 641 users which are taken from the log of student learning activities from the LMS. The logs we use are Gender, Excercise, Forum, Chat, Diskusi, Upload An Assgmnt, Message, Excercise Quiz, dan Total Log. All logs will be recorded in the LMS. The data used in this study, the results of the tests we conducted, the results obtained using the PSO-based Neural Network (NN) method obtained an accuracy value of 97.35%, and the results of the AUC value were 98.60%. Then we did the second trial using the PSO-based support vectore machine (SVM) method to get an accuracy value of 88.47% and an AUC value of 93.80%. Then the conclusion is that using the neural network method is higher than using the spport vector machine method with an accuracy difference of 8.88% while the AUC accuracy value is a difference of 4.8%.

Abstract

Codajie Cafe is a business entity that engages in culinary field. but in fact, the Cafe doesn't yet have a system that can assist in various processes in it, such as ordering process, and sales. This café report uses conventional methods in recording and storing data. This can cause problems such as human error in the ordering process. So to solve these problems, the authors create a computerized system that is design of an accounting information system for ordering menus at a conventional codajie café to make it more efficient. In the making of this web application, the author uses Javaweb Netbeans IDE 8.1 and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, javascript, css, jquery by having several facilities such as Login, menu data, Customer data, User data, sales transaction, order, and reports that can be accessed by the company owner and the cashier. By making a computerized system, the author can help the ordering process, sales to reporting on codajie Cafe, in order to achieve effective business activities and time efficiency in company activities.

Abstract

Village government is one of the government agencies in charge of regulating and managing resources at the village level. One of the obligations of the village is to carry out population administration as a form of service to the community. The Kober Village Office, in providing population administration services, still does not use an automated system so that the administrative service process and population data processing becomes slow and less efficient in reporting. For this reason, we need a web system for processing population administration data that is able to overcome the problems that are currently happening. The purpose of making this Population Data Processing website is to help provide alternative solutions to problems in Kober village. With this website, it is hoped that population administration services by the Kober Village government to the community can be carried out better, faster and easier

Abstract

Abstracts - Technological developments are progressing rapidly. Systems continue to emerge with various new innovations that are needed by the wider community. Many agencies and companies are competing to digitize their systems. The availability of sufficient information systems can support fast and simple performance so as to achieve efficiency. One of them is developing in the world of marketing, from a conventional system to a modern one. This change follows sophisticated applications that continue to appear, one of which is Instagram. Content on Instagram is now a marketing place that can reach all circles. The purpose of this research is to design a social media content creation system that can be used to facilitate the work of staff every day and facilitate monitoring of staff work and the achievements of projects being worked on. Methods of observation, interviews and literature study were used to obtain the necessary data. By using a web information system, recording client data, processing content ideas and captions, and managing designs more organized and easily accessible and with a web information system, it is easier for staff at PT. Make Creative Digital Agency (Social Media Admin, Content Writer and Graphic Designer) at work.

Abstract

Waste is a problem faced by almost all countries worldwide. There are several operational technical problems in waste management, such as adequate sorting, containerization, collection and transportation systems. The waste disposal and collection process does not separate organic, inorganic and B3 waste. Apart from that, the route for transporting waste from the rubbish bin to the final disposal site takes quite a long time. Therefore, a mobile-based system that aims to overcome this problem is needed. So you can find out the characteristics of waste in the form of the amount and type of waste produced and provide a design for an effective and efficient waste sorting, container, collection and transportation system. In this way, it can improve the current waste management process. The implementation of this system uses the prototype method with the help of Unified Modeling Language tools for depicting system flow diagrams such as use case, activity, Entity Relationship Diagram, Logical Record Structure, class and sequence diagrams which sequentially form a unified system making prototypes or designing mobile apps using Figma. By using computerized mobile app design, it can provide an overview of the waste management system for BUMDes.
