Pengaruh Penerapan Absensi Online Terhadap Disiplin Pada Karyawan Purple Express Laundry Jakarta - AMIK BSI Pontianak, Mahmud Safudin

Abstract - The development of science and technology today is almost perceived all areas of community life, one of which is the application of online attendance system in an agency or organization which aims to facilitate the attendance system both when the use, supervision and reporting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the application of online absenteeism to the work discipline of Purple Express Laundry Jakarta. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees and data analysis using SPSS version 23. The method used was simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained that the application of online absence a positive and significant impact on employee work discipline. Keywords: online attendance system, employee work discipline. Intisari - Perkembangan IPTEK dewasa ini hampir dirasakan seluruh bidang kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah penerapan sistem absensi online di suatu instansi atau organisasi yang mana bertujuan untuk memudahkan sistem absensi baik saat penggunaan, pengawasan maupun pelaporannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan absensi online terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan Purple Express Laundry Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner terhadap 30 karyawan dan analisis datanya menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan absensi online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kata Kunci: Sistem absensi online, disiplin kerja karyawan.

Abstract - Payroll is something that is needed by every company to ensure the welfare of its employees. So that each person can receive a salary in accordance with the specified number of working hours, an accurate calculation is needed. PT Buaran Raya Permai is one company that has not yet implemented an information system in its payroll program. Salary recording is still using Microsoft Excel by manual calculation. That makes the calculation process longer and allows for errors in writing the formula. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the company needed an information system for recording salaries. The use of information systems can simplify the process of calculating salaries. In addition, the recapitulation process can also be done easily. Through information systems, each process and stage for payroll can be done more efficiently. From attendance to attendance recaps can be done easily and quickly. Payroll information system design is done using the php programming language for website-based systems to facilitate access. Display interface is also designed as best as possible to facilitate its use. Agar setiap orang dapat menerima gaji sesuai dengan jumlah jam kerja yang ditentukan, maka diperlukan perhitungan yang akurat. PT Buaran Raya Permai menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang belum menerapkan sistem informasi dalam program penggajiannya. Pencatatan gaji masih menggunakan microsoft excel dengan cara perhitungan manual. Hal itu membuat proses perhitungan lebih lama dan memungkinkan adanya kesalahan dalam penulisan rumus. Dari hasil analisa, disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan membutuhkan sistem informasi untuk pencatatan gaji. Penggunaan sistem informasi dapat mempermudah proses perhitungan gaji. Selain itu, proses rekapitulasi juga dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Melalui sistem informasi maka setiap proses dan tahapan untuk penggajian dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien. Dari absnsi hingga rekap kehadiran dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan cepat. Perancangan sistem informasi penggajian dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php untuk sistem berbasis website untuk mempermudah aksesnya. Abstract - Accounting information systems help in making effective decisions. The company's profits cannot be separated from the support of human resources because they have provided energy, thought and expertise in the company's operations. The need for fast, precise and accurate information is very important. Various agencies are trying to develop their businesses by making many changes by utilizing sophisticated technology such as computers as a substitute for manual labor processes. D'Besto Bogor is a fast food restaurant that has many competent employees in each branch. However, currently D'Besto still uses manual methods in the process of reporting employee attendance data, namely by filling in the attendance form on paper, then the form is recapitulated using Microsoft Excel. This has several obstacles such as data loss or data manipulation. So that it really influences the payroll process. Therefore, as a solution to these problems, the authors use observation and interview methods as data collection methods and waterfall as a method of software development. In addition, the authors use the PHP programming language and databases as storage media. This Employee Salary Processing Information System can make it easier for users to input data, manage reports, and process payroll quickly and accurately, so as to minimize errors or fraud.Â Â Keywords: Accounting Information Systems,Attendance,Recitation,Processing Employee SalariesÂ Abstrak - Sistem informasi akuntansi membantu dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektif. Keuntungan perusahaan tidak lepas dari dukungan sumber daya manusia karena yang telah memberikan tenaga, pikiran dan keahlian dalam operasi perusahaan. Kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat sangat penting. Berbagai instansi berusaha untuk mengembangkan usahanya dengan melakukan banyak perubahan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi canggi seperti komputer sebagai pengganti proses kerja manual. Dâ€™Besto Bogor merupakan restoran makanan cepat saji yang memiliki banyak karyawan yang kompeten dimasing-masing cabang. Namun, saat ini Dâ€™Besto masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses pelaporan data kehadiran karyawan yaitu dengan mengisi form absensi pada kertas, kemudian form tersebut direkap menggunakan microsoft excel. Hal tersebut memiliki beberapa kendala seperti kehilangan data atau manipulasi data. Sehingga dangat berpengaruh pada proses penggajian. Oleh karena itu, sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data dan waterfall sebagai metode pengemangan software. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database sebagai media penyimpanan. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Gaji Karyawan ini dapat memudahkan user dalam proses penginputan data, mengelola laporan, dan proses penggajian secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan atau kecurangan.Â Â Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Absensi, Pengajian, Pengolahan Gaji Karyawan.

Abstract - Some large vehicle workshops that has a capacity of tens to hundred usually already computerized in matters relating to billing, item order, and other vital transactions, but not many of them pay attention to the problem of recording their capacity reports which sometimes this trivial thing can hamper their performance. Many workshops only record vehicles come and out without checking their workshops capacity, at same time most of flow system in workshop didnâ€™t expect if vehicle didnâ€™t taken by their owner even though the vehicle has been repaired, while slot at system already empty but in reality itâ€™s still filled which cause pile up when workshop crowded or full. To solve that problem the author designing a program using the waterfall method which has five stages namely Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. With this program itâ€™s can make worker easier to record, manage, even make report, also to watch over where the location of vechile rather than when they used note books which make them harder when looking for data or manage if they make mistake in record etc.. Intisari - Beberapa bengkel kendaraan besar yang berkapasitas puluhan hingga ratusan biasanya sudah terkomputerisasi dalam hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan billing, pemesanan barang, dan transaksi vital lainnya, namun tidak banyak yang memperhatikan masalah pencatatan laporan kapasitasnya yang terkadang hal sepele ini bisa terjadi. menghambat kinerja mereka. Banyak bengkel hanya mencatat kendaraan yang keluar masuk tanpa memeriksa kapasitas bengkelnya, pada saat yang sama sebagian besar sistem aliran di bengkel tidak menyangka jika kendaraan tidak diambil oleh pemiliknya meskipun kendaraan telah diperbaiki, sementara slot pada sistem sudah kosong namun pada kenyataannya masih terisi yang menyebabkan penumpukan saat bengkel ramai atau penuh. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis merancang sebuah program dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang memiliki lima tahapan yaitu Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, dan Deployment. Dengan adanya program ini dapat mempermudah pekerja untuk mencatat, mengelola, bahkan membuat laporan, juga untuk mengawasi dimana letak kendaraan daripada saat menggunakan buku catatan yang mempersulit mereka dalam mencari data atau mengelola jika melakukan kesalahan pencatatan dll. Abstract - In running a medical equipment Inventory report PT. Bumi Permata Medika can still work conventionally, there are have problems in making reports. The number of stocks, the name of the item that must be recorded, causes data to be mixed and the need for a relatively longer time to do it, it must be done carefully. Lack of accurate information causes companies not to know the minimum storage limits and stages of medical equipment inventory for the next period. To overcome the problem at PT. Bumi Permata Medika in the supply of medical devices, the author makes information system inventory of medical devices using the program. To simplify the work in processing data on medical supplies that are useful. Abstract: In the current era of globalization, information technology advancing rapidly. Developments in information technology have led to a new revolution in the form of a conventional shift working system into the digital era. This change has also changed the perspective of each person in doing various activities one of which is on the activities of government agencies. The number of managed data and the need for rapid delivery of information in the public service activities at the Village Office Sambeng Kulon, Banyumas District. Public services such as the pcopulation census should be carried out continuously, continuous, timely and accurate. Because every day people must have come to the village office for various purposes such as making a written request KTP, KK, cover letters moving, death certificates, birth certificates and a letter was not able to take a long time and every resident who apply for the required letter is not uncommon back to the house to complete the necessary requirements for at least information about the documents needed to make the required letter. It is of course not efficient. To solve the above problem, a computerized system should be applied over existing systems to ensure the accuracy of the data. With so all processes can be fully realized public services effectively and efficiently because it does not have to require a longer time. ABSTRACT - Jakarta Smart City is an application owned by Jakarta Provincial Government to provide information society Jakarta conditions through application partners who cooperate with Jakarta Provincial Government. The purpose of this study was to determine and assess Jakarta Smart City system used by citizens to assist in the service to the community seen from the perception of convenience and usability. The method used is the method of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) with the help of AMOS software.. Results obtained Factors that affect the acceptance of the use of the system by the citizens of Jakarta Smart City capabilities include yourself on the computer, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude to use , behavioral intention to use, and actual use of the system. So Jakarta Smart City system can improve the complaints process and community service.Keywords: Jakarta Smart City system, technology acceptance model, AMOS ABSTRAK - Jakarta Smart City adalah aplikasi yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk memberikan masyarakat informasi kondisi Jakarta melalui mitra aplikasi yang bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Input and advice is one important part of the application site, in order to assess and improve a quality and quality, Reading reviews helps consumers choose the best hotels, help companies and developers to monitor user satisfaction to improve the quality and quantity of features and services, read as a whole and in manual can spend quite a long time, if read at a glance, the information is not delivered perfectly. This study analyzes the user sentiment Agoda Hotels by automatically classifying reviews for a positive or negative opinion. To improve the accuracy of Naïve Bayes methods Feature Selection, Information Gain and genetic algorithms. This model was evaluated using 10 Fold Cross Validation. Measurements were made with the Confusion Matrix and the ROC curve, comparing accuracy before and after the addition of feature selection methods. The results showed an increase in accuracy, 60.50% to 83.00%.

Abstract - In the current era, the development of technological developments is increasing rapidly, technological developments that use manual systems are now developing to become modern or completely automated systems over time and capabilities to help humans in their daily lives. The current example can help human relief in the land sector in agriculture, plantations, and so forth. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Arduino UNO in agriculture in detecting soil moisture in agricultural land. In this study, the authors collected information needed to make a tool to fit its function using observation and interview methods. Therefore the authors make an Arduino-based soil moisture checking tool as a solution to help humans in soil detection before the soil is planted, this tool is useful as a soil fertility detector for farming. In this tool using the LCD screen display as an output value of the results of the tool after use. Using this tool can help work in agriculture or plantations. Keywords - Arduino, Soil Moisture Detector, Soil Moisture Sensor, Soil Moisture Abstrak - Di era masa kini peningkatan perkembangan teknologi begitu meningkat pesat, perkembangan teknologi yang memakai sistem manual sekarang berkembang manjadi sistem yang modern atau serba otomatis seiring berjalannya waktu dan kemampuan sehingga membantu manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Adapun contoh sekarang yang dapat membantu keringanan manusia dalam sektor tanah dibidang pertanian, perkebunan, dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Arduino UNO dibidang pertanian dalam mendeteksi kelembaban tanah lahan pertanian. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengumpulkan informasi yang diperlukan untuk membuat alat agar sesuai dengan fungsinya menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Maka dari itu penulis membuat sebuah alat pengecekan kelembaban tanah berbasis arduino sebagai solusi untuk membantu manusia dalam pendeteksian tanah sebelum tanah itu di tanami, alat ini berguna sebagai pedeteksi kesuburan tanah untuk bercocok tanam. Pada alat ini mengunakan tampilan layar LCD sebagai keluaran nilai hasil dari alat tersebut setelah digunakan. Dengan menggunakan alat ini dapat membantu pekerjaan dibidang pertanian atau perkebunan. Penerapan Sistem Informasi berbasis web atau e-goverment sangat dibutuhkan untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam pemerintahan seperti desa Ciborelang Majalengka, hal ini sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang masih bersifat manual seperti lamanya waktu dalam pengolahan datanya seperti pencarian data penduduk ataupun untuk merekaÂ data dan kerangkapan data yang masih terjad. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat rancang bangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menghasilkan informasi yang tepat dan akurat untuk membantu pemerintah kelurahan dalam melayani kebutuhan masyarakat setempat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dipakau dengan menggunakan system development life cycle dan model pendekatan berbasis objek dengan unified modeling language yang terdiri dari activity diagram, sequence diagram dan spesifikasi file serta rancanng bangun sistem aplikasi yang dihasilkan untuk kebutuhan pengguna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan sistem informasi berbasis web membantu masyarakat dan pemerintah didalam melakukan aktifitas kepengurusan data kependedudukan masyarakat desa Ciborelang.
