Abstract

Kabupaten Pasaman Barat telah mengimplementasikan program redistribusi tanah dan mendorong agar sertipikat dapat digunakan sebagai agunan. Sertipikat redistribusi tanah tahun 2009 - 2018 yang diagunkan sebanyak 871 bidang (7,79 %) dan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat saat ini berada pada posisi keempat jumlah penduduk miskin terbanyak di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola spasial lokasi sertipikat redistribusi tanah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah indeks Moran, LISA, G Statistik dan ANN. Lokasi yang diagunkan dan belum diagunkan memiliki autokorelasi spasial dengan nilai indeks Moran masing-masing 0,39 dan 0,43, ini menunjukkan ada autokorelasi spasial positif. Lokasi redistribusi tanah yang telah diagunkan maupun yang belum diagunkan memiliki sebaran yang mengelompok dengan nilai ANN masing-masing 0,32 dan 0,37.

Abstract

Rice monitoring is a substantial to Asian countries, including Indonesia, since most inhabitants consume rice on a daily basis. As field survey requires substantial time and budget, one relies on remotely sensed data, especially taken through spaceborne platform. This research discusses multispectral and linearly polarized Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) from Advanced Land Observing Satellite and their applications to observe various rice growth information. It appears that both sensors provided useful rice growth data leading to the possibility on improving rice field information extraction. Classification scheme by means of Random Forest suggested that both data were fairly acceptable for timely monitoring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi struktur agraria dan sistem penghidupan masyarakat di Desa Sumberklampok pasca-reforma agraria serta implikasinya terhadap kebijakan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mixed-method) dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan indeks skoring berdasarkan lima modal penghidupan: modal manusia, sosial, finansial, alam, dan fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reforma agraria telah meningkatkan kepastian hukum atas tanah dengan sertifikasi redistribusi tanah sebanyak 62,71% dari total luas tanah di Kawasan Kampung Reforma Agraria Desa Sumberklampok. Stabilitas sosial juga meningkat melalui penyelesaian konflik agraria, yang berdampak pada restrukturisasi penguasaan lahan antara masyarakat dan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali. Namun, tantangan signifikan masih dihadapi, terutama dalam aspek rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan keterampilan masyarakat, keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya air, serta kesulitan memperoleh permodalan dan akses pasar. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, diperlukan integrasi kebijakan reforma agraria dengan program pembangunan kapasitas masyarakat, investasi infrastruktur berkelanjutan, serta penguatan kelembagaan berbasis komunitas guna menjamin keberlanjutan sosial dan ekonomi. Selain itu, peningkatan akses terhadap kredit inklusif serta diversifikasi ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal yang dilakukan secara partisipatif menjadi faktor kunci dalam mengoptimalkan manfaat jangka panjang reforma agraria. Pendekatan kebijakan yang integratif dan berbasis kebutuhan lokal ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat hasil reforma agraria serta mendorong pembangunan inklusif yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Desa Sumberklampok.

Abstract

Mega-infrastructure development is a major driver of agricultural landscape transformation in Indonesia. This study quantitatively assesses the impacts of strategic projects—the Cisumdawu Toll Road and three major reservoirs—on agricultural land dynamics in Sumedang Regency. The methodology integrates multi-temporal Landsat imagery (2013-2024) with MLPNN-Markov-based predictive modeling to project land use/land cover to 2038. The predictive model was validated with a high degree of accuracy (kappa = 0.82). Spatial fragmentation was evaluated using landscape metrics synthesized via Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Results show a significant decline in agricultural land, primarily converted to built-up areas and water bodies, alongside intensified landscape fragmentation around infrastructure corridors. Projections indicate these trends will continue, revealing two distinct impact mechanisms: a rapid "pulse" impact from reservoirs and a sustained "press" impact from the toll road. These findings underscore the urgent need for integrated spatial planning and agricultural land protection policies in future infrastructure strategies.

Abstract

Urbanization represents a dominant worldwide phenomenon that increasingly transforms spatial system and ecological conditions across regions. The Kedungsepur Metropolitan area in Central Java Province, Indonesia, comprises Kendal, Demak, Ungaran (Semarang Regency), Semarang City, Salatiga, and Purwodadi (Grobogan) and represents one of the country’s rapidlydeveloping metropolitan regions. This metropolitan area provides a representative case for examining how urbanization shapes land use transitions, spatial clustering, and sustainability disparities within an underexplored integrative metropolitan perspective. This study aims to quantify land use and land cover (LUCC) change and assess rural-urban transformation. This study applies a gain-loss analysis to assess LULC dynamics, employs the rural urban index (RUI), uses spatial autocorrelation index (Moran’s I and Local Indicator for Spatial Association/LISA). Based on the LUCC analysis, extensive forest conversion to dryland agriculture and built-upareas occurred, totaling 64,739.09 ha, while the number of urban villages increased from 235 to 302 between 2012 and 2022. Kendal experienced the highest level of urban transformation (31%), whereas Salatiga and Grobogan showed minimal change (6%). A Moran’s I value of 0.83 indicates a strong spatial clustering of urban growth. The findings highlight the need of integrated spatial planning and strengthened urban-rural transformation as key strategies for achieve sustainable regional development.
