Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan penyakit gangguan pada jantung dan pembuluh darah. Jenis pengobatan kardiovaskular sangat beragam, sebagian masyarakat termasuk masyarakat wilayah Kota cianjur mempercayai pengobatan tradisional dapat mengobati dan mengurangi resiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini Cardiovascular disease is a disease of the heart and blood vessels. Types of cardiovascular treatment are very diverse, some people including the people of the city of Cianjur believe that traditional medicine can treat and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The research method in this study was observation and interviews with the administration of registration of patients with traditional medicine and patients with cardiovascular disease in several places of traditional medicine in the city of Cianjur. The selection of traditional medicine for cardiovascular patients uses the SMART decision-making system method with four alternatives, namely: Repleksi, Leech, Gurah and acupuncture. The result of the calculation of the SMART method for selecting the right traditional medicine for cardiovascular patients is the traditional leech treatment. This is evident from the results of the calculation of the utility value of 81.45 as the largest utility value of the four alternatives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem Go-Laundry berbasis web menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall pada YumiLaundry Klari Karawang . Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan layanan laundry secara online. Metode Waterfall dipilih karena kejelasan dalam tahapan pengembangan yang terstruktur, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pengujian sistem. Pada fase analisis, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan pengelolaan transaksi laundry yang diperlukan. Tahap desain mencakup perancangan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif dan sistem basis data yang efisien. Implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi web yang memungkinkan akses mudah bagi pelanggan dari berbagai perangkat. Uji coba dilakukan untuk memastikan kehandalan dan kinerja sistem sebelum peluncuran resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem Go-Laundry berbasis web dengan metode Waterfall pada YumiLaundry dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar bagi usaha laundry tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk industri layanan laundry. This study aims to implement a web-based Go-Laundry system using the Waterfall software development method at YumiLaundry Klari Karawang. The system is designed to facilitate customers in ordering laundry services online. The Waterfall method was chosen for its clarity in structured development stages, from requirement analysis to system testing. In the analysis phase, customer needs and laundry transaction management are identified. The design phase includes designing an intuitive user interface and an efficient database system. The system implementation is done using web technology that allows easy access for customers from various devices. Testing is conducted to ensure the reliability and performance of the system before the official launch. The research results show that the implementation of the web-based Go-Laundry system using the Waterfall method at YumiLaundry can improve efficiency and service quality, as well as expand the market reach for the laundry business. This research is expected to provide a positive contribution to the development of web-based information systems for the laundry service industry

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong berbagai instansi pemerintah untuk melakukan digitalisasi layanan administrasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem administrasi Surat Keterangan Usaha (SKU) di Kelurahan Jayaraksa, Kecamatan Baros, Kota Sukabumi, yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan metode manual dalam proses pembuatan dan pencatatan SKU. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah prototyping, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan prototipe, evaluasi, pengkodean, pengujian, dan evaluasi sistem. Sistem yang dirancang mencakup fitur untuk pemohon dan petugas, serta dilengkapi dengan rancangan UML, ERD, dan antarmuka pengguna. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung proses pembuatan SKU secara digital, mulai dari registrasi, penginputan data, hingga pencetakan dokumen. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik dan mengurangi antrean serta kesalahan pencatatan.The advancement of information technology has encouraged various government institutions to digitize administrative services to improve efficiency and accuracy. This study aims to design a digital administration system for Business Certificates (Surat Keterangan Usaha or SKU) at Jayaraksa Sub-district Office, Baros District, Sukabumi City, which previously relied on manual procedures for data entry and documentation. The development method used is prototyping, which includes stages such as requirement analysis, prototype building, evaluation, coding, system testing, and final evaluation. The system is designed to accommodate both applicants and staff, featuring user interfaces, UML diagrams, ERD, and other technical elements. The results show that the system supports a fully digital process for SKU issuance—from account registration and data input to document printing. The implementation of this system is expected to improve public service efficiency, reduce queuing times, and minimize data entry errors.

Abstract

PT Pinus Merah Abadi is a company engaged in the sales and distribution business with a distribution network spread throughout Indonesia, both through traditional and modern channels. Currently PT Pinus Merah Abadi carries out the employee selection process on average 2 (two) times a year with a total of 50-60 job applicants. The assessment process when selecting employees uses multiple criteria, namely assessment during psychological tests, competency tests and interviews. The employee selection process still has several problems, including subjectivity in the assessment process and it takes a long time because it is done manually, resulting in the decision making process being slow. Based on these problems, research is needed as a system innovation in making decisions regarding the selection or selection of new employees at PT Pinus Merah Abadi applies a simple additive weighting method based on six criteria, namely: test, education, age, experience, readiness and expertise. As a result, this system can help make it easier for HRD to select employees based on the highest ranking results.

Abstract

Penentuan calon anggota PASKIBRAKA merupakan agenda rutin DISPARPORA Tasikmalaya dalam setiap priodenya, proses penentuan yang dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terukur tentunya sangat beresiko terhadap penumpukan berkas serta lamanya waktu penentuan hasil sehingga tak jarang peserta harus menunggu lebih lama terkait hasil seleksi anggota PASKIBRAKA. Diperlukan metode pengambil keputusan yang cukup mumpuni untuk meminimalisir segala resiko yang terjadi secara berulang. Metode SMART merupakan kepanjangan dari Simple Multi Attribut Rating Technique merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan yang lebih dominan digunakan serta cukup efektif dalam penyelesaian permasalahan seleksi data tertentu. Dalam proses seleksi penentuan calon anggota PASKIBRAKA memiliki pilihan yang bersifat multi objective diantara beberapa kriteria yang ada. Sistem usulan berupa sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan calon anggota PASKIBRAKA menggunakan metode smart dengan tujuan untuk memproleh hasil yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan serta menyesuaikan dengan estimasi waktu yang sebagaimana mestinya. SMART merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan yang multiatribut. Teknik pembuatan keputusan multiatribut ini digunakan untuk membantu stakeholder dalam memilih antara beberapa alternatif. Tidak sedikit banyak pihak yang menggunakan SMART karena kesederhanaannya dalam merespon setiap kebutuhan pembuat keputusan dan caranya menganalisa respon. Dengan penggunaan metode SMART ini tentunya mampu memproleh hasil sistem pendukung keputusan yang efektif sehingga dalam penentuan keputusan dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien serta untuk dapat meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

In the face of global environmental challenges and rising sustainability demands, organizations are increasingly adopting Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) to align human resource practices with environmental goals. This study explores how GHRM practices influence talent development and talent retention through the mediating roles of green organizational culture, green work engagement, and personal norms. Drawing on Resource-Based View (RBV) and Social Exchange Theory (SET), the research utilizes a quantitative design involving 110 respondents from multiple industries in emerging economies. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), and the results reveal that GHRM significantly enhances both talent development and employee retention, mediated by employee engagement and green culture. Moreover, leadership commitment was found to strengthen the effect of GHRM on sustainability-driven talent strategies. These findings highlight that environmentally oriented HR practices not only advance ecological performance but also nurture a sustainable and motivated workforce. The study contributes theoretically by integrating GHRM, sustainability, and talent management into a unified framework, and provides practical implications for HR managers seeking to embed green competencies, strengthen commitment, and improve retention among sustainability-minded employees.
