Abstract

Business industry progress of the country not always runs same way with ethic rule and law, this reality is disadvantage. One of sources is the personal quality of religious back ground. In spite of that this writing to give solution which how to develope human resources developmant bocome spiritual personality in thinking and acting.  The sources are taken from library text, media on line, electronic and paper media were critized in Islamic law or maqashid al-Syariah. Based on analized that recommended of developing the future human resources development can be hold by Islamic college, School as like honesty canteen, family and society. By this approach is hoped building the complete HRD in spitituality, knowledge, morality, professionality and  good Islamic relationship. Therefore they, human economic-materilistic, do economic activity as The Islamic law, theology approach, which bring their life to be good, humanity, ethic value and justice. We do hope.

Abstract

The formation of consumer attitudes will shape a person's intention to do or not, and that intention will influence the formation of consumer behavior. The purpose of this study is to fill the gap with previous research by investigating the role of religiosity, an essential part of a person's belief system, in the relationship between environmental variables and the intention to purchase green products / environmentally friendly products. Questionnaire or pre-test testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of State Universities in Malang in more significant numbers to obtain primary data. The method of analysis in research is the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that religiosity is related to spiritual values that influence one's actions in making decisions. Religiosity is very important in one's life. So that generation Z who has a high level of religiosity will think of the environment for the actions they do during the purchase activity. Thus generation Z will choose environmentally friendly products (green products) so that the surrounding environment is safe and avoid environmental damage.

Abstract

To live, human beings need to work or have a job, and indeed the kind of work they do depends on their preference based on individuals’ capabilities and skills. Amongst the most sought professions is having a business activity that needs to be properly managed, and bulding  a company becomes one of many ways to make these activities run in  a proper way. Bay having a company ones will understand their right and obligations according to practiced rules. It is the author’s interest to point out that in the present time where shari’ah -based business activities has started to grow many still have little understanding about a company from an Islamic point of view. For a Muslim businessman, as well as Indonesian citizens, should understand the system of enterprise not only in term of national regulation perspective but also in Islamic point of view. For this purpose, this article makes an effort to integrate the discourse about enterprise in Islamic perspective and in national regulation perspective.

Abstract

Several instruments in Islam are prospectively developed to establish social awarness. Cash waqf, for instance, is a promising economic unit although it is considered alien in Islamic community . In Indonesia, it is a potential source  to increase the economic welfare. As a solution to economic crisis, cash waqf is a way to dig up financial source. Muslim may help the nation escape from economic turbulence as well as  they show their obedience to God via charity. Different  from  the traditional concept of waqf which is dominantly associated to hectares of land, cash waqf does not necessarily need huge capital. Īt is only a sum of money which is allocated to an Islamic institution for communal development. Besides these opportunities, some problems are faced. People have not been well informed about the idea of cash waqf. This challenge should be solved by continuous socialization, particularly to waqif (waqf doer) candidate and nadzir (waqf organizer). Cash waqf arrangement is also important to raise welfare of society. Government with its political will has offered several alternatives to improve cash waqf, such as establishing waqf institution and opening waqf network.

Abstract

The Madurese ethnic is known as one of the diverse ethnic groups in Indonesia for having a high business ethic. The only question is whether their business ethic due to religious factors, environmental values which forced them to work hard or because of both factors as a result of the dialectical process that eventually forms the Madurese ethnic. Therefore, this true of academic question is to be understood in this study. The object of this study is Madurese ethnic who live in Malang, both from santri and non-santri. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological and descriptive analysis method. Data mining techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the dialect that has occurred gradually in a relatively long time formed the Madurese ethnic in the city of Malang as a hard worker. It indicates that both santri and non-santri are not separated because motivated by religious teachings and moral values that exist locally. However, the santri groups seem more motivated by religious teachings compare with non-santri groups which more motivated by local wisdom value.
