The formation of consumer attitudes will shape a person's intention to do or not, and that intention will influence the formation of consumer behavior. The purpose of this study is to fill the gap with previous research by investigating the role of religiosity, an essential part of a person's belief system, in the relationship between environmental variables and the intention to purchase green products / environmentally friendly products. Questionnaire or pre-test testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of State Universities in Malang in more significant numbers to obtain primary data. The method of analysis in research is the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that religiosity is related to spiritual values that influence one's actions in making decisions. Religiosity is very important in one's life. So that generation Z who has a high level of religiosity will think of the environment for the actions they do during the purchase activity. Thus generation Z will choose environmentally friendly products (green products) so that the surrounding environment is safe and avoid environmental damage.

Increasing the firm value is a key point for firm to attract investors. The firm value is very important because it becomes a benchmark of firm performance, the firm value in addition is influenced by profitability, investors also see the effect of the firm or form of firm Social Responsibility in the firm. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability toward firm value, firm Social Responsibility moderate the relationship of profitability toward firm value and Good Corporate Governance moderate the relationship of profitability toward the firm value. The population in this study is a state-owned firm listed on the BEI in 2012-2016. The technique of sampling uses purposive sampling and based on criteria that have been done then the number of samples are obtained as many as 12 samples of state-owned enterprises. The experiment hypothesis of the research used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that profitability variables have a positive and significant effect on firm value, the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility does not moderate the relationship of return on assets to firm value, firm Social Responsibility strengthens the relationship of return on equity to firm value and Good firm Governance does not moderate profitability relation to firm value.

The purpose of this study is to examine the Intellectual Capital to Price Book Value through the Company's Profit calculated by measuring Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Asset (ROA), so it can be described for the following problem formulation: (1) test the partial intellectual (3) testing the effect of intellectual capital on PBV through ROE, (4) testing the effect of intellectual capital on PBV through ROA. While the population of this study are all banking companies listed on the BEI 2011-2013. Determination of the sample is done by using purposive sampling method to obtain 18 banking companies listing in BEI period 2011-2013. The type of data used is quantitative and is secondary data obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2011-2013. Data analysis using path analysis technique (path analysis). The results of this study explain that (1) intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on PBV, ROE and ROA, (2) ROE and ROA have a significant positive effect on PBV, (3) intellectual capital influence on PBV through ROE,(4) intellectual capital PBV through ROA. So the result of path analysis showed that Intellectual Capital influences PBV through ROE and ROA. ROE and ROA status as intervening variable that acts as a booster for the direct relationship of intellectual capital to PBV in banking companies listing on BEI 2011-2013. keywords: Intellectual Capital (IC), Price Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Return On Asset (ROA).

Masyarakat Mbojo memiliki kesadaran yang besar tentang pentingnya pendidikan untuk anak-anak mereka, walaupun mereka berasal dari keluarga dengan ekonomi menengah maupun rendah tetapi mereka mampu melanjutkan pendidikan anak-anak mereka sampai ke perguruan tinggi. Masyarakat Etnis Mbojo mengharapkan anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi agar dapat membangun Mbojo menjadi daerah yang lebih baik, meskipun sarana dan prasarana di beberapa desa di kabupaten serba kekurangan dan tidak memadai. Sama halnya dengan lokasi penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat di Desa Naru Kecamatan Sape Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan keuangan keluarga Etnis Mbojo di Desa Naru yang membiayai pendidikan anak mereka hingga ke perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, salah satu tujuannya yaitu agar fokus penelitian yang berupa motivasi serta pengelolaan keuangan dapat tergambarkan secara sistematis. Analisis data bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan hasil olahan data agar lebih mudah untuk dibaca dan dipahami. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian disempurnakan dengan penelitian terdahulu dan juga teori. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa motivasi keluarga Etnis Mbojo melanjutkan pendidikan anak-anak mereka hingga ke perguruan tinggi yaitu untuk masa depan anak yang lebih baik, menjadi anak yang berpendidikan, berguna bagi orang tua, serta agar anak mendapat pekerjaan yang layak. Sedangkan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga Etnis Mbojo adalah dengan memprioritaskan biaya pendidikan anak dari hasil pendapatan serta mencatat, menabung, dan menginvestasikannya dalam bentuk property dan emas perhiasan.

The company’s main objective is maximizing the firm value which means it increases shareholder prosperity. This can be achieved by combining funding policy, investment policy, and dividend policy optimally. The application of good corporate governance (GCG) is used to direct and control the company to be able to run the company’s operations following stakeholder’s expectations. This study aims to determine the influence of funding policies, investment policies, and dividend policies on firm value by using GCG as a mediating variable.This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, the population is all companies listed in the banking sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, with a total of 43 companies. The samples are taken by purposive sampling technique with 12 companies. The method of data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and path analysis using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS3).The result of the study shows that the investment policy has a positive effect on firm value. The funding policy and dividend policy do not affect firm value. While investment policy has a positive effect on GCG. Furthermore, the funding policy and dividend policy do not affect GCG. GCG successfully mediates the relationship of investment policy with the firm value. That is, the higher profitability will affect the GCG so that it will affect the firm value. However, GCG as an intervening variable does not succeed in mediating the relationship of funding policy and dividend policy with the firm value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh Internet Finansial Reporting dan Good Corporate Governance, terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ditambahkan variabel moderasi yaitu ukuran perusahaan. Adapun perusahaan yang diteliti yaitu perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 30 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penlitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengamatan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internet Finansial Reporting berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dalam memoderasi hubungan Internet Finansial Reporting terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan ukuran perusahaan juga berpengaruh negatif dalam memoderasi hubungan Good Corporate Governance terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to make a significant contribution to the banking marketing literature and to explain how the dimensions of e-service quality and e-trust are used as predictors of e-satisfaction and consequently increase e-loyalty. The population in this study consisted of banking customers, both Islamic banking and conventional banking in Malang City. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the services provided by banking in Malang City in the form of online transactions are able to have a good impact on the satisfaction felt by customers, so that because customers are satisfied they will always use these services, especially at this time which is very much needed considering the restrictions on community activities due to there is a COVID-19 pandemic. Customer confidence in online media provided by banks in Malang City has a positive influence on the satisfaction felt by customers, which in the end customers will feel loyal and return to using these services during this covid-19 pandemic.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh tingkat kesehatan bank yang di proksikan dalam variabel NPL, GCG, ROA dan CAR terhadap harga saham perbankan serta mengetahui apakah ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara tingkat kesehatan bank terhadap harga saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 sampai 2020. Penetapan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 29 sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni, analisis regresi linear berganda dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Non Performing Loan secara positif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Good Corporate Governance secara negatif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Return On Asset secara positif berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Capital Adequacy Ratio secara positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan tingkat kesehatan bank berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Ukuran perusahaan mampu memperkuat dan memperlemah hubungan antara rasio Non Performing Loan, Return on Asset, dan Capital Adequacy Ratio terhadap harga saham. Namun, ukuran perusahan tidak mampu memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara Good Corporate Governance terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kesehatan Bank, Harga Saham, Ukuran Perusahaan

Sales force can be said as the forefront of the company's sales. Without effective sales force sales, companies cannot consistently satisfy their shareholders. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Past Performance variables on the level of current sales performance, the influence of the variable understanding of corporate philosophy is able to strengthen the relationship between Past Performance and sales performance in the present and the influence of conducive company condition variables will be able to strengthen the relationship between performance the past with present sales performance. The results show that when past employee performance tends to increase, the number of present sales performance also tends to increase. The more employees understand the company's philosophy, the more sales performance of PT ASCO Prima Mobilindo (Daihatsu) Surabaya and Jember Branch products, and the presence of a conducive environment at PT ASCO Prima Mobilindo (Daihatsu) Surabaya Branch and Jember Branch does not have a significant effect on sales performance company

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan keakraban terhadap keputusan investasi. Selain itu, bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perilaku keuangan dapat memoderasi literasi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan keakraban dengan keputusan investasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa anggota Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal (KSPM) di Kota Malang. Sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel yang telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS 25 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi; (2) Persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi; (3) Keakraban berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi; (4) Perilaku keuangan tidak dapat memoderasi literasi keuangan pada keputusan investasi; (5) Perilaku keuangan tidak dapat memoderasi persepsi risiko keputusan investasi; (6) Perilaku keuangan dapat memoderasi keakraban dengan keputusan investasi.
