Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari refiner time (waktu penggilingan ulang) terhadap kualitas tissue.Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer saat proses pembuatan tissue (handsheet).Waktu untuk LBKP (5,  10 dan 25) menit dan NBKP (10, 30 dan 40) menit. Masing-masing pulp dibuat sebanyak 2 buah. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian di Laboratorium QC dengan faktor pengujian yang menentukan kualitas tissue. Seperti:freeness(derajat giling), thickness(ketebalan), machine direction tensile(kekuatan), basisweight (berat), elongation (daya mulur) dan porosity(kerapatan serat). Hasil yang didapat jika semakin lama refiner time,maka (1) freeness akan semakin rendah, (2) thickness akan semakin tinggi, (3) measure direction tensile akan semakin tinggi, (4)elongation akan semakin tinggi dan (5) porosity akan semakin tinggi. Namun tidak akan memengaruhi nilai dari basis weight.

Abstract

Every customer wish to go to a workshop always consider in selecting the official workshop or the public. The high level of the intensity of the queue and the service provided make the customer consider in determining service for the owned vehicle. The purpose of this study is to determine the market share of the authorised and general. In addition the right strategy to attract customers so it remains to choose the workshop. Then the method that will be used gradually, starting from the markov chain, quene problem and the decision support system. To quene problem using the model multiple channel query system and decision support sytem using simple additipe weighting method. The results obtained gradually, starting from the market share for a period of 1 to 3 by 60% and 40% as a result of markov chain. While the results of the quene problem obtained the average arrival rate of 4 customers with a level of service of 1.02/h and waiting time for 30 minutes. As for the decision support system with a total labor cost to 5 mechanical man Rp.20.800/h and obtained the cost of waiting for customer Rp.79,000/day

Abstract

Permasalahan jalur distribusi yang optimal adalah pertimbangan penting dengan tujuan efisiensi. Hal ini akan berdampak pada biaya dan waktu yang berlebih, seperti jumlah bahan bakar yang dikeluarkan. UMKM merupakan usaha kecil yang bergerak di berbagai bidang kehidupan sehari-hari. Permasalahan mengenai pendistribusian masih terjadi berdasarkan hasil studi lapangan yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jalur distribusi terpendek yang dapat ditempuh oleh pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah spanning tree dan nearest neighbor. Selain itu teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data merupakan tahapan pengerjaannya. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode spanning tree mendapatkan jalur terpendek dengan jarak yang ditempuh 20 Km, sedangkan metode nearest neighbor mendapatkan jalur terpendek dengan jarak yang ditempuh 38,7 Km. Maka dapat disimpulkan metode spanning tree menghasilkan jarak tempuh yang leih optimal dibandingkan metode nearest neighbor. Selain itu, untuk menunjukkan hasil yang lebih akurat dengan bantuan software Program Operations Management - Quantitative Methods (POM-QM). Hal ini untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan hasil penelitian dan merupakan pembaharuan yang dilakukan dari penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan ketidakstabilan di semua sektor, tidak terkecuali sektor pertanian. Sektor yang sanggup bertahan (sector of the last resort) di tengah ancaman pandemi Covid-19. Namun bukan berarti tidak memiliki efek pada kegiatan usaha tani. Padahal pertanian merupakan sektor penopang ketahanan pangan yang menjadi krusial di kala krisis ekonomi. Bukan hanya sebatas bertahan hidup, tapi juga masalah asupan gizi masyarakat. Kreativitas dan inovasi diperlukan dalam sistem rantai pasok. Melalui penjualan produk pertanian langsung dari petani ke konsumen. Hal ini akan menjamin keamanan dan kebersihan kualitas produk sebelum didistribusikan. Maka tujuan penulisan ini membuat e-marketplace pertanian berbasis android yang mudah digunakan. Selain itu penulisan ini menggunakan metode RnD (Research and Development). Dalam metode ini memiliki tahapan ADDIE: (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implement dan (5) Evaluate. Hasil yang ditawarkan dalam penulisan ini berupa perancangan aplikasi. Aplikasi diberi nama Sis-Log In Apps (Sistem Logistik Pertanian Applications). Berfungsi sebagai perantara jual-beli antara petani dan konsumen. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa semua fungsi dalam aplikasi dapat berjalan baik, sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Alat belajar atau bermain di taman kanak-kanak merupakan salah satu fasilitas dan saran yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian, mengingat besarnya fungsi dan manfaat alat tersebut dalam aktifitas belajar atau bermain anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang beberapa alat bermain/belajar, diantaranya; perosotan, panjatan globe, dan jembatan lingkar yang ergonomis menurut data-data antropometri siswa-siswi Taman Kanak-Kanak R.A Nurul Iman. Data tersebut digunakan sebagai parameter dalam membuat rancangan terbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah metode besafe. Metode besafe memperhatikan aspek ergonomi, data yang didapat melalui perhitungan uji statistik. Setelah pengumpulan data selesai, maka tahap berikut adalah pengolahan data. Data yang diolah adalah letak dan nilai persentil. Dalam tahap analisis, hasil rancangan memperhatikan perbedaan ukuran dan bentuk yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan alat bermain/belajar yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Perbedaan ini sebelumnya di analisis lebih jauh dan disimpulkan bahwa alat yang telah dirancang memberikan nilai keamanan dan kenyamanan secara ergonomis. Pada hasil letak persentil didapatkan: (5 = 2,85), (50 = 28,5) dan (95 = 54,15).

Abstract

Stunting in general is a failure condition growth against children, caused by malnutrition in a long time. Milk has a good nutritional content and required by the body for the process of growth. In Indonesia, there are still many toddlers and children who do not consume milk that can cause stunting. It is influenced by the high milk prices in the market. To overcome the problem, soy milk can be a solution, because it contains a substance which is equivalent to cow's milk. The village Kutagandok is one of the villages stunting, which is located in Karawang District. Countermeasures carried out of the village to reduce stunting is the provision of soy milk to toddlers and kids. The process of the production of soy milk is made by the people of the village Kutagandok. But the thing is, there are still some obstacles in the production of, namely the limited human resources (HR) for the separation process soy beans with the skin's epidermis. So then it takes a HR more to make the production time to be shorter. In addition, the length of time filtering soy milk which resulted in easy casserole. The purpose of this service is to help the village of reducing stunting, by way of automation peeler soybeans from the epidermis and the filter tool to separate the soy milk with the dregs. Initially the process of the production of soy milk is used in a conventional manner. Furthermore, through this service uses the peeler semi-conventional. With the filter tool, then the time the production process is faster and quality is better.

Abstract

Production process flows are often the obstacles caused by production machine not functioning. Maintenance policies applied today are corrective maintenance and plan maintenance/time direct. Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) it’s method that can be used optimal maintenance action for every part of machine in galvanizing wire system. Steps above method planning consist of a functional block diagram (FBD), system function and function failure (SFFF), failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), logic tree analysis (LTA), and task selection (TS). The results of analysis RCM method obtained 392 failure mode divided into 83 failure mode which is classified as critical and obtained 59 critical type part. Furthermore, the most appropriate maintenance action for 83 failure critical mode is 55 failure mode in condition directed (CD), 28 failure mode in failure finding (FF) category. Based on design of RCM, this research can reduce the frequency of machine breakdown on galvanizing wire system by 80.98%.

Abstract

AbstrakSampah merupakan bagian benda yang tidak dapat digunakan kembali oleh manusia, sehingga setelah digunakan akan dibuang. Sejumlah warga di salah satu desa tengah melakukan kerja sama untuk membakar sampah-sampah yang sudah menumpuk. Namun dari hasil pembakaran tersebut malah terjadinya pencemaran terhadap udara. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan saat ini, mencoba untuk mencari tahu bagaimana cara pembakaran sampah dengan polusi asap yang minim. Sehingga dirasa penerapan alat yang akan dilakukan dapat mengurangi jumlah polusi asap yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah perancangan alat pembakaran sampah yang berlokasi di Desa Malangsari, dirancang agar tidak menimbulkan banyak asap. Maka ramah lingkungan dan tidak terganggu dengan pencemaran udara dikemudian hari. Hasil alat tersebut ketika asap yang masuk dari hasil pembakaran sampah akan menyatu dengan air, sehingga saat terjadi proses pembakaran air yang ada di dalam alat akan semakin bertambah. Selain itu, alat pembakaran sampah ini lebih ekonomis dibandingkan yang lainnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat tidak memerlukan sampah dibawa ke Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Kata kunci: polusi asap; sampah; tempat pembuangan akhir. AbstractWaste is a part of objects that cannot be reused by humans, so that after use will be removed. A number of residents in one of the villages are working together to burn the garbage that has piled up. However, from the combustion results, the occurrence of pollution to the air. The purpose of community service is done at this time, trying to find out how to burn garbage with minimal smoke pollution. So that the application of the tools to be carried out can reduce the amount of smoke pollution produced. The method used is the design of garbage burning equipment located in Malangsari Village, designed so as not to cause much smoke. Then environmentally friendly and not disturbed by air pollution in the future. The results of the tool when the smoke that enters from the combustion of garbage will be integrated with water, so that during the process of burning water in the device it will increase. In addition, this garbage burning tool is more economical than the others. It can be concluded that the community does not need garbage to be taken to a landfill (TPA). Keywords: smoke pollution; rubbish; landfills.

Abstract

Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value tcount for the partial (sequential) starting from X1 = 2,639, X2 = 3,379 and X3 = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of Fcount simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R2) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.

Abstract

The goal of MSME Farida Snack and APHE is to develop skin crackers that are more valuable in the perspective of customers. Taking into account that the COVID-19 pandemic is still causing economic instability today. Because of this, MSME participants must conduct strategic analysis in order to continue operating their business. With the intention of strengthening the MSME strategy through this research. Utilizing study locations in Karawang Regency, a SWOT analysis was undertaken. The research findings based on Swot analysis and actionable recommendations. Thus, using the S-O (Strength-Opportunities), W-O (Weaknesses-Opportunities), S-T (Strength-Threat), and W-T (Weaknesses-Threat) data, a SWOT matrix was created. In order to generate alternative strategies, the SWOT matrix attempts to match opportunities and threats as an external aspect encountered by firms with weaknesses as internal factors. The SWOT matrix, which is a matrix of nine cells each holding four potential cell methods, is used in the study. Next, the study's development took the outcomes of the IFE and EFE analyses into consideration. Next, using the findings of the IE analysis, the position and state of MSMEs.
