Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi akad murabahah dan fatwa ulama terhadap perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Pesatnya perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia yang harus diimbangi dengan kejelasan tentang konsep murabahah. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus tipe eksplanatoris. Studi ini menggambarkan fenomena Objek penelitian, dalam hal ini adalah akad murabahah dan fatwa ulama di dalam perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara tehnik, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dalam penerapan akad murabahah di perbankan syariah terdapat 3 ( tiga) tipe pembiayaan serta ada beberapa aspek yang telah disesuaikan perusahaan dengan peraturan hukum. Aspek itu adalah besarnya keuntungan yang diperoleh perbankan syariah disesuaikan dengan tipe pembiayaan serta diatur dalam otoritas jasa keuangan, undang-undang, fatwa DSN MUI.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of BOPO, CAR, and LDR on financial performance in Islamic banking that goes public on the IDX 2019 - 2022. This research uses quantitative data with secondary data sources in the form of financial reports. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 10 Islamic banks was obtained. Data taken from quarterly financial reports obtained from the official website of each bank is the research sample. The results of this research show that the results of simultaneous testing (F Test) obtained an Fcount of 20,581 with an Ftable value of 2.87 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05, which means that BOPO, CAR and LDR together have a significant influence on ROE. Meanwhile, the results of the t test (1) The tcount value for the BOPO variable is 1.056 < 2.024 or tcount < ttable and the sig value is 0.298 > 0.05 or the sig value < 0.05. So that H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, it can be interpreted that the variable BOPO (X1) partially has no significant influence on ROE (2) CAR of 2.985 > 2.024 or tcount > ttable and a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05 or sig value > 0 .05 so it has a positive and significant effect on ROE. (3) LDR of 7.213 > 2.024 or tcount > ttable and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 or sig value > 0.05 so that it has a positive and significant effect on ROE.

Abstract

Potential weaknesses faced by the company. So it is necessary to consider the aspects of process inefficiency, risk of work errors, delays in information, lack of transparency, high operational costs, vulnerability to data loss and difficulties in monitoring performance. In the current era of globalization and digitization, companies face pressure to increase operational efficiency and accountability in presenting financial information. By using the PALS (Pasticipatory Action Learning System) method, where this method basically involves accounting staff in the process of upgrading the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) system from 30 accounting staff and 5 staff will be taken for the interview sample in this research. From the problems currently faced by companies in managing financial reports, they have not been able to carry out systematic recording. With better data integration using ESB, a company's various systems and applications can be connected and communicate well. In real-time reporting compared to manual (conventional) recording which requires processing time, ESB allows for better real-time financial reports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Cemillicious, Tanjung Harapan, Penajam Paser Utara. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada fluktuasi omset selama Triwulan 1 hingga Triwulan 3 tahun 2024, yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan pelanggan selama bulan November 2024 sebagai sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,130, koefisien regresi sebesar 0,580, dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,833 (p < 0,001). Indikator Responsiveness, Empathy, dan Reliability merupakan aspek yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan melalui pelatihan karyawan, survei rutin kepuasan pelanggan, dan perbaikan konsistensi layanan untuk menjaga stabilitas omset. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada cakupan waktu yang sempit dan metode analisis yang sederhana, sehingga studi lanjutan dengan pendekatan lebih mendalam diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Leadership is a central issue in agency management and largely determines the success or failure of management activities. The success of a leader with his leadership will support the formation of an effective leadership style. Decision. taken by a leader has a big influence on the continuity of activities and development of the institution. The development of an agency depends on its leader. If the agency is led well and correctly, the agency will develop rapidly, and vice versa, if the company is not led well, the company will not develop well either. So the figure of a leader is very influential in the company. As a leader, you need to pay attention to your leadership because your leadership style can be an example for other employees. A leader can have a positive or negative impact on the performance of the employees he leads. Because leadership is a force of enthusiasm and creative moral force that is able to influence members to change their attitudes so that they can work in accordance with the wishes of the leader. So a leader must be able to study the character of his employees so that he can evaluate himself and find out whether his leadership is in line with his employees' expectations.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Giro, Tabungan, dan Deposito terhadap Laba di Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) Tahun 2014-2023. Contoh laporan keuangan Bank Nasional Indonesia selama 10 tahun terakhir, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, Sumber data laporan keuangan Bank Nasional Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS (Statiscal Product and Service Solution) kemudian hasil SPSS akan memberikan kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Perbedaan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Giro, Tabungan, dan Deposito secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap laba, Giro, Tabungan, dan Deposito dapat berpengaruh terhadap Laba dengan efek sebesar 79,7%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa giro parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap laba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tabungan parsial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap laba. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa deposito parsial memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap laba.

Abstract

The Mukbang program implemented at Pasar Kertapati, Palembang, aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by addressing key challenges in enhancing product visibility through more effective branding and marketing strategies. This study employs a qualitative descriptive case study approach, featuring the participation of Grandma Neng, a traditional vendor, in the program. The findings indicate significant improvements in product appeal and customer engagement, driven by interventions that included packaging enhancements, provision of promotional materials, and skills training sessions. While these positive results highlight the success of community-based approaches, the study also acknowledges limitations in terms of generalizability due to its focus on a single case. Future research is recommended to expand the program to include a broader range of MSMEs across different locations and to incorporate basic digital marketing training to enhance MSMEs' adaptability to changing market needs. These findings are expected to contribute to a broader discourse on MSME empowerment and economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by the researcher from 335 Mandala Finance employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained by the researcher was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that The first hypothesis in this study aims to determine whether Resonant Leadership Style can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance variables. This is because the P-Values ​​in this article are positive and have a value below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.003. These results indicate that Resonant Leadership Style can make employees more obedient, more compliant, company targets and visions can be easily achieved, can make the company stable, and ultimately can improve Employee Performance.. However, the results in this study show even more significant results. The researchers believe this is because the selection of Resonant Leadership Style as an independent variable is different from the five studies above which only used General Leadership Style as an independent variable. In addition, the second hypothesis in this study can also be accepted because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing. Based on this, it can be concluded carefully that employee involvement can also help and even strengthen the influence of the Employee Involvement variable on Employee Performance because employees who are increasingly involved in company activities can make employee skills increase so that if this is accompanied by a Resonant Leadership Style, it can make Employee Performance even more significantly increase.

Abstract

KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is one of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah branch offices located in Tambakromo district, Pati district. The aim of this research is to find out whether the variables of service quality and employee performance affect the satisfaction of members of the KPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch. The method used is associative because it aims to determine the cause and effect of two or more variables. The sample was obtained from 100 respondents, savings members of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, Tambakromo Branch. The questionnaire method is the sampling technique used. Data is processed using reliability tests, validity, multiple liner regression tests, simultaneous tests. From the results of statistical tests there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of service quality and employee performance on KSPPS member satisfaction. Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is proven by an Fcount value of 133,016 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, because Fcount is greater than Ftable which is 2.36. So it can be decided that the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence and simultaneous between service quality and employee performance on member satisfaction of KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch.
