Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the types of compensation given by the company to karyawan.Variabel of research used in this study using two variables are independent variables: 1) the amount of salary received, 2) benefits received, 3) the facility received, 4) award and the dependent variable is 1) education, 2) skills, 3) work experience, 4) the age or age. The research method used is descriptive method, the shape of the study is a survey, to study relations and development studies. The data collection tool that I use is interview, questionnaire and a record sheet. The population is 40 people and the samples taken as many as 20 people. The types of compensation awarded by PT. Pacific Jaya Mandiri Pontianak include: salaries, Money presence, Askes, holiday allowance, leave, Incentives work facilities and work permits, while the factors that affect the size of the determination of the compensation received by employees of PT. Pacific Jaya Mandiri Pontianak, among others: the level of education, position and tenure. In accordance with the calculation of regression analysis which showed that t is greater than t table or 3.12> 2.101. From the correlation calculations known that the level of the relationship between the variable compensation with variable productivity of employees through the calculation of correlation analysis was 69% with a statistical test for correlation t test where t is greater than t table or 20.70> 2.101, thus it can be concluded that compensation relationships siqnifikan to increased productivity of employees at PT. Pacific Jaya Mandiri Pontianak. Keywords: Compensation, Produktivity. Abstrak - Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan.Variabel penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 variabel yaitu variabel bebas : 1) besarnya gaji yang diterima, 2) tunjangan yang diterima, 3) fasilitas yang diterima, 4) penghargaan dan variabel terikat yaitu 1) tingkat pendidikan, 2) ketrampilan, 3) pengalaman kerja, 4) umur atau usia. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey, studi hubungan dan studi perkembangan. Adapun alat pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, kuesioner dan lembar catatan. Populasi sebanyak 40 orang dan sampel diambil sebanyak 20 orang. Jenis-jenis kompensasi yang diberikan PT. Pasifik Jaya Mandiri Pontianak antara lain : gaji, Uang kehadiran, Askes, Tunjangan Hari Raya, Cuti, Insentif fasilitas kerja dan ijin kerja, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besar kecilnya penentuan pemberian kompensasi yang diterima karyawan PT. Pasifik Jaya Mandiri Pontianak antara lain : tingkat pendidikan, jabatan dan masa kerja. Sesuai dengan perhitungan analisis regresi di mana menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel atau 3,12 > 2,101. Dari perhitungan korelasi diketahui bahwa tingkat keeratan hubungan antara variabel kompensasi dengan variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan melalui perhitungan analisis korelasi adalah 69% dengan pengujian statistik uji t untuk korelasi di mana t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel atau 20,70 > 2,101, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki hubungan yang siqnifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Pasifik Jaya Mandiri Pontianak. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Produktivitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of motivation, entrepreneurship education and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research uses quantitative analysis with data collection method used is simple random sampling method. Respondents are students who are taking Entrepreneurship courses at the University of Bina Sarana Informatika, Pontianak Campus. Collecting data using a questionnaire, namely by distributing a list of questions using Google Form to respondents. The research model that will be used in this study is a regression analysis model to test the proposed hypothesis using the Multiple Linear Regression technique using the SPSS program. The results of the regression test showed that there was an influence between motivation, entrepreneurship education, and family environment simultaneously or partially on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Overall, we can conclude that the hypothesis which reads that there is an influence between motivation, entrepreneurship education, and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship is acceptable.

Abstract

In the economic field the need for financial information is indispensable. In line with the mobility of complex financial transactions, fast and accurate management of data and information is required. Utilization of technology applied in various business fields with large, medium and small scale. One example of the application of information in the financial field is the office of the Activity Management Unit (UPK) is a business activity in the form of a loan saving service that empowers rural communities independently to alleviate poverty in accordance with the mandate of the National Program for Independent Community Empowerment (PNPM). In today's technology era, a service for the village has been widely used and utilized information technology to make the service process easier, transparent and faster. Therefore, in this research we have the opportunity to develop a web-based loan and installment payment information system in the development of this system we use php programming language, this system will have several features, such as processing data such as loan transaction data, installment transactions, member data, group data, job title data and can access the account settings menu. Outputs generated in this information system such as loan reports, installment reports, and member data reports. The result of this research is the village service information system that can help the work of employees at UPK Sejangkung Sambas masalah recording borrowing and installment payments that are still recorded manually so as to slow down the processing of files and the process of recording reports.

Abstract

Data Mining digunakan untuk ekstraksi informasi penting yang tersembunyi dari dataset yang besar. Dengan adanya pengolahan data mining maka akan didapatkan suatu dataset berupa pengetahuan di dalam kumpulan data–data yang banyak jumlahnya. Salah satu algoritma data mining yang paling cocok untuk menentukan strategi penjualan selang hydraulic yaitu dengan menggunakan algoritma apriori. PT. Cahaya Diesel  merupakan perusahaan  yang menjual berbagai macam selang industri. Dengan begitu banyaknya data transaksi yang terjadi setiap harinya, PT. Cahaya Diesel belum dikatakan tertata rapi dalam pengolahan data penjualannya. Dari penelitian menggunakan Algoritma Apriori ditemukan hasil merek Selang hydroulic yang paling banyak terjual adalah merek selang Aeroquip, Uni, Nexo Phoenix, dan Koman . Dengan Hasil Presentasi masing–masing merek selang tersebut adalah Uni dengan support 66,66% dan confidancenya 72,72% Koman dengan support 66,66% dan nilai confidance 88,88%, Aeroquip dengan nilai support 50% dan nilai confidance 100%, Nexophoniex dengan nilai support 50% dan nilai confidance 85,71%, dari presentasi nilai confidence, maka merk selang Aeroquip dan Nexo phoniex merupakan  merek selang hydroulic yang paling banyak terjual.

Abstract

AbstractThe application design proposed in this study is desktop-based using the waterfall method as asoftware development method. The waterfall method provides a sequential software flowapproach starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing and support stages. The datacollected in this study through observation, interviews and literature study. The purpose of thisstudy was to design an outpatient accounting information system using the system developmentlife cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the system design that was built are used as dataprocessing for recording transactions for payment of special outpatient treatment fees, startingfrom storing patient registration data, patient medical records, to making computerizedfinancial reports. Making it easier for the Maternity Hospital and Mulia Medical Center to befaster and more accurate in processing patient data.Keywords: Information system; Payment System; Accounting Information System; Patient.AbstrakRancangan aplikasi yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini berbasis desktop menggunakan metodewaterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Metode waterfall menyediakanpendekatan alur perangkat lunak secara terurut dimulai dari tahapan analisis, desain,pengkodean, pengujian dan tahap pendukung. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian inimelalui observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmerancang sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi pasien rawat jalan menggunakan metode systemdevelopment life cycle (SDLC). Hasil rancangan sistem yang dibangun ini digunakan sebagaipengolahan data untuk pencatatan transaksi pembayaran biaya berobat khusus pasien rawatjalan, mulai dari penyimpanan data pendaftaran pasien, rekam medis pasien, hingga padapembuatan laporan keuangan secara terkomputerisasi. Sehingga memudahkan pihak RumahBersalin dan Balai Pengobatan Mulia lebih cepat dan akurat dalam pengolahan data pasien.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi; Sistem Pembayaran; Sistem Informasi Akuntansi; Pasien.

Abstract

The development of information today encourages an increase in effective and efficient work styles. One of the business needs in providing information system tools is technology-based information. When a computerized system shows higher reliability. But at PT. Limawira Wisesa in conducting hardware data collection has not been computerized, such as recording specifications still using Microsoft Excel so that data collection feels inefficient and can cause errors and errors in recording specifications. Based on these problems, a hardware, and peripheral inventory information system was built to make it easier to search for data quickly and precisely and provide convenience to related staff in managing hardware and peripheral specification data. The information system begins with system requirements analysis, system design, program code, and program testing, and is built according to the waterfall method. The staff involved in managing hardware specification data can access the admin user. The information system is built based on enterprise resource planning, namely the Inventory Module so that the system is integrated with other systems at PT. Limawira Wisesa.

Abstract

The company's main goal is to pay attention to the welfare of the company's owners by optimizing the value of the company. Firm value is a picture of the state of a company, where there is a special assessment by potential investors of the good and bad financial performance of the company. Every company owner tries to give a good signal to the public about the value of the company. This is done by the company to obtain external capital to increase production activities. This research was conducted on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 as many as 65 companies. The sampling technique in this study was taken based on the probability sampling method. The discussion uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, model selection test, and hypothesis testing. The test was carried out using Eviews 10. The results showed that the Profit Growth Ratio had an effect on Firm Value, Leverage Ratio (debt ratio) had no effect on Company Value, and Fata had no effect on firm value and Size Ratio had no effect on firm value.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berkembang pesat sehingga mengakses informasi lebih mudah khususnya di dunia bisnis dan pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh penggunaan, kepercayaan, dan kualitas informasi aplikasi E-Commerce Shopee terhadap keputusan pembelian.Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode simple random sampling dengan variabel bebas kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, dan kualitas informasi  serta variabel terikatnya yaitu keputusan pembelian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling terhadap 100 responden yang telah menggunakan e-commerce Shopee. Untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, dan kualitas informasi terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce Shopee dapat diterima Kata kunci: kemudahan, kepercayaan, kualitas informasi, keputusan pembelian, e-commerce Shopee

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada Dinas Pertambangan Dan Energi Kabupaten Ketapang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan wawancara, kuesioner, studi pustaka dan pengumpulan data sekunder yaitu data sekunder adalah data primer yang telah diolah lebih lanjut dan disajikan baik oleh pihak pengumpul maupun data primer atau oleh pihak lain untuk melengkapi data yang dibutuhkan. pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus atau complete enumeration dengan sampel sebanyak 32 responden dalam hal ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi Kabupaten Ketapang. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis diperoleh angka R sebesar 0,782 sehingga hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pengaruh yang kuat antara Variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dan Variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) dengan Prestasi kerja (Y) dan angka (R2) sebesar 0,611 atau (61,1 %) pada Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi Kabupaten Ketapang hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh Variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dan Variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) secara serentak terhadap variabel prestasi kerja (Y) adalah sebesar 61,1 % dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC) is a local government institution that includes elements of local government and society with main tasks including human resources development, information and communication and business development. In the information and communication function, JIC requires a medium that can be used for broadcasting Islamic proselytizing optimally and managed professionally with an attractive and up to date appearance. Therefore, a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Information Technology, Nusa Mandiri University (FTI UNM) conducted community service in the form of training on how to design UI / UX with figma on mobile apps for JIC mosque teenagers. The training was held on October 15, 2022 at the Damai campus with 14 participants through presentations, demonstrations, discussions and questions and answers. The results of the research can equip new knowledge and knowledge for participants so that they have skills in creating and managing information and communication media in the form of mobile apps with attractive designs and in accordance with the needs of visitors.
